        Objective: To investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and creativity among the staff of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Methods: In this study, our objective is applied, and the correlation of data collection survey. The study population consisted of all staff of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, which among them 387 were selected randomly as samples and questionnaires were distributed among them. Results: The results indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological empowerment and creativity with the creativity scale, self-efficacy, autonomy, meaningful and effective, there is a significant positive relationship between the trust and confidence that there is creativity. Conclusion: psychological empowerment impact on creativity and much higher psychological empowerment employees have had more creativity. Manuscript profile

        Background: Managing organizations in today's competitive world is extremely complex and difficult. In these circumstances, past solutions, no longer meet today's problems. In the meantime, organizations that have the capacity to innovate respond faster and better than non-creative organizations to environmental challenges.The University is one of the social environments where students spend most of their time and they have a great deal of influence in terms of education, motivation and skill. Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop an organizational design model for Farhangian University with an integrated approach. Method: This research is a qualitative research. The statistical population of the study included the staff and managers of Farhangian University provincial campuses; using purposive sampling, a total of 14 key informants were selected as research participants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions. The coding method was used to analyze the research data. Results: . The results of the qualitative part of the research show that the organizational design of the Farhangian University has seven main components (1. Leadership 2. Environment 3. Structure 4. Culture 5. objectives 6. Individuals 7. Strategy). Then, while identifying the axial components, the categories were incorporated into the main components and the final model was formed. Conclusion: In order to create a university with the least waste and the most value, a systematic and comprehensive approach should be considered in terms of leadership factors, environment, structure, culture, purpose, people and strategy.         Background: The academic entrepreneurial as a third mission of universities and higher education as well as the approach in recent years has been considered.  Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the role of the educational courses on creating and fostering entrepreneurial spirit among university students. Methods: This research is a quantitative and descriptive survey method. The data in this study using a questionnaire based on the aspects raised by the McClelland were collected. Its validity was confirmed by experts and experts and reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha 0/92 is reported. The study population included 2,500 Allameh Tabatabai University students who were studying in the academic year 94-1393 on central campus. Of those using cluster sampling and random sampling of 335 subjects were selected by Morgan table. Results: According to research all elements of entrepreneurship were measured in this study (achievement, tolerance for ambiguity, self-confidence, risk-taking and creativity) were lower than average. The role of education in creating a spirit of entrepreneurship and its components were not significantly different between male and female students. Conclusion: Allameh Tabataba’i University holds training courses on developing the entrepreneurial spirit in students not affected. So the university should rethink its educational programs, redesign and recreate. Manuscript profile
