Positive thoughts and positive emotions (happiness and joy) direct our mindsets toward curiosity and creativity. Nowadays, a great number of psychologists believe that creativity can be developed by education. Objective: This study investigated the impact of positive thinking skills on the first-year high school female students’ creativity and creativity elements (flexibility, fluency, originality and elaboration). Method: Two groups, consisting of 34 students, were chosen using multi-stage cluster sampling from among the first year high school female students of a high school affiliated with Educational Department District 5 in Tehran. The participants were randomly assigned into two groups, control group and experimental group. First, Creativity Test (Abdei, 1995) was administered for both groups. Then, the experimental group was taught positive thinking skills in 10 sessions. Upon completion of instruction, Abdei (1995) Creativity Test was re-administered to both groups. Results: Data analysis was accomplished using Analysis of Variance. The results confirmed the significant positive effects of positive thinking skills on the participants’ creativity and creativity elements (flexibility, fluency, originality and elaboration). Conclusion: Accordingly, we can conclude that teaching positive thinking skills can enhance the students’ creativity.   Manuscript profile

        Background: Creativity is a concept that associated with several factors. Thus, the factors associated with creativity, especially primary education is important. Objective: This study aimed to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health of teachers with pupils' creativity in Behshar city. Method: The study population consisted of all teachers and pupils in primary schools of behshar city that 220 teachers and 370 pupils were selected using random sampling classified. Using of Bar on Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, mental health Questionnaire of Hiller and Goldberg, and Torrance Test of Creative Thinking collected data. Psychometrics indices calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficients were acceptable. Results: The results showed that between the components of emotional intelligence and mental health primary teachers with pupils' creativity are a significant relationship. Regression analysis showed that the component of social functioning in mental health and components of self-managing and self- spontaneity in emotional intelligence able to explain the pupils' creativity changes. Conclusion: The study emphasizes that teachers with high emotional intelligence and good mental health; may enhance their pupils' creativity level.   Manuscript profile

        Background: In the recent era, leaders of research organization face a rapidly changing marketplace. The most prosperous organizations will be those that are able to respond quickly and creatively to changing conditions. Objective: The purpose of this study was to do a comparative survey on the intellectual capital management in Urmia and Tabriz Islamic Azad universities. This study was specifically conducted to determine the relationship between creativity and motivating for innovation in RSICP. The tools used were two standard questionnaires: 1-Randsyp’s questionnaire for creativity, and 2- Martin Patchen’s Questionnaire to evaluating motivation for job innovation. Method: This research is a correlation one and its sample was chosen through Morgan's table. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and survey statistics by Using SPSS software. Results: Results showed that creativity had a significant and positive relationship with the motivation for innovation in researchers' job. Also, the relationship between these two factors with demographic features, number of inventive projects has done by researchers and creativity training was explored. Conclusion: Finally, we have presented some suggestions for developing researchers' creativity capabilities and promotion to innovation and accelerating innovation in RCISP and similar institutes based on our survey.         Manuscript profile

        Background: This paper investigated the effect of creativity development based on synectics model in English subject. Language comprehension was assessed in terms of learning and retention. Objective: The entire aim of this paper focuses on applied experiment and engaged quasi-experiment design. Method: the research has been conducted on second grade boys in Tehran secondary schools. The statistical sample has been selected by multistage cluster sampling. The research was carried out by two different groups that included 20 male students. In order to find out independent variable's effect on dependent variable, a group was taught by Synectics teaching and the other taught by traditional teaching method' composing a precise scenario indicating the high quality of teaching. one pre-test and two post-test held in three stages with 20 teacher-made questionnaire and a sufficient time to be checked learning and retention. The collected data were analyzed with appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software. Results: The results indicated that teaching by means of synectics was so effective in comparison to traditional method did. Conclusion: Teaching by means of synectics is more effective than teaching by traditional method suggesting using synectics method any time appropriate.        Manuscript profile

        Objective: The aim of this article is to compare the efficiency of educational programming with respect to the two innovative methods for solving problems and brainstorming and their influences on creativity of university students who were studying in the E-learning course in the Khaje Nasir University in the first semester of academic year 1388-89. Method: As an experimental method, tow groups were used (one group as control and another as experiment group. This group consisted of Khaje Nasir University first semester students studying in E-learning course of the year 1388-89. The pre-test and post-test program was controlled by the two subsidiary control groups. The two groups were tested twice, the first test was conducted with a pre-test and the second were conducted with a post-test in order to establish it. Results: Results showed that the overall assessment of students at the Khaje Nasir University was higher than that of Brainstorming method. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups regarding specialized questions about online search skills between TRIZ groups and brainstorming group. Conclusion: These findings could have some practical suggestions in applying appropriate teaching methods.      Manuscript profile

        Background: Nowadays, creativity is importable component of teaching and training especially about school textbooks. In this research, the relationship between the content of the textbooks and creativity of Plesk model based on William Romi's method is discussed. Objective: This study aims to assess the content of textbooks and tips from the perspective of experimental sciences courses targeted Plsek's creativity training model. Method: In the present research, "content analysis suggested by William Romi was used as quantitative analysis. The research community comprised all sciences textbooks of guidance schools course. Results: The information provided on the bases of content of empirical sciences textbooks, first to third grade using "William Romi"'s suggested model. Results revealed the coefficient conflict 0.28. Using creativity circle directed Plsek creative content units were evaluated indicating that set to readiness level was more than other level was. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that some parts of the sciences textbooks in guidance schools need to be revised.     Manuscript profile

        Background: Basically, the evolution of human societies is evaluated based on development of work and production. Modern societies inevitably need to trained, competent, professional and efficient people as most important dynamic facts due to overwhelming expansion of social, economical and productive activities. Objective: The goal of the study was find out the employment situation and identifying of creativity level among graduated students of Islamic Azad University of Meshkin Shahr city which have not been studied yet. Method: The study population was Graduated students of Meshkin Shahr Islamic Azad university (700 = N). The sample size or n was determined 120 using Cochran statistics. Sampling was done using simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect the field data. Data processing and calculation of this research was conducted using “Spss for win” software. Results: Results revealed that very limited numbers of subjects (6.21 percent) are employed full time, 7.14 percent are part-time employed, 48 percent of people remain unemployed, 7.12% are undergraduate students and 9.2 per cent people are engaged in military service. Conclusion: Employees’ job ability are affected by academic experiences such as collecting, organizing and analyzing of the data, familiarity by means of production and dissemination of knowledge, ability to plan and organize personal activities, or cultural understanding, usability of technology, utilization capacity of foreign language, a positive sense of discipline and a positive orientation towards the local ability to think, ability to communicate, problem solving ability, critical thinking ability and the ability of group work.     Manuscript profile
