After data collection, data analysis by using statistical softwares: Spss and Excel and variables estimation by the Likert scale were performed. Friedman test and One-Sample T-Test were used to rank the indices. The results of the research showed that among the seven variables in terms of importance, the first-rank goes for transparency index, the second for justice, the third for accountability, the fourth for participation, the fifth for consensus, the sixth for effectiveness and efficiency, and the seventh for law. Also, based on One-Sample T-Test, respondents assessed the good governance level in Bisotun less than the average Likert scale. Human habitations are always exposed to economic, socio-cultural and physical changes. In the meantime, the physical expansion of cities and villages towards each other causes the merger of a smaller town (village) into a larger area (city). The integration of the village in the city has brought so many consequences in the integration of the village and the city. Therefore, the aim of this study is the spatial analysis of the impacts of physical expansion of Kermanshah metropolis on surrounding villages. The present study which is practical in terms of purpose, and also is descriptive-analytical in terms of analysis method, has been applied by library studies - documentary, and field. Research data including primary data (interview form from elites and experts) and also research variables have been collected in both documentary and field. In the present research, the DEMATEL and VIKOR techniques were used to analyze the data; additionally three aspects (social, economic and physical) have been studied in 9 indicators. On the other hand it is shown by the results of DEMATEL model that among the studied dimensions, the physical aspect and among the studied indicators, index (C8), (access to services and public facilities) are in priority. It is shown by the results of analysis and prioritization of villages around the metropolis of Kermanshah due to the impacts of physical expansion using the VICOR model that the village of Nokan where is superior to other villages, has received the most impact with 0.893 score Manuscript profile

In the last few decades, due to the tendency of people to migrate to large cities and metropolises due to the appropriate economic opportunities in them, we have witnessed significant population growth in these cities, which in itself has led to challenges. شده Ha and issues. One of the solutions proposed by experts and activists in the field of urban management to solve these challenges has been the planning and location of new cities around these metropolises. However, considering the fact that the citizens in these new cities already had appropriate facilities and facilities in the city of origin, it can be said that in their understanding of spatial justice in these cities The new one will create challenges. In this regard, this study was formed with the aim of examining citizens' readings of new cities based on spatial justice. To achieve the goal, after explaining the effective indicators of spatial justice according to the research literature, a structured questionnaire was designed and distributed among citizens in Parand. Data analysis by Farid Man test method showed that people living in this city, more than anything else, have considered daily service uses as an effective factor in the perceptual reading of spatial justice in the new town Parand . Accordingly، it was concluded that citizens in the study of spatial justice first consider their most basic needs. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to provide a model of a health-oriented city in the direction of livability in region one of Tehran. The purpose of this research is basic-applied research that on the one hand with documentary-library studies to study the dimensions, definitions and theoretical framework of the research and on the other hand with accurate field observations to collect the necessary data and information in the area. The case studies lead to research questions. After determining the dimensions and indicators of the research (in the form of dual dimensions), the data were analyzed using Lisrel software and factor analysis test; and for the final approval of the information model, we entered it in Smart PLS software and proceeded to confirm the model. The results of the analyzes showed that all relationships were confirmed with 99% confidence and none of the indicators had a factor load of less than 0.5 and the significance coefficient of all indicators was confirmed and the factor load of all questions was higher than 0.7. All indicators were confirmed for homogeneity with variables. the validity of the structure including convergent validity was examined; also, the results of the existing evaluations showed that the Institutional-Managerial dimension with the greatest impact in the first place are the indicators of achieving a healthy and livable city. Then the Physical-Environmental dimensions and Urban Economy in the second priority, and respectively the Urban Community dimension, Urban History dimension, Environmental dimension in the third priority, from the perspective of the greatest impact on the dimensions of a healthy city in order to achieve livability in district one of Tehran. During the last two decades, we have witnessed the emergence and proliferation of public policy-making and research agendas in the whole world, which are focused on creativity as a new and powerful tool to stimulate economic renewal, urban design and planning. According to this situation, the concept of creative city has become an attractive topic for policy makers, planners and academics. Therefore, it seems that creative cities can play a synergistic role in realizing the dreams of future metropolises. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a desirable model of the future metropolis based on the theories of the creative city; As the main motive of the current research is to pay attention to this subtle and effective point. As the main motive of the current research is to pay attention to this subtle and effective point. In this direction and in order to better quantify the results, the conceptual framework of the DPSIR model is used in combination with the structural equation model (SEM-PLS), which is a non-experimental approach. The results show that the economic factor in the planning model towards the realization of a creative city with a sustainable urban development approach has a high centrality compared to other factors. This means that this factor has a great impact on other factors and is highly influenced by other factors. Manuscript profile

the current research with a descriptive-analytical approach is aimed at zoning the vulnerability of Ilam city against earthquakes. In this research, at first, the variables affecting the zoning of earthquake vulnerability were identified based on various studies, then using the AHP method and the opinions of 73 experts and weight experts related to each of the variables in the Export Choice environment, and finally, using the FAHP method and in the GIS environment, a map related to the zoning of Ilam city's vulnerability to earthquake risk was drawn. Based on this, at first 10 variables: slope of land, distance from fault, number of building floors, age of building, quality of building, area of parts, durability of construction materials, distance from roads, distance from medical centers and distance from green and open space were identified as influencing variables, based on the AHP method; 3 variables, the distance from the fault, the slope of the area and the distance from the roads were identified as the most important and effective variables with weights of 0.184, 0.147 and 0.121 respectively. Also, the results related to the zoning status of the vulnerability of Ilam city against earthquakes indicate that more than 600 hectares of the area of Ilam city are in a high and very high vulnerability state in the event of an earthquake. Also, 580 hectares of Ilam city are in a low and very low vulnerability state. Finally, 299 hectares of Ilam city is in a medium vulnerability state Manuscript profile
