        Biophilic refers to the idea that humans are inseparably limited and drawn to nature. In order to ‎function properly, we need to connect with other living things. A biophilic city is a city that integrates ‎natural features into its designs. Such places provide citizens with a variety of opportunities to interact ‎and experience nature in their daily lives, whether it is a conscious choice to go to a greenhouse or a ‎park, or just passing by a building with ivy in the center. And they experience it literally. In ‎the present study, analytical-descriptive method has been used to achieve the goals and answer the ‎research questions. In order to conduct this research, in two documentary and field methods, ‎information has been prepared, analyzed and combined. In that city, the biophilic is examined at three ‎levels of building, neighborhood and city. The components of green space, urban farms and water-‎sensitive features are examined. And based on two biophilic approaches (direct and indirect use of ‎nature) and according to the research findings, we come to the important dimensions of the city and ‎the design elements of the biophilic city.         This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the quality of citizens' subjective perception of the quality of green spaces in urban sidewalks to provide suggestions for improving the quality of biological elements by considering the perceptions of citizens. In terms of nature, the present study is a quantitative research and in terms of data collection, it is field research. The statistical population of this study is all pedestrians. Due to the uncertainty of the statistical population, the sampling method was used for an unlimited population, and 380 people were randomly selected. The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha formula 0.884 for Tarbiat, 0.889 for Valiasr and 0.901 was obtained for the Ark. Analysis of research data using factor analysis showed that a total of 34 variables were able to explain 95.66% of the variance of the total variance. The results of the MANOVA test showed that there was a significant difference between the three sidewalks in terms of the quality of subjective perception of environmental elements, and in the meantime, the correlation rate on the Tarbiat sidewalk was higher than Valiasr and Ark. Finally, the results of the regression test showed that in terms of significance, the variables of tree planting and flowering, environmental health, living organisms, water, urban planning, and urban microclimate are in order, respectively. According to the findings of the research, practical research proposals with the focus on arboriculture and floriculture were presented to strengthen the aesthetic and ecological health to observe health of sidewalks.         Proper use of land is one of the main plans of the planner to avoid mismanagement and eventually lead to land appropriation. The present study was conducted with a "descriptive-analytical" approach to assess the suitability of educational centers with emphasis on schools in zone 7 of Ahvaz municipality. In order to achieve this goal and analyze the obtained data, Cut Fill analysis in ArcGIS software environment was used to prioritize urban land use with regard to school-based neighborhood use problem to evaluate land suitability and optimal location. Is. The results of user weighting have been compiled and analyzed by experts using Cut Fill analysis in ArcGIS. The results show that residential land use with the least loss in network performance in Cut Fill analysis with respect to the weights obtained from the experts' view, is most compatible with educational land use and has the highest priority for neighborliness and land uses. Military, industrial, religious have been the most wasted in Cut Fill analysis, and incompatible uses have been identified. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to determine the evolution of environmental and social performance of Mashhad metropolitan residents on the happiness of its residents. The metod research was descriptive and analytical, and the required data were obtained using the Oxford Happiness Scale Questionnaire, which was rewritten to collect economic and social information and urban practices. The sample was 780 households in 155 neighborhoods of Mashhad. The collected data were analyzed using F and Chi-square and Hussman and Lemmer tests in SPSS software. The results showed that the eleven and twelve districts of Mashhad were in the first place with a score of 5.9 on the ladder of happiness and district three is at the lowest level with 0.5. Statistical tests also showed that the study areas had a significant difference in terms of happiness, but the happiness in each area did not change significantly over time. Finally, the values of F and X2 for the simultaneous test of cross-sectional and temporal constant effects were 10.7 and 308.5, respectively, indicating that there were constant effects for both regions and for each region over time.         Abstract:Good urban governance is a new approach In the process of urban management that traditional and centralized structures of urban management has challenged. According to importance of subject, the purpose of the present study, ranking and evaluation some components of governance in eastern urban region of ahvaz metropolis from the point of view of citizenship and experts. Six selected component of the study: Participation, Pivotal Justic, Accountability, Responsibility, Effectiveness-Efficiency and Security.The research method is applied in terms of purpose and its method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population has been citizenships living in eastern urban region of ahvaz metropolis and relevant experts. Sample size included have been 13experts and 383 citizens. Using the kolmogorov-smirnov test normal distribution of data and friedman nonparametric test average ranking of each research component and weighting of variables by shannon's entropy model and data analysis was performed using MABAC ranking technique. The research resultsof based on the total average indicators from the citizenships point of view and experts was calculated that three indicators of effectiveness-efficiency, participation and accountability in all eastern regions of the city is higher than average (2/5), respectively with score of 2/99, 2/68 and 2/64. Also shows the results the MABAC technique: region three urban ahvaz metropolitan with the value (Si) 0/155 the first rank and respectively, regions eight, one and seven with 0/074,0/010 and -0/031 are between the two and fourth rank in terms of examined indicators.         The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of social vitality in the Koshtargah neighborhood to provide solutions to improve the social vitality in the neighborhood by examining the potentials, limitations and assets of the neighborhood. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical. The materials used in this study have been collected in both documentary and field interpretations. Data collection tools include: observation, questionnaire, interview and note-taking. The statistical population of the study is the residents of the Koshtargah neighborhood. In this study, the sampling method is random and for sampling, Cochran's formula has been used, which is the sample size is 372 people. the dimensions used in this study include social, economic and physical dimension. Two quantitative and qualitative approaches have been used to analyze the collected data and information. In the quantitative dimension, statistical methods (descriptive and inferential) are used and In the qualitative dimension, the results of field observations and interviews were analyzed. The results of this study indicate the existence The average direct relationship between social, economic and physical dimensions and their dialects with social vitality.         Various approaches have been adopted to organize timeworn textures considered by relevant organizations, and the last one is urban recreation approach Thus, regarding the significance of this topic,Based on the objective, the study method of the research was applied and the nature of the method was descriptive-analytical. A questionnaire tool was utilized in order to collect data. The obtained data were analyzed using the SPSS software. The ANP and TOPSIS Fuzzy decision-making models were also put into use.The findings of the research indicate that the regeneration of the worn-out texture of the Hemmat-Abad neighborhood has been effective in way of establishing security and reinforcing the sense of attachment and creating a sense of belonging within the neighborhood. The project has been effective in way of encouraging people to contribute to the neighborhood's economic tasks. The regeneration of the worn-out texture of the Hemmat-Abad neighborhood has been able to provide a great deal of infrastructure and background for the renovation of the neighborhood. It has also been able to successfully create a sense of motivation amongst citizens in order to renovate the neighborhood. Conclusion: Urban regeneration, as the main approach of urban intervention, is based on a detailed assessment of the current status of a target area, a concomitant adjustment of somatic context, social structures, economic basis and environmental status and its sequential follow up can significantly improve and develop the existing condition of the Hemmat-Abad neighborhood.
