طراحی مدل مشارکت شرکتهای دانش بنیان طی مطالعات برنامهریزی شهری در راستای تأمین نیازهای تکنولوژیک راه آهن شهری (مطالعه موردی: شرکت متروی تهران )

چکیده مقاله :
توسعه مترو در راستای رفع معضل آلودگی های زیست محیطی، به شدت وابسته به تکنولوژی می باشدکه عموما وارداتی و بسیار هزینه بر است. لذا تدبیر اساسی در شرایط تحریم فعلی، توسعه تکنولوژی مرتبط با مترو و بومی سازی آن است که نیازمند مشارکت اثر بخش شرکت های دانش بیان داخلی می باشد. در این مقاله به طراحی مدل بهینه مشارکت بر اساس روش کیفی به شیوه مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و نظریه داده بنیاد برای مدل پرداخته شده است. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش 15 نفر از خبرگان، مدیران شهری، دانشگاهیان متخصص و مدیران شرکت های دانش بیان بوده و روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند می باشد. روش تحلیل داده ها کد گذاری نظری برگرفته از روش نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد است. یافته های تحقیق بعد از مقایسه پاسخ های مصاحبه، مفاهیم مشابه از آن ها استخراج شد. با انجام دادن این مرحله از تحقیق در پاسخ به شرایط علّی (نیروی انسانی، ساختار شرکت، تحقیق و توسعه، کارگروهی، نیازسنجی تکنولوژی مترو، بهبود عملکرد) در پاسخ به زمینه (مشوق ها، پذیرش شرکت های دانش بیان، ارتباطات صنعتی) و در پاسخ به راهبردها (ظرفیت جذب فناوری، رقابت گرایی) و در پاسخ به پیامدها (تامین تکنولوژِیکی، تولید، اشتغال، خود کفایی صنعتی و هزینه)، استخراج شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد ابعاد مشارکت شرکت های دانش بنیان در بحث حمل و نقل و به خصوص مترو گسترده می باشد و می تواند موجبات توسعه مترو اثرات آن را بهتر فراهم کند.
One of the strategic solutions to reduction of environmental pollution for urban residents due to traffic congestion is the development of metro. Therefore, during the boycott, the basic thrust in these conditions is the development of Metro-related technology and its localization with the geographical, climatic, economic and social conditions in the rail sector, which requires the participation of the domestic knowledge companies to provide the technology of this industry. In this paper, we seek to design an optimal participatory model; on this basis, the semi-structured qualitative method and the data theory of the foundation are used to design the model. The participants in the research are 15 experts, urban managers, academics specializing in the metro area and managers of knowledge companies, and the sampling method is purposeful. The data analysis method is the theoretical codification derived from the theorizing of the data of the foundation. Findings of the research were compared after comparing interview responses.
