        The main purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of human resource retention system onimproving productivity in Parsian Gas Refining Company. The research method is descriptive surveytype. The statistical population of this study consisted of managers and employees of Parsian refinerywith 524 people. They were examined by stratified sampling method of 220 people. The research toolwas a researcher-made questionnaire developed by Human Resources Retention System, as well asHersey and Goldsmith's (2000) Productivity Questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaires wascalculated using Content and Structural Validity analysis and its reliability was calculated usingCronbach's alpha coefficient. For human resources retention it was 0.85 and for the Hersey andGoldsmith's productivity questionnaire was 0.92. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics andinferential statistics including multiple regressions and structural equation modeling using PLSsoftware. The findings showed that human resource retention system has a significant effect onimproving the productivity of Parsian gas refining company. Also, the dimensions of human resourceretention system including individual factors, organizational factors and environmental factors alsohave a positive and significant effect on improving the productivity in Parsian Gas Refining Company.The simultaneous effect of variables in the final model using multiple regression and path analysisshowed that all dimensions of human resources retention system have a positive and significantpredictor of improving the productivity in Parsian Gas Refining Company.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of human resource management activities onorganizational performance with the mediating role of organizational commitment in open universitiesin Fars province. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and heuristic mixed method interms of data collection. Participants in this study in the qualitative section included managers andqualified staff of free universities in Fars province, from which 10 people were selected using purposivesampling. Also, in the quantitative part, the statistical population of the study included all managers andstaff (including faculty members) of free universities in Fars province, which using Morgan table andstratified random sampling method with proportional allocation of 357 people as Sample sizes wereselected. Collect the information required in the qualitative part to design a research model with a semistructured open interview and in the quantitative part using a researcher-made questionnaire thatincluded 3 structures (variables), 12 dimensions and 37 questions in the form of a 5-point Likert scale ..شدTo determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, convergent validity methods,Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability were used, respectively, based on which thevalidity and reliability were confirmed.         Background and Objective: This study was conducted to identify the components ofsustainable secondary education in sustainable development and provide a desirable model.Materials and Methodology: The research method of this research is a combined method andconsecutive exploratory type. The statistical population in the qualitative stage was experts inthe field of secondary education and senior education managers who were purposefullyidentified through a snowball sampling method of 12 people. Also, for data collection, semistructured interviews, theoretical background examinations and previous researches were usedin a harmonized manner. In the quantitative stage and following the qualitative stage with theaim of implementing a questionnaire and confirming the qualitative components to present thefinal model of a statistical population of 300 people 170 people were used as a statistical samplethrough stratified random sampling using Krejcie and Morgan table .         AbstractIntroduction: The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between job overloadand job burnout with the mediating role of psychological capital.Methods: The research is descriptive in nature. The statistical population included 306 primaryschool teachers in Shirvan city. According to Krejcie-Morgan table, 184 people were selectedas the sample by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools were Maslach burnoutquestionnaire (1985), Golparvar et al. job overload (2010) and psychological capital fromMcGee et al. (2011) questionnaire. Lisrel 8 software was used to analyze the data.Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between role burden andpsychological capital (coefficient of 0.45 and significance of -4.60). There is a significantrelationship between psychological capital and burnout (coefficient -0.49 and significance -4.77). There was a significant relationship between role burden and burnout (0.57 andsignificance 2.15). Also, for the main hypothesis, a general relationship of 0.12 was obtained,therefore, the role of cost overrun and burnout is related to the mediating role of psychologicalcapital.Conclusions: Role overload and burnout are related to the mediating role of psychologicalcapital.         Background and objectives: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of surrogacy on reducingsocial laziness by considering the mediating role of organizational transparency in the Imam KhomeiniRelief Committee in Fars province.Materials and Methods: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivecorrelational in terms of nature and data collection method. The statistical population of this study is allthe staff of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Fars province, which according to the informationobtained, their number is 697, and 248 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. Thetool for collecting field information in this research is a questionnaire which consists of a questionnaireof succession (Kim), organizational transparency (Nashmi) and social laziness (resident). The validityof the questionnaire was confirmed by the opinions of five experts in this field and was finally approvedby the supervisor. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of thequestionnaires. After collecting the questionnaires, we analyzed the data and tested the researchhypotheses using Spss and Lisrel statistical software and correlation coefficient, regression, structuralequation and t-tests.Results: The results of the main hypothesis of the study showed that substitution breeding has asignificant effect on reducing social laziness by considering the mediating role of organizationaltransparency in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Fars province (P <0.05, R2 = 0.44). The pathcoefficient of succession breeding on the reduction of social laziness was equal to 0.44, ie with theincrease of succession breeding, organizational transparency in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committeeof Fars province decreases by 0.44.Conclusion: By using succession planning, managers can direct employees to more specializedactivities and lead them to make faster and more dynamic movements, in other words, to relievelaziness.
