Along with the rapid changes of sciences, contemporary socities are greatly changing and developing. Meanwhile, no scientific field has changed as much as experimental sciences. To understand how successful it has been the educational system in fulfilling these changes , the outcome of these changes,i.e. new curriculum should be evaluated which should be efficient , precise and scholarly. Here a question is raised and that is “How can the curriculum be evaluated? The main aim of this research is to answer this question concerning the course of chemistry in Iran high schools. Hence, the present paper studies and analyzes the current evolutional models. The result suggest that there ara some deficiencies in these models. Accordingly, the present research tries to offer a more efficient model appropriate for Iran's native culture. This evolutionary model is called criterion- oriented model by which the intrinsic value of chemistry course in Iran high schools can be judged and evaluated. Manuscript profile

Quality issues have always been the main problems of students, societies and higher education. Unfortunately, most of our universities attend to quantity rather than quality. The major goal of this research was to present a framework for Measuring the quality of education for engineering courses. There fore a total of engineering students (total population) from Islamic Azad Universities in district # o1 selected by cluster sampling and completed a research constructed questionnaire based the research theoretical framework. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated by expert consensus, item analysis and Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis of the data gathered revealed the following: Research framework constructed by factor analysis, consist of (competencies, software, hardware, content and problem solving) with variances . Repeated measure meant design showed that there was a significant difference among dimensions and it was shown that the hardware was of paramount and competency was of lesser importance in terms of students. (P> ) One way analysis of variance shows no difference among students with different courses and the Chi-square test showed that the framework sought was very suitable for assessing the quality of engineering education in district # o1 Islamic Azad Universities. Recently, skilled and specialist manpower is one of the most important parameters in economic and cultural development of countries and the role of human capital at the rate of economic growth and development in a country is higher than euer before. Therefore, one of the most essential ways for achieving social-economic development is investment in higher education. With respect to the vital role of higher education in training of manpower in Iran, likein under developing countries, qualitative and quantitative development of higher education is considered as an unavoidable principle. The main goal of this research is to study the trend development of quantitative private higher education institutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran and compare it with governmental higher education institutions. The present study is an applied one and the research method is survey-descriptive. Statically, population consists of all private and governmental higher education institutions (non-governmental universities, Islamic Azad University) in the Islamic Republic of Iran and to make an in-depth examination and thorough census was conducted. On the other hand, evidence shows that during the two last decades, governmental facilities and budgets could not respond to it. Thus, establishment, development and tooling of private and non-governmental universities and institutes, that the great part of it is Islamic Azad university, attracted considerable attention and growth. Hence Islamic Azad university students outnumber others (Bazargan, ). With respect to the sensitive role of this section, careful knowledge about its potentials and as well as planning for the future, is very crucial. Thus, in this research, primarily, the backgrounds of establishment and trend of private higher education development in some countries was discussed and then with the presentation of a short history of private higher education in Islamic Republic of Iran, we investigated the trend of growth in Iranian private and governmental higher education institutes. The general question is what are the Efficient Educational strategies in the seven skills needed for virtual students (Availability or R1, openness or R2, communication or R3, commitment or R4, cooperation or R5, Thinking or R5, and flexibility or R7)?. The population consisted of all Islamic Azad university faculty members in area five. The subjects' answers were compared according to variables such as sex, educational document and marriage status. The statistical communities in this research are all of faculty members majoring in computer in Islamic Azad university. The statistical samples were randomly selected. The procedure was a structured twenty-nine item questionnaire prepared by researcher based on the findings of Rena M palloff and keith pratt. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated 0/847. The research findings revealed that the most Efficient Educations Strategles in developing the sever skills are as follows: Applying technology which can realize learning objectives, preparing a good climate for groups where students are comfortable in learning process, encouraging learner to participate in preparing courses guideline, internalizing skills for time management, preparing an educational site for students to send their homework, and receiving feedback. Designing questions for discussion that encourage students to think, integrate educational materials, use internet as a tool and resource and encourage students to find out any needed resources. Generally speaking the total research findings revealed that there was no significant difference among of the Views of faculty membersin connection with the seven skills mentioned above. According to the important role of faculty members in the fulfillment of university mission and goals, the current study is aimed at identifying indicators to develop faculty horoscope in a medical university. In a descriptive survey, all the academic managers of Isfahan Medical University (including vice presidents in education and research, and department heads) participated as purposeful sample (n= ), during the academic year . A questionnaire was developed based on the structured interview with experts in faculty member affairs which organized proposed indicators of faculty in five areas. Its content and face validity was approved by expert panel. The percent age of responses to each item was calculated. According to the expert idea, items with more than agreement on the necessity were proposed to be included in faculty description ( indicators in five areas). areas were: faculty demography ( indicators), employment status (four indicators), educational activities ( indicators), research activities and capabilities (nine indicators), and administrative activities and services (four indicators). It seems that developing a faculty description including the proposed indicators could meet at least some information needs of academic managers in decision- making for faculty affairs. This study deals with factors enhancing the quality of teaching Quranic Sciences as seen by the instructors and students of Qadir Higher Education Institute of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Ethics. The research method is descriptive and measurmental. The statistical population comprised 11 instructors and 121 students. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 42 close-response questions and one open-response question whose validity coefficient was estimated at 0.87 using the Cornbach α. The analysis of the data was done at two levels of descriptive and presumptive statistics through drawing tables, frequency graphs, percentage, mean, digression, single-variable z-test, Hotelling t2 test, and independent t test. On studying six sets of questions in the questionnaire single-variable z test, it was found that these factors were highly effective in the quality of education of Quranic sciences: Harmony between educational programs and the students' actual needs, qualified instructors, availability of educational facilities, and hiring experienced and qualified staff. The effectiveness of using motivational strategies, and constant evaluation of the students stood lower than the average. Also, based on the results of Hotelling t2 test, in the views of the instructors, qualified instructors had the highest and constant evaluation of the students the lowest influence, whereas in the views of the students, qualified instructors had the highest effectiveness whereas using motivational strategies had the lowest impact.
