Abstract :
Quality issues have always been the main problems of students, societies and higher education. Unfortunately, most of our universities attend to quantity rather than quality. The major goal of this research was to present a framework for Measuring the quality of education for engineering courses. There fore a total of engineering students (total population) from Islamic Azad Universities in district # o1 selected by cluster sampling and completed a research constructed questionnaire based the research theoretical framework. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated by expert consensus, item analysis and Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis of the data gathered revealed the following: Research framework constructed by factor analysis, consist of (competencies, software, hardware, content and problem solving) with variances . Repeated measure meant design showed that there was a significant difference among dimensions and it was shown that the hardware was of paramount and competency was of lesser importance in terms of students. (P> ) One way analysis of variance shows no difference among students with different courses and the Chi-square test showed that the framework sought was very suitable for assessing the quality of engineering education in district # o1 Islamic Azad Universities.
