This study aims to examine the leadership components based on values and provide a proper framework to promote the approach within the Islamic Azad University using a descriptive measurement method. The statistical population comprises the entire full-time faculty members of IAU, District # (over students) and a sample population of faculty members of this university. The instrument for collecting the data for the study comprised a researcher-made inventory examining the suitability of the proposed framework with five sections including: philosophy and the Aims, the Theoretical Bases of the Cognitive Network, the Executive Section and the Evaluation Section totaling components. The reliability of the study was estimated at using Coronbach Alpha. Also the face and content validities were approved by the supervisor, adviser and field specialists. In order to analyze the data, such statistical tools as used by descriptive Statistics: mean, standard deviation, variance as well as Inferential Statistics such as single-variable t-test and factor analysis were employed. The results supported components as the most important value-based leadership components. These components were placed under the six major components: Leadership Values critical to the status quo, Leadership qualifications, Self-management, Employees' Duties, Human Relations and Leadership Values in relation to students. Using the components identified, a suitable cognitive framework comprising five major sections was developed, every section of which exceeded the response scale in comparison with the presumed mean of .           This study investigated the effect of personal characteristics and educational background on learning and study strategies on Islamic Azad University students of Mazandaran. For this purpose, university students were randomly chosen from subjects based on an educational group. The research method was retrospective. The data gathering tool was Weinstein's Learning and Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI). T- test, variances analysis and tukey's tests were used to determine the effect of personal characteristics (gender and age) and educational background (grade point average and educational level) on Learning and Study Strategies. The results revealed that on the scales of learning and study strategies there were statistically significant differences between students in term of gender, age, grade-point average and educational level.           This paper intends to examine the situation of the Theorizational Chairs in Iran and in the world and to offer an appropriate perceptual framework for theorization and knowledge producing. Hence, this study is looked upon as a qualitative research of Grounded theory, and the data was gathered by using the documents, records, and free interviews with specialists, experts and members of the faculty. Thereafter, the interviews were written on paper and analyzed according to Stroberth’s - stage method.   The results showed that university, as the most important center for theorization, can take effective steps towards the goals, i.e. theorization and knowledge producing, with intellectual independency in an environment of deliberation and inwardness, by establishing various workshops such a creative thinking workshop, and constructive criticism workshop.   Accordingly, the holder of Chair can play a major role with the characteristics and skill such as A) leadership, B) management, and being the most important link, for connections inside the organization and communication with outside the organization, and by recognizing the present potentials as key elements in this stand.           The objective of the present study was to investigate the effective factors involved in the improvement of the o.j.t programs for the staff working at Khorasgan Islamic Azad University (kIAU) from the viewpoint of managers and employees. To archive this goal, seven relevant variables including, lesson plan, teaching method, continued scientific evaluation, personal relations, correspondence between training programs and learners' needs, necessity of rewarding and encouraging as well as control were considered. The research procedure utilized was a descriptive survey design. The target population participating in an o.j.t program comprised managers and employees working at KIAU in from which a sample of was randomly selected. The instrument for collecting the data was a -item researcher-developed questionnaire whose main body was divided from Seraj . The face and content validity of the questionnaire were approved by the specialist opinion and its reliability measured by Choronbach's Alpha coefficient formula was . Both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were utilized for analyzing the data obtained namely, frequency, percentage, variance and average values as well as one-variable, t-test, independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The findings revealed that respondents' answers related to the seven variables under study were above average. The minimum average value was belonging to the supervision while the personal relations variable produced a maximum mean value of . Finally, the results obtained from one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that the participants in the study did not differ in their opinions of such demographic factors as sex, employment record, degree and age.           Abstract   The aim of this study was to investigate the different dimensions of entrepreneurship development plan (EDP) at Islamic Azad university khorasgan Branch. To achieve this end from among students and Faculty members as targets of population a sample of students and members were randomly selected. The research procedure was of a descriptive survey in which two researcher- developed questionnaires were employed for data collection. The first questionnaire contained close- ended questions with a reliability of for the Faculty members and the second included statements for the students with a reliability on the basis of the Cronbachs Alpha coefficient. Analysis of the research data was performed on two levels: descriptive (such as mean frequencies average, percentage and standard deviation) and inferential (independent t-test). the research findings revealed that from the viewpoint of Faculty members and students’ methods of propagating the entrepreneurship culture with an average mean score of and respectively, entrepreneurship teaching material with a mean of and , methods of entrepreneurship and and research priorities of entrepreneurship were above average. Interestingly, there was no difference in their answers will regard to their demographic features. Manuscript profile

The aim of this research was to study the relationship between Emotional Intelligence emotion and mental health of academic achievement of college students, and comparison of recent variables according to the gender of the college students. College Students ( girl, boy) were selected randomly. All the test cases filled in the Bar-on intelligent emotion and GHQ questionnaire and college students’ mean scores past for the two terms.   The results of Pearson's correlation method, t-test, and regression showed that there is a positive meaningful relationship between intelligent emotion and mental health and academic achievement. In addition to that research findings have shown that emotion intelligence and its components can predict mental health and academic achievement of the students meaningfully. The findings have also revealed that the mental health of college girl and boy students could be predicted by their high intelligent emotion scores. Manuscript profile

In this Study, "A survey of Attitude Toward Statistics (SATS) scale" has been used to measure attitude toward statistics before and after passing a course of SPSS. SATS consisted of four subscale including attitude to affect, cognition competence, value and difficulty of statistics. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. Thus, randomly sampled attitudes of students in computer major in the Islamic Azad University of Abadan branch of measured by SATS scale. Students had registered for the course of ‘Statistical and Mathematical Software’ and were going to take a ‘Statistics and Probability’ examination in the second semester . Alpha reliability coefficients of SATS (Persian form) for subclasses, affect, cognition competence, value and difficulty were and respectively and the reliability for the scale as a whole was . According to paired t-test, the data analysis showed teaching statistical software after passing the statistics course improve attitude toward affect, cognition competence and value of statistics, but attitude toward difficulty did not show any significance before and after the course. Generally the ratio of total attitude’s toward statistics had improvement after passing statistical software courses (t= , P < ). Manuscript profile

The aim of this study is to investigate the application of components in the management of human relationship by principals of middle schools in Isfahan from teachers’ viewpoints. The method of the study is of survey-descriptive, and the statistical universe consists of all the teachers of schools in Isfahan. The sample includes individuals selected by multi-phase random clustering. The tool was the a questionnaire for human relationship skills by Reis and Brendet. validity and reliability arrangment Reliability and validity was used to analyze the data from uni-variate t test and multivariate variance. The results showed that the resulting mean scores for the managers’ - human relationship skills (ie. communication skill, self-awareness, self-acceptance, provocation, trust, self-revelation, opposition management) analysis statistics was above the average . Indicating a significant difference only in the component of opposition management based on gender, and the mean of respondents’ views about managers applying the components of human relationship.
