        Tourism is one of the areas that due to cultural and economic effects, has caused many countries to pay attention to the development of infrastructure and promoting its services. Due to its economic, geographical, cultural and historical advantages, Iran can be successful if it develops the necessary infrastructure and makes the right policies in this regard. One of these infrastructures is business intelligence. Business intelligence tools provide users with accurate information about the nature of the business by analyzing data and presenting reports, summaries, dashboards, maps, charts and diagrams. The present study seeks to identify the drivers that affect the future of business intelligence in Iranian tourism. The present study is pragmatic from the point of view of philosophical foundations; It is applied in terms of orientation and exploratory in terms of purpose. To conduct the research, in the first stage, the research drivers were extracted through a systematic review of the literature and interviews with experts. At this stage, 30 drivers were obtained, which were screened by Binominal test. After key drivers screening, 12 factors were eliminated and the remaining 18 drivers were prioritized using the best-worst fuzzy technique. The results showed that the drivers of tourism business environment, data-driven decision-making culture and foreign sanctions and are the most influential drivers on the future of business intelligence in tourism.         Acceptance of complex and creative thinking to demonstrate knowledge from several perspectives is effective in cultivating wisdom in higher education, which provides the basis for the promotion of pedagogical wisdom. The present study aimed to design a model for Promoting Pedagogical Wisdom in Higher Education. The research method is qualitative and based on Grounded Theory. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data and data analysis was performed by Strauss and Corbin method(1998) and paradigm model. Sampling was done in a theoretical way using targeted (judgmental) and snowball (chain) techniques, based on which 1۶ interviews were conducted with experts in the field of educational management and current and former directors of higher education. The results of analyzing the data obtained from the interviews during the open, axial and selective coding process and using Maxqda software to create a model for Promoting Pedagogical Wisdom in Higher Education based on the Grounded Theory of the foundation including 6 main dimensions, ۳۸ sub-dimensions and ۱۸۰ conceptual characteristics led.         Today, forecasting methods based on soft econometrics as well as financial forecasting methods are used in various systems, one of the aspects of using forecasting methods is to use it to predict the behavior of general systems and It is a quote. In this research, using the statistics of traffic injuries referred to forensic medicine in Golestan province between April 1374 and March 1401, which were referred to forensic medicine in Golestan province, and using artificial neural network, which is one of the most advanced methods of forecasting and future research In the field of health systems, the number of injured people has been predicted for the 12 months ending in 1402. Also, the accuracy of this method has been measured using the average percentage of the absolute value of the error. The results of the research showed that the artificial neural network with 12 inputs, one output and 5 hidden layers is suitable for predicting the injured referred to Golestan forensic medicine,. The predicted values showed that the number of traffic injuries in Golestan province is increasing. Due to the high accuracy of the neural network in this research, this method can be used as a basis for future research in accidents.         The aim of the current research was to present the governance model of entrepreneurial business development. The research method was the quantitative structural equation model method and the research population consisted of all managers of government centers and the private sector of large entrepreneurs in the year 1400. In the quantitative part, 292 people were selected using Cochran's formula. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The analysis of the collected data was done in two descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. The results showed that seven components play a role in explaining the governance model of entrepreneurial business development, which are: economic factors (amending banking structures), creating an international competitive advantage, eliminating parallel institutions, modernizing the government body, creating infrastructure (hardware, software), penetrating the international markets, and finally rejuvenating the government body. To check the fit of the model, check X2, R and RS; It was discussed that the existence of low X2 and the ratio of chi-2 to the degree of freedom is less than three, as well as the coefficient of determination and the adjusted coefficient of determination were calculated; It indicated the appropriate fit of the model.         In this study, the future scenario of the impact of organizational excellence on marketing management in the field of universities was investigated. The statistical population of this study is the participants of specialists or experts. They need sufficient knowledge and experience in the subject, willingness, sufficient time to participate, and effective communication skills. Statistical sample of this research 10 industry experts have been selected for interview. Data collection tools in this research, field research includes books, articles, the Internet or any appropriate scientific source and reference of experimental findings and questions from elites and experts in related fields (interviews). After the interview, the information was analyzed. The interview analysis method is theme analysis. Team analysis is a method of determining, analyzing, and expressing patterns (themes) within data. The main themes extracted from the current research are human resources, value management and competitor identification. In the first scenario, the outlook for the next 10 years of the Azad University in Iran will not be considered very favorable if the current situation continues. With the continuation of the current trend, the share of university students is very small due to its capacities in our country. In the second scenario (rapid growth and connection with the world) it is proposed that Iran connect with the global economy by attracting more students.         Background: The main challenge of companies is to fulfill services and meet customer expectations. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) helps to extract service features from customer requirements. Objective: Due to the use of the Internet of Things in telemedicine, this research has two objectives, the first purpose is to identify the parameters affecting the integration of IoT and telemedicine systems with the view of improving quality performance and the second purpose is to investigate the possibility of using artificial neural networks to predict the behavior of the QFD matrix. Methods: For the first purpose, value-oriented engineering analysis method and customer-oriented Function Analysis System Technique (FAST) diagram were used, and after obtaining the parameters, including customer call, service characteristics and operation requirements, for the second purpose, Fuzzy Back-Propagation Network was used. Findings: After obtaining identify the parameters affecting the integration of IoT and telemedicine systems with the view of improving quality performance, a total of 50 QFD matrices were collected and their data were introduced in a Fuzzy Back-Propagation Network. 80% of this amount has been used for network training, 15% for testing and 5% for validation of predicted results. The mean square error (MSE) for the validation section is MSE = 0.015584. Conclusion: the results showed that the Fuzzy Back-Propagation Network method is suitable for predicting the expansion of QFD in the integration of IoT and telemedicine systems. Manuscript profile

        Background: Based on the competition and product variety in the automotive industry, auto makers require to achieve capability to respond properly to customers and their competitors. The special position of after-sales service in automotive industry and also maintain the existing customers and attract the new ones, makes the prediction and measurement of customer satisfaction as a must in this industry.Purpose: In this paper, using prediction approach in futures studies, has made us firstly to identify the influential factors on customer satisfaction. Then the customer satisfaction level has been predicted and analyzed in after-sales service of dealers in an automotive manufacturer.Methods: The statistical population includes the dealers of Saipayadak Co. The statistical sample includes 14486 of after-sales service dealers in the period of April 2017 to June 2017. Independent variables, after extracting through literature review, were finalized using brainstorming and fishbone diagrams. Statistical analysis and prediction was performed using stepwise regression method with coding in RStudio software.Findings: By using data mining method, the customer satisfaction score in after-sales service of dealers in Saipayadak Co. has been predicted with 80% accuracy.Conclusion: By knowing the customer satisfaction level, auto makers can define quality improvement projects and move toward to competitiveness desirably. Purpose: With the aim of analyzing the factors and components of the portfolio management of health R&D projects.Research method: The research is applied in terms of purpose, which was conducted with the qualitative method of Sandusky and Barroso's seven-stage Metasynthesis model. The statistical population is all studies conducted in Iranian articles from 1393 to 1400 and foreign articles from 1998 to 2022, previous researches, databases.Findings: In this regard, 260 researches in the field of the subject were evaluated and finally 60 articles were selected purposefully and by analyzing the content and combining the relevant literature with open, central and selective coding methods, a total of 100 open codes, 19 central codes, 14 The key category was selected and analyzed during the systematic search and combination process, and its validity was confirmed through Kaufman's kappa test.Conclusion: key categories identified include; Financial management, intellectual capital management, technology management, IT management, R&D management, strategic management, project portfolio management, healthcare services management, health information technology management, quality management, political factors, cultural factors, economic factors and The legal factors were categorized into three categories: main, contextual, and environmental factors, and finally, after going through the seven stages of the research, the portfolio management model of R&D projects in the field of health services based on information technology was formulated.         The aim of this study is extract the digital marketing model in new businesses based on the needs of the retail market. The research method was qualitative-quantitative. In the qualitative part, data were obtained from interviews with 14 experts, business managers and marketing professors, and were reviewed by contextual theory. Based on the qualitative analysis and data method of the foundation, 145 concepts have been identified in the form of 6 main themes including: 1) Factors affecting the digitization of marketing or causal conditions (including 3 organizer themes, 6 basic themes and 16 concepts), 2) The structure of digitalization of marketing or central phenomenon (including 1 organizing theme, 5 basic themes and 15 concepts), 3) areas affecting the digitization of marketing or contextual conditions (including 3 organizing themes) 7 basic themes and 22 concepts), 4) intervention factors affecting the digitization of marketing or intervening conditions (including 3 organizing themes, 8 basic themes and 25 concepts), 5) marketing digitization strategies or Strategies and strategies (including 5 organizing themes, 14 basic themes and 39 concepts) and 6) Consequences of marketing digitalization or consequences (including 4 organizing themes, 10 basic themes and 28 concepts) are categorized . These concepts in relation to each other have created a conceptual model of research. Then, in the quantitative part, based on the collected data, the model is examined by the method of structural equations, the results of which indicate that 95% confidence in the relationships between the variables is confirmed.         Background: Considering that service industries have the largest share in the economy of countries and today we are facing unpredictable crises, therefore the resilience and stability of these businesses is of particular importance.Objective: The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a model of resistance businesses in service industries.Method: The method used in the research is qualitative and based on the strategy of database theory. In-depth interview tool was used to collect data. The target community was academic experts, managers and senior experts of service industries who participated in the process and executive decisions of service industries. Also, theoretical saturation was achieved by using targeted sampling after 15 in-depth interviews.Findings: In the foundational data approach in this research, three stages of open, central and selective coding It has expressed 27 general categories in a paradigmatic format including causal, background, intervening conditions, core categories, strategies and consequences based on the development of resistance business.Conclusion: The results of the research include the presentation of causal, contextual, interventional, central category, consequences, and formulation of strategies for the development of resilient businesses in service industries, which is realized in the form of a paradigm model in accordance with the data theory of the foundation.
