The cultural diversity of the city of London is the result of the clash of various cultures of immigrants to this land from all over the world and the hegemony of the dominant native culture, which confronts the immigrant and his family with serious crises. This research is a theoretical study done as library research and using an analytical-descriptive approach. In doing so, the role of cultures in constructing and re-constructing the identity of people in multicultural Britain in White Teeth (2000) and the effects caused by the crisis between diverse cultures and ethnicities have been investigated. In this article, Stuart Hall’s perspective of cultural studies, Chris Barker’s interpretations of the process of cultural pluralism, and its problems are used in the analysis of Zadie Smith’s White Teeth. Smith, in most of her works, deals with the problems of multiculturalism especially in London, which is often influenced by her personal experiences as a Jamaican-English immigrant. This research seeks to answer the fundamental questions: What is this crisis, in what areas has it occurred, and how has it challenged these cultural problems in London society? The answer to these questions is a useful help for ethno-cultural problems in multicultural societies. Smith has depicted the internal and external challenges of immigrants in the modernized world of the 21st century. A careful reading of Smith’s works, especially White Teeth, shows that this author touches on the most sensitive cultural issues, marks and challenges them. Manuscript profile

Discourse analysis is a new, and quite interesting, branch of linguistics that deals mainly with the analysis of language interactions. Among different topics discussed in discourse analysis, Grice’s four maxims form an important topic especially when it comes to analyzing linguistic interactions of various types. Each maxim (quality, quantity, relation and manner) has its own meaning. An important point is that violation of these maxims can lead at times to a change in meaning or intention of the user. Using the Grice’s maxims theory, the present study intends to study interactions that occurred among Iranian users of a social network on latest celebrity news. The analysis of the data revealed that violation of the maxim of quantity in this social media by social media users on celebrities’ web pages was intentional. In other words, the users violated this maxim especially when they wanted to degrade , disgrace and dishonor the celebrities. Manuscript profile

Every glorious poem has a dominant idea that overshadows the whole work. The poet hides this idea in the form and structure of a sentence or a word. He then artistically marks some words so that the audience can identify the dominant idea through them. Has Simin Behbahani used this artistic function in the poem "I was that day ..."? It seems; To get the right answer, the benefit of Michael Rifater's theory of semiotics is more than any suitable theory. Due to this similarity, the present article has examined Simin's poetry based on the semiotic theory of this thinker and with a descriptive-analytical method. After examining the non-prescriptive elements, the results indicate that there are accumulations with the meanings of "snake", "laughter" and "fear" with a high frequency in the poem. After examining the descriptive systems with the approach of metaphorical clusters and with the nuclei of "traditional society", "demonic temperament" and "quasi-modern society", the hypograms of poetry were identified, the most important of which were: the symbol snake The demonic temperament of human beings and in patriarchal systems is most manifested in the existence of the male sex. Also, the comparison of accumulations, descriptive systems, and hypograms with the intertextual approach created the following structural matrix in the minds of the authors: The demonic temperament of a patriarchal system in traditional societies through folk games, oppression. It inspires girls. In a quasi-modern society, the teaching of oppression continues with modern methodses Manuscript profile

Postmodernist theories are divided into two main groups. The first group includes the theories of people like Brillois, Peter Whalen and David Lodge, who provide a list of postmodernist components (uncertainty, paranoia, temporal disorder, etc.). In the second group, the most significant theory has been proposed by Brian McHale, who uses the concept of "dominant element" in Russian-formalism to explain postmodernism and considers the characteristic of postmodernism to be existentialism (as opposed to epistemology, which is the dominant element of modernism). In order to achieve this goal, first of all, the methods and components of the Iranian novel "Sapidh-Dam" are extracted and the elements of the story, concept, form, or form are examined. Then, based on Brian McHale's prevailing theory, which considers the characteristic of postmodern stories to be ontological discussions, it is determined to what extent these methods and components play a role in highlighting the ontological elements of the work. The result shows that in this novel, the author has made good use of the technique of polyphony, uncertainty, short connection, incoherence of the mind and confusion of the characters... in the best way. He placed his novel next to postmodern works. Manuscript profile

Predominance of the poet’s emotions has made Ritual poetry one of the most significant types of lyrical literature; accordingly, most of the form and content indicators of lyrical literature are used in its substance. This research aims to investigate and explain the reflection of the features of lyrical literature in the ritual poems of Persian Constitutional era - a case study of the ritual poems of Malek Osh-Shoarai Bahar. Bahar, one of the most prominent poets of the Constitutional period and the poet laureate of Astan Quds Razavi, had a long career in composing religious poems, especially in lamentation of the Prophet and the infallible Imams. He portrayed the true face of the Holy figures with an imagination full of emotion and feeling, and described them in the mirror of poetry via a lyrical language. The current research is conducted with a descriptive analytical approach using library research method, and seeks to examine the quantity and quality of the features of lyrical literature in the ritual poetry of Malek Osh-Shoarai Bahar in order to show their frequency and prominence. The result of the research shows that the content indicators such as description, pessimistic view of the times, reference to religious holidays and the birth of the Holy figures, etc. in Bahar's poetry originate from the poet's emotion (sorrow and happiness), and have been shown in the rhetorical structure (formal indicators) through simile and metaphor, as well as in the lyrical language of the poems through alliteration and lyrical music.
