The present study is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that has been conducted to identify the dimensions and components of professional development of elementary school principals. The statistical population of the study was the principals of public elementary schools in Tehran in the year of 2019. In two stages of sampling, samples were selected by quota and then purposive sampling methods. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The interview continued until the process of exploration and data collection reached a theoretical saturation point after interviewing 14 people. The data were analyzed using content analysis method and open axial and selective coding steps. Two methods of verifying the interviewees and verifying an external expert were used to control the validity. To determine the reliability, two methods of reviewing the writings and also the method of recoding were used. The agreement in the coding homogeneity was calculated and the agreement coefficient was 86%. Findings showed that professional development for elementary school principals has 4 dimensions of knowledge, skills, attitude and ability and 9 components includes general management knowledge, specialized management knowledge, interactive skills, resource management skills, professional skills, personal desires, managerial attitude, physical and mental ability, and intellectual ability ,21 sub-components and 87 indicators. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between teacher talent development and the effectiveness of high schools in Bushehr province. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and in terms of the nature and method of data collection, the present study is correlational. The statistical population in this study consisted of 5938 high school teachers in Bushehr province, of which 361 were selected as a sample according to Morgan table. It should be noted that out of 361 questionnaires distributed, 250 questionnaires were returned. In fact, 75% of the population has responded. Therefore, the results were completed based on 250 questionnaires. Two questionnaires were used to collect data. Parsons 28-item questionnaire on organizational effectiveness based on the criteria of achieving or achieving the goal, adaptation or innovation, coherence or unity and continuity or maintenance of patterns, as well as a researcher-made 25-item talent development questionnaire in 6 dimensions: genetic, emotional (personal characteristics), cognitive (intelligence). Talent, environmental suns (home, school, community, gender and luck), thorns were used. The reliability coefficient of the Talent Development Questionnaire (0.88) and the School Effectiveness Questionnaire (0.83) were obtained and since Cronbach's alpha of both questionnaires is more than 0.7, Therefore, they have the necessary reliability. SPSS23 software was used to analyze the data. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tests (relative frequency, mean and standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Spearman correlation coefficient). The results of the test to evaluate the status of the components of talent development showed that among the six dimensions studied, only two dimensions, the emotional dimension with an average (3.89) and the cognitive dimension with an average (3.92) have a suitable status. The results show that the dimensions of teacher talent development have a significant relationship with the effectiveness of secondary schools in Bushehr province. The results of this study can take steps towards education to improve teachers' job ability, pay attention to their talents and try to create solutions for the development of talents in order to provide better services to students. The aim of this study was to design and explain the pattern of factors affecting the narcissism of managers with emphasis on regulatory mode (case study of managers of Payame Noor University). In terms of the applicability of the subject, the researcher, in order to answer the problem of managers' narcissism, should examine the issue at the level of the directors of Payame Noor universities. To further explain the problem, first narcissism was introduced; its definitions and dimensions from the point of view of thinkers, and by expressing various approaches and theories, the examples and consequences of narcissism were examined. The research method in this research is descriptive-survey type, from the field branch and in terms of applied nature. The statistical population and sample size in the qualitative part is 8 experts and management specialists and in the quantitative part includes all managers of Payame Noor university centers and units in region 5 (Isfahan, Yazd, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province), the total number of which is 168 people. Due to the limited statistical population, the sample size is considered equal to the statistical population. Data collection tools are semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires. Qualitative information analysis was performed based on data theory approach (three stages of open, axial and selective coding) and a quantitative part of inferential statistical methods (confirmatory factor analysis) and paradigmatic models. According to the main purpose of the study, using AMOS software, the effect of these factors on managers' narcissism was investigated. The first-order factor validation model was presented to measure the narcissistic component of managers. Then the significance of the difference between factor loads (regression weights) with zero value was presented. Because the calculated P value showed that among the 16 factors affecting the narcissism of managers, 3 factors are greater than 0.05, so with 95% confidence we can say that the calculated factor load for these 3 components is not significant and on the narcissism of the managers of Payam Noor universities. Light has no effect. By removing the three factors, the model was tested again and finally the model of factors affecting the narcissism of managers was designed. Manuscript profile
