Abstract :
The purpose this research was to identify the dimensions and components of learning -teaching schools in education. The used method was mixed method. Regarding the qualitative section,12 experts in the education were selected through purposeful sampling method and regarding the quantitative section, based on Cochran formula, from among 460 individuals of managers and experts in the education of North Khorasan Province, 210 individuals were selected as the samples of the study using Stratified random sampling method. Data of the qualitative section were collected through grounded theory using semi-structured interview and regarding the quantitative section, the data were collected using field method and researcher-made questionnaire was used as the instrument of the study. To analyze the qualitative data, the codification process was used and for analyzing the quantitative data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods as well as exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were utilized though SPSS 21and AMOS 20, and Expert Choice software. The findings of the study led to the identification of five dimensions of empowerment, structure, culture, information technology and learning community in the learning schools and as well as four dimensions of leadership, knowledge management, attitude and values and innovation in teaching schools and prioritizing dimensions include empowerment, structure and culture in learning schools and innovation, knowledge management and leadership in teaching schools, respectively. in the learning schools, Dimensions empowerment with average (4.52), structure with average (4.30) and culture with average (4.24) and in teaching schools dimensions innovation with average (4.46), knowledge management with average (4.25) And leadership with an average (4.12) are in priority one to three.
