In the second half of the sixth century AH, with the formation of small local governments, so called, Atabakan, which were the remnants of the powerful government of Jalaluddin Malekshah Seljuk and Nizam al-Mulk al-Tusi, a kind of stroke occurred in elegize, in the style of Khorasani, and in witchcraft. By the onslaught of the Mongols and the Tatars, the style of apostasy was inherited from the form of a weasel to the form of a sonnet. Thus, the content of the mystic, in the eyes of the elites, became lectures on mysticism, ethics and social issues. In the lyrical, which is rich, romantic and in the sense of the Sana'i, it was separated from the ode and transformed into a standalone form, called the sonnet, in a concise form, while expressing romantic and mystical states, it burden of witchcraft too. This style of sonnet, to Hafiz, became a feature of style. Hafiz, who is the most prominent representative of the style of the apocalyptic sonnet, has found his followers after all, though none came to his greatness. The author has attempted in this discourse, using (descriptively - analytically) methodology, to analyze and introduce the style of Hafiz's apocalyptic sonnet in its various forms and to mention the initiator of this method and an example of its followers after from Hafiz. AbstractInvestigations show that the government has long sought to de-judge and internalize the method of quick, specialized, legal and cost-free resolution of disputes of a non-judicial nature between the executive bodies under its management and the internal mechanisms of the executive branch within the framework of Article 134 and in compliance with Article 159 of the Constitution and this policy was implemented in the form of approvals of the Council of Ministers and by drafting regulations on how to resolve disputes between executive bodies by the governors and the legal assistant of the president and including the prohibition of paying government funds to raise disputes between ministries and government institutions in judicial proceedings. The country's annual budget has been followed and implemented. However, due to the lack of legal infrastructures and the lack of planning for coherent administrative and executive structures in the governorates, no significant results have been achieved. Therefore, in this research, which is organized in a descriptive-analytical and library method, while identifying the obstacles, strengths and weaknesses, ambiguity, silence, contradiction and conflict in the existing laws and regulations, we have tried to find solutions to empower, modify and revise the process. We present the law for resolving disputes between the executive bodies and the internal mechanisms of the executive branch. Manuscript profile

After murdering Hassanali Mansour in Bahman 1343, Amir Abbas Hoveyda- an intimate lover of Mansour- was chosen as prime minister by Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. At that time, the majority of politicians believed that the king is planning to benefit from Hoveyda as solvent and to choose a successor in the proper opportunity. But Hoveyda used so many tricks to remain in this position and could gain the longest record of prime minister in parliamentary period. Hoveyda was prime minister from 1343/11/7 to 1356/7/15, about 12.5 years. The reasons for this long permanace were as follows: obeying royal orders, hiring in Savak at the biegining of its arrival to Iran, America¢s agreement for the state of prime minister, deceitful pretention for people¢s seduction and to live plainly. For this kind of living, Hoveyda was driving his Peykan, attracting intellectuals and authors and being in relationship with them and  being advocate of university students.  He used to wear tie with Orchid flower to his collar, and a pipe under his lip and carried walking stick with himself and had a smile on his lip. These behaviours should be a pattern for all Iranians and any group should discuss about these matters, for example Leila, his ex-wife, sent Orchid flower for him from Paris and so on…… Manuscript profile

Psychological pathology is the study of the psychological abnormality and psychopathy which is created in human being in two levels of interpersonal and intrapersonal because of severe excitation and anxiety. The relation of interpersonal one is a kind of important and basic  motivation for adaptation. And its mark is lack of defensive situation, having sincerity and satisfaction. The more human being is able to harmonize the internal tendency and the expectation of society, the more adaptable it will be. Deficiency in relationship and failure in communication and un-coordination and its conflict have unfavorable impact on the function of the peripheral people. Eric Berne divides the interaction of human personality into child, parent and the matured. He believes that if there is a harmony among these, the individual will be safe from characteristic point of view but at times it hinders the man function normally. Berne has called these cases " contamination and rejection ".
