Abstract :

the Ministry is one of the most pivotal positions throughout history. the position due to various circumstances and sitiuations have been altered. each government in accordance with their own characteristics has added rules to this position. for instance ,when muslims conquered Iran ,Islamic rules and features that were added ,turned the position on to an Islamic way. the concept of the word minister is discussed in this article and the history ,characteristics ,relation between religion and politics ,its impact on the position of the ministery ,the role and scope of capabilities based on some historical and literary texts in various books besides
