        The aim of this study is to identify the background factors affecting the management of an environment-oriented culture through the media. To achieve this goal, an interpretive paradigm based on qualitative methodology was employed, utilizing the qualitative content analysis method. The statistical sample, comprising 31 individuals, was purposefully selected based on specific criteria. It included in-depth and semi-structured interviews with experts in media, environment, culture, as well as professionals from the Environmental Protection Organization and the Natural Resources and Watershed Management Organization of the country, particularly the General Directorate of Natural Resources and Watershed Management in Isfahan province. The selection criteria for these participants were their experience, expertise, and work history in the relevant field. To ensure validity, interviewees validated the interpretation of the interviews. Furthermore, a summary of the formulated model was presented to multiple experts, and their comments were gathered for further correction and adjustment. Following the interviews, the main category identified in the research was labeled "Media and Promotion of the Culture of Environment and Natural Resources." Background conditions influencing the development of the culture of preserving the environment and natural resources encompassed non-scientific treatment of managers with the media, the lack of universality in media facilities, absence of belief in mediating activities, adherence to security aspects, parallelism of environmental activities and natural resources, absence of environmental media, and the limited role of non-governmental organizations. In economic and managerial aspects, factors included the lack of credits and the absence of a communication system between media and the environment, as derived from the coding steps.         The anticipated activities as a good way to deal with complexity and uncertainty in decision-making and ensure success in the field of outsourcing is considered. The aim of this study was to Presenting the Educational and Research Activities Outsourcing Model in Organizations Governmental in Tehran/Iran. To this end, all employees and managers include 468 staffs were participated in present study, among them 211 were selected by Cochran formula and based on ratio multilevel cluster sampling. Data were collected by self questionnaires that the questions of getting a standard questionnaire. Data analysis was done using structural equation modeling by software Smart PLS 2 in two parts, the measurement model and structural section. In the first part, technical characteristics of the questionnaires including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity were evaluated. In the second part, software significant coefficients were used to evaluate the hypothesis. The findings of the study indicated that factors such as organizational, managerial, technical and structural factors and actors associated with the contractor in the process of outsourcing success training activities and research organizations are involved and influential.   Manuscript profile

        In order to investigate the effect of some of managerial (personal, health and nutritional) factors on usual mortality in meat farms of east Tehran province the current research was done. The date obtained farm 40 meat farms questionnaires' and in-person. These data were include manager education, manager experience, technical manager experience, workers experience, one-day-old chicken weight, the interval between two sequential rearing period, vaccination against the widespread disease, feed quality, feed additives, farm and vehicle disinfection, mortality and collecting form of death chicks. Data were analyzed by SPSS 20 software package.The ANOVA results showed that all factors except vaccination against the Gambro disease and one-d-old chick weight have no significant effect on mortality. Day-old chicks with more than 42g body weight have lower mortality rate rather than those have -42g weight at d 1. Usual mortality in farms where their chicks vaccinated against Gambro were lowers than those no vaccinated chicks. Therefore, it can be concluded that the reduction of the daily losses in poultry meat among the factors evaluated personal factors and factors of diet and health are very important.         The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of managerial and organizational factors on employee productivity in the General Office of Sports and Youth of Fars Province. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Fars Sports and Youth Department, whose total number was 170. According to the characteristics of the population, random sampling method was used and the sample size of Jersey Morgan sample table was selected. 120 samples were selected. In this research, the Hallander Questionnaire (2001) and Employee Productivity (ACHI Questionnaire (1998)) were used to measure the management and organizational variables in the Standard Patient Questionnaire (1394) and Organizational Argument. The results showed that managerial factors of about 56% and ergonomic factors of organizational environment about 63% have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Fars. The main concern and concern of the organization's managers is to create the necessary mechanisms for reaching The goals of the organization and the organization will be to achieve the goals when it comes to empowered employees.          Abstract Sport Organizations as the main custodians of sport exercise play a vital role in development, promotion and improvement of any kinds of sports in both public and athletic sports, and also in reducing plateuing. Therefore, the present study aimed to design employees' plateuing model among the employees of Youths and Sport General Organizations in North-West Provinces of the Country.The study was done through combined methodology i.e. quantitative-qualitative and making use of deep interview and exploratory factor analysis. Study population consisted of all employees of Youths and Sport General Organizations in North-West Provinces of the Country including 329 individuals among whom 181 individuals were selected through random-cluster sampling and based on Morgan's table.  The results indicated that according to established structures from exploratory factor and factor analysis and also, structural equation analysis, totally 63 factors were identified influencing the occupational plateuing categorized in 11 sub factors and 5 main factors. Each of the main factors including skill factor (lack of technical skill and occupational immaturity), psychological factor (lack of individual motivation and external prize) inside work factor (occupational inflexibility, lack of transparency and promotion), within organization factor (lack of appropriate training and work relationships), and management factor (lack of management support and dissatisfaction of management style) influenced occupational plateauing respectively and approved the plateuing mode in youths and sport general organizations in north-west provinces of the country.  Manuscript profile

        The current research, as a field study, was conducted by questionnaires that were filled through interviews with 22 individual rainbow trout farmers in Qazvin province. The present research aimed to assess the insurance operations, identify the risk factors in fish farms, followed by the assessment of the risks rising from mismanagement aspects. Considering the occurrence percentage of above factors and the level of damage they have imposed in a 20-year period, from 1994 to 2014, the impact of above factors was obtained and then insurability pattern of freshwater farms of the province was calculated using the coefficients obtained fromdescriptive statistical analysis of questionnaires and using factor analysis (FA) with the extracted principal components analysis (PCA).The results of the present study showed that damages imposed by mismanagement factors had a greater share than natural disaster factors, while this aspect has been almost overlooked and underestimated in insurance coverage lots.
