Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of managerial and organizational factors on employee productivity in the General Office of Sports and Youth of Fars Province. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Fars Sports and Youth Department, whose total number was 170. According to the characteristics of the population, random sampling method was used and the sample size of Jersey Morgan sample table was selected. 120 samples were selected. In this research, the Hallander Questionnaire (2001) and Employee Productivity (ACHI Questionnaire (1998)) were used to measure the management and organizational variables in the Standard Patient Questionnaire (1394) and Organizational Argument. The results showed that managerial factors of about 56% and ergonomic factors of organizational environment about 63% have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Fars. The main concern and concern of the organization's managers is to create the necessary mechanisms for reaching The goals of the organization and the organization will be to achieve the goals when it comes to empowered employees.
