Nowadays organizations are extensively looking for ways to interact and make effective contact with customers. Internet technology (IT) make able organizations to attract new customers. it traces both customers’ online behavior and performance, besides, making communications, products, services, and prices unique. The present study is aimed to identify and prioritize the success factors in electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) through the use of the Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) in the central branch of Parsian Insurance Company. At first, the identified factors from related studies are validated by using the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). In the following, the final rank and weight of each factor are calculated by means of OPA. According to the obtained results “existence of appropriate technical, communication infrastructures”, “allocation of needed financial resources”, and “support, commitment, and learning of top and senior managers” are determined as the most substantial factors in E-CRM success. In contrast, "capable of integration with other systems", "learning culture", and "existence of complaint system" are recognized as the least important E-CRM factors in the Persian insurance enterprise. The proliferation of the web and social networks has made people more connected to their friends and neighbors than ever before. The desire of individuals to relate to similar tastes and choices in a social network leads to the formation of clusters or virtual communities. Such information can be useful for commercial, educational or developmental purposes and therefore a large number of algorithms for detecting communities have been presented. There are many algorithms for detecting communities on social networks. In this paper, using the label propagation algorithm and fuzzy Delphi method, an improved method is presented that can identify communities more accurately and quickly than other similar methods. Accordingly, in the proposed algorithm, instead of randomly selecting from the maximum labels of the neighboring nodes, the label with the highest weight is chosen. By doing this, random selection is eliminated, and stability and certainty in the outcomes of the algorithm are achieved. Manuscript profile

This research aimed to discern the determinants shaping the implementation of bottom-up Kaizen models in the Malaysian automotive industry, conducted in three distinct phases: needs analysis, design and development, and evaluation. The identification of model prerequisites involved utilizing two instruments. In the initial phase, a panel of 11 experts employed the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to formulate the model, relying on a 5-point Likert scale survey questionnaire for expert feedback. The second phase employed a Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach to appraising the model, involving 300 employees in the automotive manufacturing sector. The outcomes from the first phase led to the creation of a model featuring eight constructs encompassing 41 items, specifically tailored for bottom-up Kaizen activities in the Malaysian automotive industry. Subsequently, the results from the second phase underscored that the bottom-up Kaizen activity model comprises seven constructs, wherein only statistically significant and positively influential factors for both direct and mediated paths were considered. This study has culminated in the formulation of a structural relationship model for Bottom-up Kaizen criteria, offering significant potential benefits and serving as a valuable reference for the Malaysian automotive industry.
