The present study has identified the challenges of the educational system in Agricultural Higher Education and Natural Resources Centers in Khuzestan Province. This research is achieved based on qualitative method and it was done using a strategy based on Grounded theory. In this regard, using a targeted approach and applying the criterion of theoretical saturation, semi structured interviews were conducted with 14 experienced professor and managers of higher education centers of agriculture and natural resources in Khuzestan province. The results of data analysis were separated in to separate concepts with the help of MAXQDA 2018 software. Concepts were classified in the hierarchy of coding in grounded theory in form of 15 categorical propositions. In the axial coding stage, educational factors were recognized as the main category. Finally, the paradigm model of research considering the main category called causal conditions, insignificance and underestimation of the evaluation of teaching quality and evaluation forms, Curriculum inefficiency "as a context, lack of attention and emphasis of the university on importance and role of education, lack of consensus of policy makers and planners on a specific philosophical basis, lack of attention to entrepreneurship as one of the missions of the agricultural university were drawn as intervening conditions and necessary strategies were developed to solve the challenges Manuscript profile

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to provide a technology acceptance model to increase educational quality using ERP system in higher education. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of method, and causal and causal in terms of relationships. In order to determine the sample size, a purposeful judgment sampling method was used, based on which 10 experts participated in the research. At the beginning, 16 components were identified for the design of the model by studying the theoretical foundations and confirming with the experts. In order to confirm the content validity of these components, the relative coefficient of content validity (CVR) was used. Next, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) was used to design the model. Findings: The results showed that the components were placed in three levels. The components of "Using ERP in the educational system" were identified at the last level as the most important and influential components, and the components of "increasing educational quality" were identified as the most influential components at the highest level. Also, the components of "technology acceptance" were recognized as key components. Conclusion: This research presented a complete model of technology adoption to increase educational quality using ERP system in higher education. This model can be made available to higher education managers and its results can be used to improve the quality of education by using ERP system in higher education. Manuscript profile

The study population consisted of all graduate students in the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Roudehen branch, Azad University, with the total of 255 students in 2010-2011.The statistical sample was 152 subjects, determined based on the Morgan table. Questionnaire was developed to collect data. The questionnaire included 27 Likert scale was at option 5 Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient using 0.78, respectively. Questionnaire and research data have been analyzed and described in two descriptions’ levels by the use of central field, criteria, the variety distribution table, and also in analytic statistic variants. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were used in SPSS software. Results of analysis of the data showed factors such as equipping the classrooms with modern technology, doing researches, changing the educational content, teaching of the faculty and their professional development. It is obvious that the identification of these factors alone are not enough and should be noted to their organizing due to the diagnosis of their condition in the quality of postgraduate education.           The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of social networks in the quality of e-learning in the Corona era. The research method is applied in terms of achieving the goal, and survey in terms of collecting information. The statistical population included all the students of the universities of Ardabil city in the academic year of 2019-2020 and the method used for sampling was stratified random method. To determine the sample size, Morgan's table was used and the number of statistical samples was estimated to be 381 people. To collect the data, the questionnaire of social networks and the quality questionnaire of e-learning were used. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by face validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha test. Hypotheses were analyzed using spss software version 22 and simple regression was used to test them. The results of the research showed. Social networks on the dimensions of e-learning quality (educational quality) including (quality of reflection in classroom management, creating a learning environment similar to face-to-face classroom, strengthening group activities, facilitating the learning process and fine-tuning the program and announcing it to students) Corona has a significant positive effect. The study's objective was to present a model to measure the educational quality of elementary schools. This research employed a mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative) and was an applied research in terms of its goal. The population of the qualitative part included teachers and experts of Andimeshk in 2019-2020, 18 of whom were selected using purposive sampling and participated in semi-structured interviews. Contents of the interviews were analyzed and all the data was coded. Opinions of participants and experts were used for validity, the data was recoded for reliability and an agreement coefficient of 0.89 was achieved. Statistical population of the quantitative part was 1103 teachers, 250 of whom were randomly selected based on the Cochran formula. Research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on qualitative findings, the validity of which was achieved by face validity and its reliability by a Cronbach's alpha of 0.88. Findings revealed that experts consider 2 aspects (internal and external organizational factors) and 11 components (elementary education objectives, management and leadership, teachers, students, educational space, educational content, learning and teaching processes, educational infrastructure, family, culture, community and policy) in designing an education quality model. The results of structural equations on PLS Smart indicated that the identified components can predict 0.83 of the education quality variable (R2=0.83). Finally, fit goodness of the study's structural model was approved (GOF=0.52). The results demonstrated that the presented model and its components and indicators can very well predict education quality. Therefore, the results are notable for those involved with education. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of human capital engineering in positive work attitudes and educational quality (statistical population: primary school teachers in Rasht). The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature. The statistical population in this study included teachers of girls' primary schools in Rasht from February 2017 to July 2016. The sample size was 234 people using Morgan table using random stratified method with proportional distribution of numbers from the mentioned community. The data collection tool of this research was a provincial questionnaire which was implemented according to the professor with a slight change in it. To determine the content validity of the questionnaire from the opinions of experts and to determine the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha method was used and the alpha value was 0.859. Two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data. In the descriptive statistics section, the data are summarized and a table is prepared and a graph is drawn, and central indicators such as mean, dispersion indicators such as standard deviation are used. At the level of inferential statistics, after performing the data normality test, univariate T-tests were used. Findings showed that human capital engineering has a positive and significant role in the positive work attitudes and efficiency of girls' primary school teachers in Rasht. Eight sub-hypotheses of the research were confirmed by the above test. Manuscript profile

In recent years, the educational institution faces issues such as increasing costs and difficulties in providing costs and reducing educational quality. The constraints and pressures that the educational system faces through changing attitudes toward the quality of education, such as: the phenomenon of globalization, sustainable development , Human rights, peace and security, the overall quality of life at the individual, family, social and global levels have led scholars to seek solutions to improve the quality of education. One of the most important solutions is the use of strategic planning and thinking rather than reactive planning. Strategic planning is at three levels beyond macro, macro, and micro. In this research, strategic planning of human resources and its relationship with quality of education have been considered. Manuscript profile
