Abstract :
The present study aimed to analyze and identify the concept of the quality of its outputs in the electronic education system. This research is applied in terms of purpose and has a qualitative approach in terms of data collection and the descriptive phenomenology method has been used in it. Participants include experts and specialists in the field of design and implementation of the quality assessment system and electronic education of Payam Noor University. To achieve the objectives of the research, first, the literature, theoretical foundations and documents related to the subject were studied and reviewed, then using 12 semi-structured interviews, the research information was collected and analyzed using the coding method. The quality of the codings has been confirmed by using two methods of review and unbiased coding and by using the Kappa coefficient test in SPSS software. Educational quality is a holistic and multidimensional concept that has long-term and short-term effects for the university's stakeholders.
