        This study aimed to evaluation facilities and materials of workplace environment in vocational training high school. The research method in this study was the evaluation. The statistical population included all of vocational workplaces of the country in vocational training high schools of intellectual disabilities. The sampling methodology was multistage cluster and by way of appropriate assign in five selected provinces was observed workplaces. In order to collect data were used from observation check lists that was made in two sections of conditions and organization workplace environment and in seven filed of skills that have been established reliability and validity all of them. Observation of workplaces showed facilities and materials in workplaces of weaving carpet grow of apartment plants art of living at home is relatively in desirable condition. Whereas workplaces of fabric sewing had desirable facilities, carpentry workplaces, Barry netted on wood and cucurbits were in undesirable level. Also, in Comparison between workplace facilities for the seven filed of skills it was revealed that fabric sewing workplace was better than Cucurbit plants and netted Berry workplaces. Carpentry workshops, Carpet weaving, grow of apartment plants and art of living at Home were in better condition than the lattice Barry wood workplaces.With regard to the findings, were presented recommendations for further planning in this area.         The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship situation between technical and vocational training and labor market and explaining an appropriat mechanism for communicating with working environment in Iran.  The research method was scientific-surveyable and to collect data analysis documents and research-scientific reports from structeured interviews with selected experts in curriculum, educational planning, and executive of technical and vocational training has been used. The findings showed there are no effective mechanisms in order to communicat between technical and vocational training and labor markets. Other important findings of this research are: the essential of revising needs assessment methods and skills stadards, developing job culture, emphasing on the skillful and practical aspects in education in comparison with theoretic education, the essentials of and industrial govermntal organizations in real cooperation with technical and vocational training, technical and vocational training development the in macro-plan frame of Iran’s social,  cultural, and economical development and refusing the quantity development of technical and vocational training Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between the superficial and deep approaches of study with self-directed learning skills among teacher education students. The method of this research is correlation. The statistical population includes 430 students of Teacher Training in Tabriz in 2018. A sample of 272 people was estimated using the Kerjesi-Morgan table that were selected through simple random sampling method. The data gathering tool consists of two standard questionnaires: self-centered learning skills questionnaire–Tran (2009) and the study approach questionnaire–Biggs, Kember and Leung (2001). The second questionnaire was modified in 2011 in Turkey by Ilymas and Orhan. The statistical tests used in this research are Anova, T-test and independent groups, Pearson correlation coefficient. Data were analyzed using Spss 20 software. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the deep study approach and self-centered learning skills (r = 0.320). But there is a negative and significant relationship between the surface study approach to self-centered learning skills (r = -0.282). The results of t-test showed that self-centered learning skills and surface study approach have significant differences between men and women (p < 0.05). Anova results showed that there is no significant difference between the different groups of teacher education students about the measurement scales (p > 0.05). The in-depth study can lead to increased self-directed learning skills and educational authorities should take the necessary steps to promote this approach in teacher training centers.         Introduction: Currently, the use of MOOCs is known as one of the learning gateways in the 21st century to technology-based learning, which has advantages in the learning process. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to design a conceptual model of distance learning based on MOOCs in technical and vocational high schools in Fars province.research methodology: The research was done in a developmental type with a qualitative design and through using thematic analysis and semi-structured interview instrument. The participants were selected using the purposeful sampling method with theoretical saturation criteria, and based on that, 32 professors and specialists in the field of technical high schools and vocational training were selected. In order to obtain the reliability and validity, two methods of review of participants and review of non-participating experts were used in the research. In order to obtain transferability, interviews and consultations were conducted with 32 experts, and in order to comply with the transferability, all the details of the research were carefully recorded in all stages.Findings:The research findings indicated that conceptual framework for distance education, based on MOOC in  Fars province technical high schools and vocational training, includes five main dimensions concerning managers' support with components  of managers' awareness, managers' commitment and managers' accountability; support of high-level documents with the components  of vision, correcting manual documents and policy making; platform building with the components of professional expert, beliefs, hardware, software, user-friendliness, support, training and motivation; planning with the components of targeting, content developing, evaluation; and implementation with components of feasibility, design, performance, and evaluation.Conclusion: Determining the main factors influencing MOOC in technical and vocational high schools and paying attention to them in the matter of education management macro-planning can be the basis for more use of this educational method even at the country level.         The main task of technical and vocational training system is manner of human resources needed by the community that prepare the community needs to provide both training skilled people to enter business and find suitable job position. This study aimed to investigate the action of North Khorasan Province technical and vocational training to welcomed and attract young people to national skills matches conducted. Research methodology in the research is as a descriptive, by type of survey method and statistical population includes trainers, trainees and people who took part in national skill matches. Total of samples were estimated on the basis of Krejcie & Morgan table was 267 people. Measuring instrument was the questionnaire produced by researcher included 25 questions and base on five degree scale of Likert has been performed. Reliability of regulatory questionnaire with respect to the calculation of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.862) was estimated for trainers, trainees and candidates who took part in annual skill matches national level. Finally، after collecting data، statistical analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics and software SPSS. The results showed that all the hypotheses of the process of education in vocational and technical centers, there skilled trainer and quality of programs and standards in vocational training centers provide maximum adsorption in national skill matches in North Khorasan Province has had a positive effect. According to Friedman test’s coefficient, the results indicate that skilled trainers with a coefficient of 4.18, the quality of programs and educational standards by a factor of 3.55 and effect of education posses by a factor of 1.95 to the respondents on the uptake young people in the national skills matches and all researched hypotheses have been positive influence and meaningful Manuscript profile

        پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش آموزش­های کار آفرینی در افزایش روحیه کارآفرینی آموزش­دیدگان دوره کارآفرینی می­باشد. روش تحقیق حاضر مطالعه علی – مقایسه­ای و بصورت  طرح همبستگی مقطعی  مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل جوانان مهارت آموخته (18 تا 30 سال) دوره کارآفرینی به تعداد 219 نفر(به روش همه پرسی) و کار آموزانی که در دوره­های آموزشی مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه­ای مهارت می­آموزند ولی هنوز دوره کارآفرینی را سپری ننموده­اند که جمعیت آماری 4332  را تشکیل می­دهند به طریق نمونه­گیری احتمالی و نوع تصادفی سیستماتیک آن با نمونه­گیری به روش کوکران حجم نمونه 203 نفر بدست آمد که به دلیل افزایش روایی و اعتبار پژوهش حاضر حجم نمونه از 203 نفر به 219 نفر افزایش یافت تا هر دو گروه مورد مقایسه دارای حجم یکسانی گردند. در نهایت از 438 نفر از کارآموزان دو گروه مصاحبه کتبی به عمل آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از  نرم افزار spss فرضیات مورد آزمون  قرار گرفت و نتایج بدست­آمده بیانگر این موضوع است که روحیه کارآفرینی کارآموزانی که دوره کار آفرینی را سپری کرده­اند در مقایسه با کارآموزانی که آموزش کارآفرینی را سپری ننموده­­اند در ابعاد (توفیق طلبی، نیاز به استقلال، خلاقیت، تحمل ابهام، مرکز کنترل، تمایل به مخاطره) بالاتر بوده به گونه ای که میتوان از کارکرد  مثبت آموزشهای کارآفرینی در جهت افزایش روحیه کارآفرینی و به تبع آن اشتغالزایی جوانان و کاهش بیکاری یاد کرد. از سویی با توجه به یافته­ها کار آموزانی که دوره کارآفرینی را آموزش دیده­اند نگرش­های خود را در جهت پذیرش تغییر توسعه داده­اند و احتمال اینکه با یک سری نگرش­های خاص به سمت کارآفرینی متمایل شوند، زیاد می باشد. بنا بر این به منظور افزایش نقش آموزش­های فنی و حرفه ای در توسعه کارآفرینی پیشنهاد می­گردد مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه­ای، دانشگاه ها و مدارس در ارائه آموزش­ها و مشاوره­های کارآفرینی، فعال سازی دفاتر مشاوره کارآفرینی، شناسایی و معرفی کار آفرینان موفق به جوانان اهتمام ورزند.         Abstract Technical and Vocational Training Organization considers the improvement and promotion of financial resource efficiency as one of the main strategies to implement a comprehensive system of skills and technology across the country. Therefore, the identification of influential factors in the financial resource allocation is very crucial for policy makers and managers in the organization. This is the main objective of this research. Statistical society includes all provincial departments of vocational training used in this study during 2012-2013. The methodology is based on Panel Data.The results represent allocating financial resource to vocational and technical training centers in provinces should consider five influential variables, namely unemployment, educational commitment, number of instructors and staffs, and finally, number of workshops. This means that the allocation of financial resources in provinces must be done according to the coefficients %15, %26, %30, %28 and %4 respectively, based on unemployment rate, responsible training hours, number of instructors, number of administrative staffs and number of workshops.         AbstractThe purpose of this study was to development of a strategic management pattern in technical and vocational Training with emphasis on social components. The type of design is qualitative and for analyzing, categorizing and tabling the data, the method of thematic analysis (theme network) was used. The statistical population of the study consisted of the experts of the organization of vocational and training of the country.The participants in the study included 13 people who were selected in a targeted way and based on the criteria of experience and expertise. Structured and semi-structured interviewing tools were used for data collection and the data gathering process was performed using theoretical saturation technique to reach the repeat and saturation stage.Three methods were used to validate the data.The content validity index (CVI) and relative validity coefficient (CVR) were used to decide on the consensus of experts and to assess the reliability of the Holstein coefficient. By the end of the process of thematic analysis, based on the themes and the theoretical foundations of the research,the pattern of the research was designed. Based on the findings of the research, eight comprehensive themes including strategic objectives,external environment,internal environment assessment, strategic analysis, Trainingal objectives, technical and vocational training programs, implementation of technical and professional training programs, and evaluation There were also 33 organizing themes and 160 basic themes for the strategic management pattern in technical and vocational Training.         The purpose of this research was to present a suitable model of vocational training for students with special needs. The research method was a descriptive survey in terms of practical objectives and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research included all the experts and teachers working in exceptional education in Central Province (85 experts and teachers); Using Morgan's table, 70 people were selected as samples. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The working method in this research was of a mixed type, which was initially used to collect data about the components and indicators of professional education of students with special needs by library study method and review of high-level documents, and after identifying the components and indicators; An open-ended questionnaire was developed and implemented to collect and analyze these components from teachers working in vocational schools of the whole province in the form of a semi-scripted interview. Interviews were obtained in the form of a 5-choice Likert questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.869. To analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, the percentage of relative frequency, mean, and median were used. The final results of the research indicate that in the discussion of vocational training of students with special needs, all the indicators needed to be reviewed, and the well-being component of students with special needs was also very empty in this field, and this component has been neglected in the topic of vocational training.          This study was conducted to identify the effective factors in the quality of skills training in professional technical centers. With the help of research background and experts' opinions, the factors affecting the quality of skill training were identified and then, using the efficient Dematel method and pairwise comparisons, important and influential factors were identified. The statistical population of the study was the professional technical centers in the west of Mazandaran province, which were ranked by collecting questionnaire data by Vikor method. The results of the mean comparison test of a sample, showed that three indicators of educational factors, managerial factors and professional competence of trainers were the factors affecting the quality of accounting skills training. Dematel technique demonstrated that the component of educational factors has the highest impact on the quality of skill training followed by professional competence of trainers and then, managerial factors. Also, using the Vikor method, it was found that Tonekabon has the best performance with Nowshahr, Chalous, Ramsar, Noor, Kelardasht and Abbasabad in the next ranks. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the pathology of a professional technical education system based on the EFQM organizational excellence model. In this research, in order to better understand the issue in terms of organizational excellence, as well as to identify its dimensions and components, and identify the factors affecting it, through in-depth and exploratory interviews with individual key stakeholders and selected experts Technical and professional staffs including heads of departments and deputies of the organization, human resources and education departments, heads of provincial departments and managers and teaching staff of formal education and training institutes with more than 5 years of experience in the college of technical and professional staff and academic experts. These people were chosen purposefully. The necessary qualitative data were collected and analyzed using content analysis method as research technique, concepts, categories and main and secondary factors. These concepts, factors and categories are the basis for developing a tool (questionnaire) to identify the dimensions and components of organizational excellence among the employees of the technical and professional organization of Tehran. In order to ensure the validity of the qualitative part of the research, the valuable ideas of the professors familiar with this field and the university experts who were well-known in this field were used.
