Due to the importance of distribution systems, optimal planning and safety of these networks are very important. On the other hand, electric vehicles are one of the main characteristics of future electricity distribution networks. The uncoordinated and unmanaged presence of electric vehicles as an additional load in the network can aggravate problems such as voltage drop, voltage stability and increase in network losses. In order to alleviate the effects caused by the uncontrolled presence of these cars, it is necessary to manage their required power in coordination with other dispersed production sources. Therefore, we should try to reduce losses by properly planning the charging and discharging of cars, along with scattered productions, having the right voltage and, as a result, better economic efficiency. Therefore, in this article, the optimal use of electric car parking lots with the presence of renewable energy sources in the distribution system has been studied. Optimization of the problem, a new meta-heuristic algorithm based on the flower pollination algorithm was used to determine the variables of the problem, including the optimal capacity and location of solar sources, as well as electric parking lots and diesel generators in the distribution network. The problem is subject to network operation restrictions (thermal line restrictions, network bus voltage restrictions, etc.), the number of cars in electric parking lots, the permitted power capacity of solar units, and the capacity of diesels have been optimized. In this study, the capability of the proposed method based on the flower pollination algorithm has been evaluated with other algorithms. The simulation was done on the distribution network of 33 IEEE buses, and the results show that the convergence speed and accuracy of the proposed method is high. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, with the increasing development of cities and increasing traffic, crowding, pollution, etc., public parking spaces are considered one of the most important infrastructures of the transportation system. The shortage of parking space, especially in the central zone of metropolises, can affect the traffic congestion and the quality of urban life. Therefore, the present research has addressed the condition of its parking spaces by investigating one of the important problems in the central district of ahvaz metropolis. This study is an applied research with a descriptive-analytical approach. It is also a survey research. The research population included 300 people and the sample size (169 people) was selected through the Cochran formula by directly referring to the selected parking lots. Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.833) has been calculated for the reliability of the questionnaire, which indicates the accuracy, reliability, and internal consistency of the results. Seven indicators: area capacity, availability of facilities, access status, security status, beauty status, entrance fee, and cleaning status were selected to evaluate the busy parking lots located in the study area and necessary analysis was done using shannon entropy. The results showed that Karun, Refah, Alireza, and Azadegan parking lots are ranked first second, and last with the final priority coefficients of 0.0574 and 0.0504, respectively. Manuscript profile

Ever- increasing growth the number of motor vehicles in urban routes and lack of coordinated development of infrastructures and fixed installations of urban traffic have intensified traffic problem in down towns of cities. One of the facilities that are urgently needed is sufficient space for parking of cars. Ignoring the parking issue has created problems in daily trips of citizens, traffic jam, marginal stops, and severe pollution of   air. These problems demand continuous endeavor and effective needed measures. Proper place finding of public parking lots will promote their efficiency and will minimize number of marginal parks.  Now that the central areas of the metropolis of  the country is highly concentrated, proper place finding for public parking space with strong means and methods is a must because it will solve the problems related  to parking and will meet relevant needs. Considering above points, the present study has been made for finding suitable places for public parking spaces in district 3 of Karaj metropolitan. In this research, the strong capabilities and analytical functions of   Geographical Information System (GIS) have been used. To be correct and accurate in localization is a very important object in order to have a perfect project. To active this we should use Geographic Information System as a powerful management and data analyzing tools. Although these days, different decision making methods are developed, which will help to designer and decision makers in order to get an exact and fine decision. If these methods apply to analyzing GIS, we could use a great deal of important knowledge from experts to get a better understanding of analyzing. As a matter of fact using of different methods for decision making and expertize will help to expanding abilities to getting a good localizing decision. In general localizing of public parking lot areas in most of places in Iran will evaluate in a traditional way, which will cause to end up having impractical parking lot areas. Even in some cases traffic problems are unavoidable. In this research, first we should find effective criteria, that by doing this we will use experts knowledge and questionnaires. Then after choosing effective criteria, layers of these criteria are made in software in GIS. The deal is the layers should get standardize to a particular way, it means an expectable way to combine different layers; in this study are two binary and fuzzy methods. The weighting of each criteria and sub-criteria will give us an idea of properness with concern to using one of the weighting methods. Obviously we use expertise knowledge in these cases. In this study the criteria are weighted in Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP). And then for making spatial analysis the weights are applied to the layers made from the criteria in GIS software pieces. The most important part of this research is combining the proper information layers. Finally, using classical Boolean methods and Overlay methods as well as Ordered Weighted Average (OWA) and Weighted Liner Combination (WLC) Fuzzy method, the suitable places are determined. Introduction and purpose of the research: urban appearance is the first representative of any city, which somehow represents the history, history and culture of that city. Among the components of the urban landscape, we can mention sidewalks, urban furniture, green spaces, etc. The main purpose of designing sidewalks is to create a sense of vitality and the flow of social life. Diversity and permeability are two important factors in creating a sense of vitality in sidewalks. Urban furniture is another main component of designing urban spaces that increases the role of quality and efficiency of spaces. One of the main goals of designing urban spaces is to improve the quality of life and create a calm and attractive environment for citizens. From the point of view of citizens, the presence of security in different levels of the city, which makes them feel calm, is also important. Providing this kind of security always has various components including social control. In this research, after examining the principles of sidewalk standardization, it has been tried to introduce and analyze the Taleghani sidewalk of Ilam province.Research method: This article is of a descriptive-analytical type and was conducted in the period of autumn and winter of 1401 with the participation of 237 citizens of the city who were selected by systematic random sampling.Findings: The important point of the implementation of this project is its location in the central core of the city, which causes the reduction or non-use of vehicles, as well as the lack of parking space in the central core of the city, which is not generally understood. Conclusion: The majority of citizens agree with the implementation of such plans, but the important point is the location of this place for the implementation of the work, which is somewhat ambiguous and ponderable from the point of view of the participants, such that 58% of those who agree and those who oppose the location of the implementation of the plan They are 42%. It can also be suggested that before the implementation of projects similar to the mentioned topic, detailed and engineered studies must be done in order to avoid many problems in the future.  Manuscript profile

Nowadays with increasing population growth and the tendency of large cities to accept immigrants, the lack of public parking spaces in these cities is obvious. The inclusion of public parking spaces in developing countries is one of the significant issues in city’s transportation system. Ardabil is one of the centers of the country's newly-established provinces that due to  deprivation and the lack of necessary substructures in transportation section, proportional to the increase of number of the automobiles and it's narrow streets (that according to some people they were built 60 years ago for carriages to cross ), it hasn't changed into a megacity yet and  is the first city which forms the traffic point of view has outrun all the other megacities. This city which has old and inefficient structures frequently lacks methodical maps and the essential space to park the vehicles especially during  rush hours. These factors along with the characteristics of being a tourism site necessitate building of parking lots for removing and controlling the traffic in this city. Therefore, in this research to prevent the traffic jam inside the city, the Analysis of Hierarchical Procedures (AHP) and Weight Co-covering Index were used to launch locating of parking lots in Ardabil's district 2. Attending the studies that have been done in the field of outer layer in AHP Procedure and Weight Co-covering index, we observe that the efficiency of The Analysis of Hierarchical Procedure (AHP) is remarkably important. Since, this procedure is flexible, we can launch producing the maps with low risk to high risk. While, in Weight Co-covering Index the layer can be divided to 3 or 4 unsuitable categories to suitable ones, outer layer produced by this procedure conforms to the layer produced by AHP with average risk. Most of the selected sites for building parking lots by these two procedures have been located in barren lands.   Manuscript profile

Today, the crisis of the lack of vehicle parking areas, especially in central urban areas, has plagued most large cities, as the lack or shortage of public parking lots because of growing urban development has engendered increased traffic jams, pollution, reduced quality of life in cities, etc. The goal of this study was to employ the Marcus Model to examine 26 public parking lots in the central areas of District 1 of the metropolis of Ahvaz using seven indicators of area, facilities, access, security, beauty, entry fees, and cleanliness through survey methods. The statistical population of the study comprised public parking lot users of the city of Ahvaz. The sample volume was 111 using the KMO and Bartlett’s test. Cronbach’s alpha of 0.861 was estimated for the reliability of the study questionnaire, which measures the accuracy and consistency of the findings. From an innovation perspective, the study aimed to broaden its focus on examining the indicators, as compared to previous research. This is because the effectiveness of each of the indicators under study varied in terms of capacity, place, thinking, user encounter, and officials’ monitoring. Also, one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods (MARCOS Model) was used to explain the study data. Study findings showed that out of the 26 public parking lots in the study area, story parking lots of Karun, Refah, Shaid Fahmide, Nakh, Shahed, etc. with the respective quantitative values of 91.37, 89.45, 87.20, 86.16, and 85.74 ranking first to fifth in terms of the seven indicators examined. Introduction   With rapid urbanization in recent decades and the increased use of motor vehicles, traffic on city streets has become one of the problems of big cities. In this regard, construction of public parking in the vicinity of urban streets in order to avoid long and about in parks, along streets, is one of effective measures to reduce traffic. The most appropriate location for parking, where parking is most needed to be .The car park will be resolved as well. The car park will be resolved as well. Within the scope of Yazd is based on studies of traffic and transport, including 12 regional and 140 district is that a large part of the important area of the parking problem in the takes. The context for the study of the central city of Yazd is an area that overlaps with a large range of choice is an area of 765 hectares and a population of about 50,000 people. Research Methodology   Type of applied research - development of; and descriptive - analytical. Studies of tissue within the central city of Yazd is, for the purpose of parking places, in addition to documents, studies, data from research that were added to the field. After collecting data - field factors were required to locate. Weight each factor from the hierarchical analysis process and then using the GIS overlay of the weight factors combined together and the final map and location of spots that were identified as suitable.  Results   Identifying and tracking the factors that affect the location of, the most important steps are studied. The criteria used to locate parking can be expressed as follows: 1) trip for the absorption (K): are the centers where they travel to various reasons so that it will increase traffic on surrounding streets. 2) required parking space (N): a total of 50 public parking Yazd, only 34 parking within the central tissue or in the streets of this border area is located on Park Place in 1550 only provides for the collection of stationary traffic.      3) Access to the main street (R): parking in the nearby streets to encourage more people to use them and are less confused, and accessing them is easier and faster.  4) being ruined or Bayer (M): Given the historical context of the central city of Yazd, the destruction of some of the places is not possible to construct parking places that are selected are dilapidated, and Bayer. Conclusion   The results of this study are as follows:  1.locate parking in a number of factors are involved in all aspects of the analysis is not possible with traditional methods. The other hand, neglect of these factors contributed to a significant waste of material resources and the environment and serious injuries to people and urban management will be imposed. Thus the use of information technology, particularly geographic information systems to analyze large volumes of data, is essential. 2. Given the high cost of land in central and commercial area of town is best, parking will be constructed in the class because despite the poor infrastructure, large parking space and also create economic justification of accept. 3.Use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Geography information system (GIS) and combined it with logic overlap index (IO) in  the optimal location is a high performance site. This allows for comparing and evaluating different locations can be optimized according to specific criteria. It should be added to this landuse.   4. Use of technology to manage a city when it is realized that the spatial and descriptive data with the accuracy needed to be there. So in order to retrieve and access information quickly, forming a centralized database is essential. GIS systems are able to manage large volumes of diverse data, with the lowest possible cost, reliable forecasts of the city managers are.   Manuscript profile
