The experimental group participated in 8-sessions, 90 minute each of, "solution-focused" conseling group program, while the control group did not receive any conseling. By using analysis of covariance test, five hypotheses of the research were investigated. The results indicated that solution-focused group counseling increased overall adjustment , with its social and educational factors as well as self- efficacy of high school male students (P < 0.01). The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness group counseling through group therapy with group cognitive-behavioral therapy on the feeling of loneliness and life expectancy among students suffering from depression disorder. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group and follow-up test. The statistical population consisted of 75 students referred to the counseling center who had depressive disorder, among them 45 who were in addition to their inclusion criteria in the Loneliness Scale of University of California at Los Angeles (1980) and Beck Depression Inventory (1996) Scale and lower Hope in Miller Hope Scale (1988) in a randomized design in three groups of 15 each. Allocated. The experimental group received Cognitive-Behavioral group counseling. After completion of the post-test, follow-up test was performed one month later. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of pre-test and post-test in experimental and control groups (P <0.0001). Both treatments were effective and continued until follow-up. Comparison of treatment groups indicates the same effect of group counseling on reducing loneliness and life expectancy. Group counseling in a cognitive-behavioral and cognitive-behavioral way can be an effective psychological treatment to reduce feelings of loneliness and increase the life expectancy of people with depression. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of group counseling based on compassion therapy approach on the responsibility and spiritual health of the girls of Farhangsara Pegah Isfahan . The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. For this purpose, 30 working girls in the 10th district of Isfahan were selected by available sampling and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). Before and after the intervention, the participants responded to the research instrument that included 42 questions from the California Psychological Inventory (CPI) Goff (1984), which was related to the dimension of responsibility, and the spiritual health questionnaire of Ellison and Polotzin (1983). Participants in the experimental group underwent eight 90-minute sessions of compassion therapy according to Gilbert's concepts and treatment plan (2014), but the control group did not receive any intervention. The data were analyzed at two descriptive levels (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (univariate analysis of covariance test). The results of univariate covariance analysis showed that group counseling based on compassion therapy approach has led to increased responsibility and spiritual health in working girls (p<0.05). Compassion-based group therapy increases self-responsibility in working girls by increasing self-kindness as well as increasing the sense of philanthropy. Working girls, because they are deprived of their rights such as education, health and proper nutrition, and being on the street for a long time, causes them to be exposed to different harms, including physical, mental, spiritual and social harms, and causes distance.
