If the managers are selected according to the relevant personal and social characteristics, the prosperity and productivity of organizations will increase. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the individual and social types of physical education managers in the northwest of the country and their effective communication. This research was descriptive-analytical and of a cross-sectional type that was conducted between 1400 and 1401. The population and research sample of all physical education managers was determined as 140 people. To collect data, two standard Bass-Eldridge individual and social type questionnaires (reliability 0.87) and researcher-made effective communication (reliability 0.80) were used. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods (tests Smirnov, Levin's Kolmograph, Pearson's correlation coefficient and analysis of variance and t-test were used. The results of the statistical analysis showed that between individual and social types and their components, bold type, introvert type, egalitarian type There is a positive and significant relationship with effective communication, and no significant relationship was observed between fair type and effective communication of managers. The obtained results indicate that managers who have specific personality types are more effective. Manuscript profile

One of the consequences of the incomplete implementation of the rural referral system is the costs that enter people's pockets and the system of a country. One of the main factors in completing the referral system, considering the large number of beneficiaries, politicians and executives in this plan, is how to communicate effectively among the many and different groups of this plan (doctors, insured, midwives, nurses, executive staff, staff The aim of this study is to measure the extent and manner of family doctor plan studies addressing communication components as an effective index in solving the challenges of the plan. Methods: Research method: The method of the present study was conducted in the form of a library review on 40 studies from 2001 to 2020. The research population is all the articles related to communication components in the family doctor project. In order to carry out information research by reading texts from the library, websites of selected related organizations and in order to search systematically based on keywords based on 1- family doctor plan 2- communication in family doctor plan 3- referral system 4- challenges and obstacles of the plan Family doctor 5-Health care 6-Rural family doctor plan strategies 7-Effective communication in the referral system was collected and evaluated and compared in the comparison table of the fields. Articles were systematically searched based on relevant keywords in authoritative and specialized databases in English and Farsi languages, Google scholar, along with national databases including SID, IRANDOC, ISC. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of admission and commitment therapy on ineffective communication beliefs and marital adjustment of incompatible women. The research design was semi experimental design with pretest-post test with control group. The statistical population were all of women with marital conflict and marital conflicts referred to the Razi Counseling Center of Karaj in the summer of 1396. From this population, 30 subject were selected through available sampling method and placed in two experimental and control groups (15). The experimental group received acceptance and commitment treatment in eight 90-minute treatment sessions. The instrument of measurement in this study was the Communicational Beliefs Questionnaire (Idlerson and Epstein, 1981) and Marital Adjustment Questionnaire (Spinner, 1976). In order to analyze the data, multivariate analysis of covariance was used with SPSS (24). Findings showed that acceptance and commitment therapy had a significant effect on the dimensions of communication beliefs (Dissolving Opposition Belief, Invariability in Spouse, Belief in Anticipation of Mind, Belief in Sexual Perfectionism and Belief in Gender Differences) and Marital Satisfaction (Couple Satisfaction, Pair dependence, Pair Agreement, Affection) (p <0.05). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) on emotional regulation and distress tolerance of addicted women leaving by the mediating role of mindfulness, effective communication and emotional cognitive regulation strategies. The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design and control group. The statistical population included all addicted women leaving in Isfahan city. The sample consisted of 60 women prisoners leaving drugs who were selected based on available sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Measurement tools included the Negative Mood Regulation Questionnaire (Catanzaro & Mearns, 1990), the Distress Tolerance Scale (Simmons & Gaher, 2005) and the Researcher Made Behavioral-Emotional Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using analysis of covariance and analysis of variance. Findings showed that dialectical behavior therapy has led to increased emotion regulation skills and tolerance of anxiety in the experimental group (P <0.001), and the effect of this treatment remains until the quarterly follow-up. Also, the mediating role of mindfulness, effective communication and emotional cognitive regulation strategies in post-test was statistically significant (P <0.05). Manuscript profile

The research method was content analysis. The research population of the effective communication book of the tenth grade of the second year of technical and vocational high school in terms of (text, questions, pictures, activities) which was selected by purposive sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made content analysis form based on Shannon's entropy model. Category information The significance coefficient of each category was calculated. According to the World Health Organization, ten life skills include problem-solving skills, empathy, creative decision-making thinking, coping with emotions, coping with stress, critical thinking, effective communication with others, self-awareness, and building interpersonal relationships. The results showed that the highest coefficient of importance was related to the component of effective communication skills (0.121) and the lowest coefficient of importance was related to the component of problem solving skills (0.082). Social networks are social structures between individuals and their relationship  which play a significant role in information spread, nowadays. An appropriate solution for being informed about the process of information and news spread in these networks is the identification of the critical edges between members of the society. In a lot of articles identifying the edge  will be static that such important challenges in this field as well as the interactions between users is not considered.   In this paper, a new method is introduced for the identification of effective communication channels that has the ability to comply with the various social networks and real-world structures. This method identifies the effective communication channels based on the data volume transferred between members of the society dynamically, the centrality of interstitial of edges and the features of the two nodes. The model presented in this paper can maintain the specificity of data. The results of the evaluation indicate that this method has desired results compared to similar methods. Manuscript profile

This research has been compiled with the aim of designing a model of public persuasion in good urban governance in Khorasan-Razavi executive bodies. The research method is of a mixed type, which in the qualitative part is based on data theorizing and in the quantitative part, it is a survey with the approach of structural equations. The sampling method in the qualitative part is purposeful and snowball type, the number of participants is 12 people. The statistical population in the quantitative stage is all the managers of executive bodies of Razavi Khorasan in the 2021, whose number is 8936 people. The research method in the quantitative part is a survey with the approach of structural equations and the researcher-made questionnaire tool. The sampling method in the quantitative stage is stratified random sampling proportional to the volume of 368 people. Data analysis in the qualitative part is through coding using MaxQDA software. The findings of the research have shown that factors such as social capital and governance of issues cause public persuasion to form and lead to consequences such as improved performance in the form of sustainable human development and improved problem-solving. The context of these strategies are supportive and cultural policies. In the meantime, one should not ignore the intervenors, such as environmental barriers and communication barriers. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of cultural intelligence on the task performance with the mediating role of cultural adjustment and effective communication. The research method is descriptive correlational survey. The findings of the study were based on the viewpoints of 78 non-native employees of SADERAT Bank branches in Tehran who were selected through available sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose it’s content validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling with PLS Software. The results of this study showed that the first hypothesis (the effect of cultural intelligence through mediating cross- cultural adjustment on task performance) and the third hypothesis (the effect of cross-cultural adjustment on effective communication) were confirmed and the second hypothesis (the effect of cultural intelligence through mediating effective communication on task performance) was not confirmed. Also, based on beta coefficients, it was found that the mediating effect of intercultural adaptation is weaker than the direct effect of cultural intelligence on task performance. Manuscript profile
