        Women, as an influential group in participation, especially political participation, play an important role in political decision-making. The present study was to evaluate the level of political participation of women (working in the Department of Education and Training in region 2 of Ahvaz) and the related factors. It aims were to examine these women’s attitude toward political participation, especially at decision-making and decision-creating levels. The conceptual framework of the study is Lester Milbrath’s view in the "Political Participation" book. Based on this framework, the relationship between independent variables like social class and status, employment status, age, education, residence, self-commitment to the political system, following the family's culture, sense of efficacy, perceived injustice and political awareness and the dependent variable, namely political participation was examined. The present study is a field study and is carried out by survey and analytical procedures. The population included all the teachers, educational instructors, and counselors working in elementary, secondary and high schools in region 2 of Ahvaz in the academic year 2011-2012. Based on the estimates, they outnumbered 2850; using Cochran’s formula, the sample subsumed 300 subjects. The findings of the study suggested that factors like marital status, age, education, social and economic conditions did not affect women’s political participation; however, variables like trust and commitment to the political system, religious attitudes and perceived injustice could influence the political participation of women.         Human capital is considered the main asset and capital for the educational institution, the actions of the managers are in the construction of a transformational view and it is considered as the most fundamental indicator and component in the macro analysis of education. The purpose of this research is to develop a qualitative model of human capital excellence in Iranian Education and Training. The present research is exploratory and fundamental in nature and purposeful in terms of sampling method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, which reached theoretical saturation by conducting 1110 interviews. The data were analyzed using Glazier coding method and software (MAXQDA11). The findings showed that the human capital excellence model in Iran's education based on has 5 main categories and 31 sub-components, which in total constitute the effective components of the human capital excellence components of education and training. The qualitative model resulting from this research, taking into account causal factors such as the results, shows that is content goals (knowledge-cognitive), individual goals (psychological), metacognitive goals, and social goals and organizational structural goals.         The present research studies the individual and social factors affecting the educational motivation among high school students. The aim of the research is to identify the individual and social factors that affect educational motivation. The research method is survey, and the data collection device is a questionnaire. Sampling is based on stratified-simple random sampling. The sample size is 496 high school students. After testing the research hypotheses, the following results were obtained: There is a significant relation between social facilities, mental factors, group factors, educational level, management-educational factors, age, and educational motivation.         پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نظرات معلمان زبان انگلیسی در مورد کآرآمدی کلاس‌های ضمن خدمت (INSET) بر پایگاه دانش (KB) معلمان زبان انگلیسی در مقطع دبیرستان پرداخت. برای انجام این پژوهش، از سه بار مطالعه دلفی (روش ترکیبی) استفاده شد. بار اول مطالعه کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری انجام شد و بارهای دوم و سوم مطالعه کمی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. آزمودنی‌ها 29 معلم زبان انگلیسی از استان گیلان بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند. معیار انتخاب معلمان شرکت در کلاس های ضمن خدمت و آشنایی با کتاب های درسی Prospect و Vision بود. از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند، دیدگاه‌های آنان در مورد کلاس‌های ضمن خدمت جمع اوری شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. سپس بر اساس ایده های معلمان پرسشنامه ای با 27 سوال تهیه شد وتوسط معلمان دوبار پاسخ داده شد. بررسی نتایج با استفاده ازآزمون های جفت شده تی (T-Test) نشان‌داد نظرات معلمان تغییرمعنادار نداشته است. معلمان انتظار داشتند که آموزش در کلاس‌ها دقیق‌تر انجام شود و برنامه ریزی برای افزایش دانش محتوایی، دانش آموزشی و دانش تکنولوژیکی آنها باشد. آزمودنی-ها پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود اجرای برنامه‌های ضمن خدمت در جهت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش معلمان دادند که می‌تواند به یادگیری دانش‌آموزان منتهی شود.         Organizational citizenship behavior is the tendency and motivation of employees to go beyond the formal obligations of the job in order to help each other, to align individual interests with organizational interests, and to have real interest in the organization’s overall missions and activities. The main purpose of the present research is identification and evaluation of organizational citizenship behavior of Bahnamir Education and Training Administration staff and teachers. The statistical population of the study includes 387 persons of Bahnamir City Education and Training Administration staff and teachers, and the sample size includes 172 staff members and teachers. The data were collected by using Neihoff and Moorman’s (1993) standard questionnaire. We analyzed the data by SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior and all of the evaluated dimensions, namely altruism, courtesy, generosity, consciousness, and civic virtue are in desirable status and there is a significant relationship among them. Consideing the stated results, enhancement of this set of behaviors within organizations causes the increase in organizational performance and effectiveness level, by encouraging effective and efficient organizational performance.   Manuscript profile

        Contemporary poetry has experienced fundamental changes compared to the classical period regarding the words and content. In terms of content, poets have avoided referring directly to ethics and have used it as a tool to represent political and social issues, which results in the complexity and multiplicity of the poems. Hamid Mosaddegh, as one of the prominent representatives of the social symbolic poetry in the contemporary era, has benefited this technique. In Derafsh-e-Kāviān, by reflecting a set of moral teachings and their connection with the political and social issues, he takes a new step in describing and designing didactic themes. At the infrastructure level, he has encouraged his audience to build a better world in accordance with justice-oriented standards, by using didactic capacities such as God-centeredness, unify of people, self-belief, intellectual and behavioral passivity, negation of determinism, etc. Analyzing Derafsh-e-Kāviān with a descriptive-analytical method and on the basis of John Searle's theory of speech acts shows that using expressive, persuasive, emotional, obligatory and declarative acts resulted in representing anti-oppression as a macro moral concept.         The aim of the current research is to explain the human capital excellence model in Iran's education and training. This research is of applied type, and in terms of method, descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the research includes all staff members of the Education and Training Organization, numbering 200 people, of which 132 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Morgan's table and selected by simple random. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The indicators and items of human capital excellence were tested using the structural equation model. Examining the fit indices of the model indicates that the structural model of the research has a good fitting condition. According to the findings of the research, the validity of all indicators and items of human capital excellence was confirmed. And the results showed that the t value of human capital excellence indicators in Iran's education and training is more than its critical value at the level of 5 percent (1.96) and therefore the validity of human capital excellence indicators and items was confirmed. Also, the results showed that in terms of the greatest effect of the subscale of the excellence of human capital in education and training, it belongs to the components of the content (knowledge-cognitive) and individual (psychological) components with the values of 0.730 and 0.710 on the excellence of human capital in education and training. is. And the lowest direct effect of human capital excellence in education is related to the metacognitive component of 0.350. Manuscript profile

        At present, organizations are looking for concepts such as spirituality based on the new management paradigm. The present study seeks to present and develop a model of the effect of spirituality on the work ethic of employees in the Education Organization of Golestan Province. In order to present the model, a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) and data foundation theory method were used. Qualitative sampling by snowball method and in-depth interviews with 26 managers and experts of the Education and Training Organization identified the model and in a quantitative part to adjust the sample size, Cochran's formula and Morgan table are used and the number of samples is about 145 people. Designated. Data analysis was performed by contextual theorizing method based on three types of open, axial and selective coding. For axial coding, the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin was used and spirituality was identified as a central category. The components of the paradigm model for axial coding are the central category, the causal conditions, the prevailing context, the intervening conditions, the strategies and interactions, and the consequences. The presence of spirituality in the organization affects work ethic and leads to effective communication, increased intimacy, improved working conditions, importance to colleagues, non-corruption of managers, increased willingness to work, commitment and appreciation of ethical work.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and employees' job performance with the role of mediating organizational identity in Education and training of Ardabil province. The statistical population of this study was 610 employees of Education and training of Ardabil province and subsidiary governorates. 240 of them were selected as the statistical sample through Cochran's formula by simple random sampling. A tool for collecting data, a questionnaire, and a questionnaire Standards were used. For face and content validity, questionnaires were used by the experts and professors of the Cronbach Alpha questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data using SPSS22 and LISREL8.54 software. The results showed that the job performance of employees with personality characteristics of extroversion, flexibility, conscientiousness, direct correlation with neuroticism Reverse correlation is meaningful and not correlated with pleasure. Also, in the present study, the role of mediation of organizational identity variable on the effect of personality traits on occupational performance of Education and training of Ardabil province staff was accepted.         The purpose of this research was to explain the challenges of advancing human resources management in the public education system of Iraq through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population in the qualitative part was 12 Iraqi education experts, in the quantitative part the statistical population was 140 people according to the subject of the research and considering the expertise in the educational system and the experience of managerial activity in educational centers. The statistical sample in the qualitative part was selected in a targeted manner and 12 people were selected in the interview process and in the quantitative part, 100 people participated as a sample and in a simple random manner using the Morgan table. The data collection tool included an interview and a researcher-made questionnaire related to the challenges of advancing human resource management in the Iraqi education system. ¬ was approved. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the research in the qualitative part showed that the challenges in the field of human resources management are in the four areas of attracting and providing, training and promoting, maintaining and using human resources in the educational system, taking into account the internal and external environment, as well as the results of the research interview.
