Surfactants have received much attention as amphipathic compounds due to their widespread use. The production of surfactants by microorganisms (biosurfactants) has advantages such as toxicity less than chemical methods. Due to its antimicrobial and anti-biofilm properties, the use of biosurfactants in food preservation can be very valuable. In this study, a review, as well as a bibliometric analysis of the use of biosurfactants in food storage, has been performed. Documents were collected from the Scopus database and then analyzed using VOSviewer software. Examining the documents, it was found that only 15 documents have been published in this regard. The share of immunology and microbiology is higher than other fields, and India has published the most documents in this database with 6 documents. The small number of documents and the lack of documents such as conference papers and book chapters can indicate the lack of research done despite the great importance of the subject matter. Nowadays, epistemology presents a new field in research areas. In this science, statistical and measurement methods are used to determine the criterions of the growth and development of science and levels of their expansion and its effect on research societies. This science appeared in Russia and developed in Eastern European countries especially in Hungary. This method is used for quantitative measurement of science in the national and international levels of governmental and private establishments. Bibliometrics is one of the important methods of epistemology and citation study or analysis is one of the most popular techniques of bibliometrics in which formulas ruling the relation between text and document are studied. Human being relies to credit his work. The path of scientific discovery and thoughts are defined by citations that are rate of referring to former sources like fixed traces. In this article, meanings, definitions and functions of citation analysis from scientists' viewpoint are studied and the relation between aspects is expressed.     Manuscript profile

Purpose: Despite the numerous exploratory, conceptual, and empirical investigations that have been conducted in the fields of economics, finance, business, and management on financial behavior and literacy, no comprehensive science mapping has been presented to date. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify trends in the research field through the synthesis of knowledge structures.Methodology: A bibliometric investigation was conducted on a selection of 1,138 documents in the realm of financial literacy and financial behavior, utilizing a scientific search strategy implemented on the Web of Science database during the 1995-2022 period. The study was carried out using Biblioshiny, a web-based application that is part of the Bibliometrix package designed in R-language. The software's automated workflow facilitated the identification of distinguished journals, authors, countries, articles, and themes, and enabled the conduction of citation, co-citation, and social network analyses.Findings: The findings indicate that financial literacy and behavior have developed as an interdisciplinary domain over time. Initially, researchers concentrated on demographic and socioeconomic factors, but the domain later expanded to encompass themes such as behavioral and psychological constructs that impact financial behavior. This research not only unveils the conceptual framework of the domain but also its intellectual and social structure. The study offers valuable insights into areas that require further research.Originality / Value: In the past, a great deal of theoretical and practical research has been carried out on financial literacy and behavior in various countries, covering diverse fields such as economics, finance, psychology, and consumer behavior. One of the major contributions of this study is that it integrates and unites scattered literature in this area, and identifies important sources, authors, and documents, while examining the link between financial literacy and financial behavior.
