Abstract :
By leveraging innovation, organizations can effectively respond to changing environments and enhance their performance by developing new capabilities. This research was conducted using bibliometric methods and citation and evaluative analysis techniques. The research population includes all scientific documents related to the field of organizational innovation that are indexed in the "Scopus" database. The dataset comprises 100 documents (articles, books, etc.) up to the year 2023. Initially, the relevant data, including articles, books, book chapters, and scientific reports, were extracted from the "Scopus" citation database. Next, the data were transferred to the Bibexcel software for optimization and screening. Subsequently, the thematic map of this field was drawn using VOSviewer software, and the structure, clusters, and relationships among them were analyzed. The results of the study indicate a diversity of research in the field of organizational innovation and also highlight a lack of studies on the relationship between innovation and other topics at the global level. The findings suggest that the exploration of the links between these two areas is still in its early stages, with a significant research gap in this field. Based on the research findings, it is evident that absorptive capacity, human resource management, intelligent risk-taking, technology management, financial and investment strategies, and effective resource management play a crucial role in organizational innovation in the automotive industry. Practical recommendations and suggestions for future research have been provided based on the evaluation and results of the study.
