The question of why some service organization are able to achieve superior performance continues toattention from both academics and practitioners. There are two key aspects to this question :1- what are the sources of advantages that are important in achieving superior performance in serviceorganizations2- and how are these sources of advantages converted into superior performance. In the service context, organizational culture and vision are particularly important. However, threemarket-related sources of advantages which marketing literature has largely focused on, are marketorientation, branding and innovation.Market orientation can be defined as a strategy used to reach a sustainable competitive advantagebased on the generation and use of information within organization, and on the selection of markets tobe satisfied. In this framework, we believe that competitive advantages results from the use marketorientation philosophy in an organization. Sustainability is achieved because the performance of themarket orientations’ behaviours requires complex organizational knowledge that cannot easily beimitated by competitors.Market orientation in an insurance industry is a business culture that is geared to providing ongoingsuperior products and services to the customers in that industry. The current work aims to analyze the effects of relationship and service – quality orientation andloyalty on market and economic performance and their mediating role in the relationship betweenmarket orientation and economic performance .In order to test the hypotheses proposed, an empirical analysis for insurance company was conducted. Therefore, the behavioural pattern of a sample population of Parsian insurance’s agents in Iran, and inrelation to factors influencing the extent of economic performance, were considered, so to correlate theeffect of each variable factor with the outcome.Within the context, both exploratory and practical research methodologies were utilized to arrive atconclusive data that in alliance with the structural equation model to effectively attest a meaningfulcorrelation between the outline influential factors and the real extent of the effect of market orientationon economic performance .This work integrates market orientation philosophy with relationship marketing and service qualityand loyalty as related drivers of the forms performance. Portfolio optimization is one of more important problems in financial area. The classic model consider that stocks is random variable with symmetric probability density function. But in real world, forecasting stock condition always faced with uncertainty and we need insert human factors in our forecasting. Fuzzy logic is one of methods that we can use this to model this condition. On other hand, experimental studies show that assets return isn’t normal and symmetric, so we should use down risk measure such as semi variance and semi absolute deviation.  In this research we consider two point in portfolio selection problem. Then we use two intelligent method based genetic and deferential evolutionary algorithm for solving the models. Making use of Tehran Stock Exchange data, it is concluded that considering semi absolute deviation has higher efficiency than semi variance model and intelligent method based deferential evolutionary algorithm has higher efficiency from intelligent method based genetic algorithm.           The use of salicylic acid in the nutrition of medicinal plants under moisture stress conditions has a considerable role in reducing the effects of water stress and improving plant yield. To this purpose, a factorial split plot experiment with three replications based on randomized complete block design was conducted at the Research Farm of Faculty of Agriculture, Zabol University, Iran during 2013-2014 cropping years. Drought stress consisted of three levels (irrigation at 90, normal, 60 and 40 percent of field capacity) as main factor, and salicylic acid spraying wiyh three levels (0, control, 2.5 and 5 mM) and three cultivars (Isfahan, Hamedan and Nahavand) minor factors, respectively. The investigasted traits were plant height, number of umbels per plant, number of umbellate per umbel, number of seeds per umbellate, root length, number of lateral branches, stem diameter, fresh weight of plant, grain and final plant yield, 1000 seed weight, chlorophyll a, b, total chlorophyll, carotenoids, anthocyanins, soluble sugars and proline. The results showed that drought stress decreased the traits under study. Salicylic acid spray caused an increase in some parameters such as the final height of the stem, the number of umbels, number of seeds per umbellate, root length, fresh weight of plant, seed and plant yield, chlorophyll a, b, soluble sugars and proline. Given the results of trilateral interaction effects, the greatest yield of grain was obtained from 5 mM spraying and Isfahan cultivar under irrigation conditions of 90% of the field capacity. Considering trilateral effects, the best cultivar in terms of grain yield was Isfahan cultivar with 5 mM spraying under complete irrigation conditions.   Manuscript profile

Drought can have a dramatic effect on plant growth. To evaluate the effect of brassinosteroied on drought stress tolerance of coneflower a split split plot experiement based on randomized complete blook design was conducted in Mahabad. The factors were irrigation regime as the main factor, with three levels (irrigation after 70, 120 and 170 mm evaporation from pan class A), the use of surfactants with two levels (without and with half a liter per hectare) and spraying 24 – Epi- brassinosteroied with three levels (control, 10-8 and 10-7 M). In this study traits like photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll), auxiliary pigments (carotenoids, anthocyanins, flavonoids and phenolic compounds), SPAD index, stomatal conductance, MDA, economic performance (stem, leaf and flower yields), essential oil percent and essential oil yield were measured. The results indicated that interaction of irrigation regime by brassinosteroied application reduced the adverse effects of water stress on chlorophyll a by 28 percent. It was also revealed that the use of brassinosteroied (10-7 M) increased the variation of chlorophyll a by 35 percent and water stress reduced SPAD index by 25%. Use of brassinosteroied (10-7 M) increased SPAD index by 8%. Application of brassinosteroied (10-7 M) increased levels of carotenoids, anthocyanins and flavonoids by 17, 59 and 50 percent, respectively. Use of 10-7 M concentration of brassinosteroied under stress, also interested in stomatal conductance by 13 percent, as compared to that of not its using. The results of prediction function regression showed that stomatal conductance, amount of MDA and chlorophyll a, played significant roles in yield prediction. The results of water stress also, showed a determining role in reducing major growth factors of Echinacea purpurea. But the use of brassinosteroied along with surfactant solution increased its drought tolerance. Manuscript profile
