        The present study, the first of its kind in Iran, focused on an innovative- adaptive cognitivestyle due to its close relationship with one's acceptance and use of new informationtechnology. More specifically, it compared innovative and adaptive managers, regardingacceptance, using, and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERPs). WithUnified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the present study examinedthe acceptance and the using of Enterprise Resource Planning system by managers. Theparticipants were 31 managers working in cement industry companies. The necessary datawere collected using a questionnaire containing 50 questions. The results showed thatbetweeb managers with innovative cognitive style and adaptive cognitive style about theacceptance, use and implementation of ERP system in cement Firms does not exist asignificant difference.         In Iran's today's society, entrepreneurs’ barriers are due to humanistic and social problems such as ignoring social relationships and human capitals which are considered as the most important invests of the organization. So this research investigates the effect of human and social capital as one the categorized barriers introduced by World Bank on entrepreneurial intention as one of the most effective factors in launching a new business with the moderator variable of cognitive method. The participants are the MA and MS senior Students at Tehran University during the years 94 and 95 and the subject 376 of them. Validity and the reliability of the research were measured by factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha respectively. The hypotheses were examined by the use of structural equation. Results showed that human capital has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. But social capital has this effect just in those who had emotional cognitive method. Finally, the moderating effect of cognitive method, between social capital and entrepreneurial intention has been confirmed. Manuscript profile

        In Iran's today's society, entrepreneurs’ barriers are due to humanistic and social problems such as ignoring social relationships and human capitals which are considered as the most important invests of the organization. So this research investigates the effect of human and social capital as one the categorized barriers introduced by World Bank on entrepreneurial intention as one of the most effective factors in launching a new business with the moderator variable of cognitive method. The participants are the MA and MS senior Students at Tehran University during the years 92 and 93. Since these students are potentially on the sill of starting a new and entrepreneurial business and as well, because of their existence of several years in college, the impact of the presence in the university environment is easily extracted from their comments and preferences. For this specific purpose, based on Morgan's table, 367 questionnaires collected using stratified random sampling in the community. Validity and the reliability of the research were measured by factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha respectively. The hypothesis was examined by the use of structural equation. Results showed that human capital has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. But social capital has this effect just in those who had emotional cognitive method. Finally, the moderating effect of cognitive method, between social capital and entrepreneurial intention has been confirmed. Manuscript profile

        Halliday's orthodoxy approach provides the researcher with a tool through which he or she can grasp the ideology of the text and the ways in which the speaker chooses to convey his or her thought. This approach is the product of a "social look" at language and takes place at the language level with the help of three intellectual, interpersonal, and textual paradigms. The role of thought is divided into two functions: empirical and logical. In the empirical function, the language expresses the experiences of the outside world. The product of this function in the sentence is a transitive that is used to identify different types of processes in the sentence - which is manifested in the verb. One of the main themes of contemporary poetry, especially women's poetry, is attention to social issues and its representation in the language of poetry. A poet who reflects social concepts in his poetry, his goal is to raise artistic and social perception and insight. He wants his poem to have a human message and to acquaint people with the events of his time. The souls of poets of social poetry are born with a sense of social responsibility and the poet lives with the people and among the people. Among contemporary female poets, Forough Farrokhzad is one of the women who reflects social ideas in her poems and by reading her poetry, the audience can become aware of her views on social issues. Among contemporary Tajik women, Golrokhsar Safiyava is also considered a poet with social concerns. This research tries to answer the main question in a descriptive-analytical way: Which language processes did Forough Farrokhzad and Golrokhsar Safiava use to express the views and social concerns of their time?         The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of problem solving training on reduction of math anxiety among the students with field-dependent cognitive style in Hamadan city. The used method was of quasi experimental type. In this research pre-test and post-test with control group were used. 148 male students, in control group, completed the math anxiety test. Then the students with math anxiety completed the group embedded figures test so as to be identifies as those with field-dependent cognitive style. Then, 40 students with field-dependent cognitive style were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups. The experimental group received training in problem-solving method and the control group did not have any intervention. The results indicated that the problem solving training reduced the math anxiety among the male students with field-dependent cognitive style.         شماری از پژوهشگران، ضمن استناد به تعریف پیشنهادی سوولز[1] (1981) از تحلیل سبک­شناختی، اقدام به شناسایی مشخصات یک نوشتار آکادمیک مرغوب کرده­اند؛ این در حالی­است که تدوین و تألیف یک نوشتار مرغوب برای نویسندگان غیربومی­زبان، امری بسیار دشوار و نگران­کننده تلقی می­شود. از آنجاییکه یک چکیده­ی با کیفیت می­تواند خواننده را ترغیب به ادامه­ی خواندش کند، ما پژوهش حاضر را با هدف شناسایی تفاوت­ها و تمایزات موجود در ساختارهای بلاغی چکیده­های پایان­نامه­های دانشجویان کارشناسی­ارشد رشته آموزش زبان انگلیسی در دانشگاه تهران (UT) و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد گرگان (IAUG) به تألیف رسانده­ایم. بدین منظور، تعداد 100 چکیده (50 چکیده از پایان­نامه­ی دانشجویان کارشناسی­ارشد دانشگاه تهران و 50 چکیده از پایان­نامه­ی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد گرگان) را به صورت تصادفی انتخاب کردیم. مدل­های IMRD (1991) (مقدمه، روش­شناسی، نتایج و بحث­تکمیلی[2]) و CARS  (1990) (ساخت یک فضای پژوهشی[3]) که هر دو توسط سوولز طراحی شده­اند، با هدف بازشناسایی ساختار بلاغی و زبانی چکیده­های مذکور مورد استناد قرار گرفته­اند. متعاقباً، بسامد و توالی حرکات و گام­ها را با استفاده از chi-squareمحاسبه کردیم تا تفاوت­ها و تمایزات میان چکیده­ها را شناسایی کنیم. نتایج به دست­آمده نشان دادند که میان چکیده­های پایان­نامه­های دانشجویان این دو دانشگاه، تفاوت­های معنادار وجود داشته­است. برطبق این نتایج، دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد گرگان، از مدل IMRD و CARS بیشتر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران استفاده کرده­اند. یافته­های حاصل از این پژوهش، حاوی برخی مضامین آموزشی برای نویسندگان غیربومی و دانشجویان فارغ­التحصیل و همچنین مدرسان و دانشجویانی که به تألیف نوشتارهای آکادمیک انگلیسی­زبان مشغول هستند، می­باشند.         مطالعه حاضر به بررسی تأثیرات چهارچوب سازی انگیزشی در خودکارآمدی و پیشرفت یادگیری افراد با سبک شناختی وابسته و مستقل از یادگیرندگان EFL پرداخته است. در این مطالعه سعی شده از داده های کمی و کیفی استفاده شود تا نتایج قابل اطمینان تری بدست آید. به عنوان یک بخش کیفی ، 15 معلمدر حوزه زبان انگلیسی در یک مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته ، و به عنوان قسمت کمی ، دو گروه از فراگیران به عنوان گروه های آزمایشی و کنترل با 60 شرکت کننده شرکت کردند. برای تعیین خودکارآمدی دانشجویان ،از پرسشنامه استراتژیهای انگیزشی یادگیری (MSLQ) استفاده شد. آزمون گروه های تعبیه شده (GEFT) برای دسته بندی آنها در گروه های وابسته و مستقل انجام شد. برای تعیین سطح مهارت فراگیران ، از پیش آزمون و پس آزمون استفاده شد. در مورد درمان ، 8 جلسه آموزش Bandura برای بهبود خودکارآمدی فراگیران انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های کیفی با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل محتوا و به عنوان تجزیه و تحلیل کمی ، تجزیه و تحلیل چند متغیره واریانس دو طرفه (MANOVA) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعامل فراگیران در چهارچوب سازی انگیزشی ، خودکارآمدی و پیشرفت یادگیری آنها را بهبود می بخشد و تفاوت معناداری بین فراگیران در ابعاد FD و FI وجود ندارد. این یافته ها برای معلمان و فراگیران در محیط های آموزشی برای کشف برخی از عوامل موثر بر عملکرد زبان آموزان EFL و وضعیت روانشناختی آنها تأثیراتی دارد.           This research exmined the relationship among learning styles,cognitive styles,and the choice of academic courses among iranian male high-school students.300 male tenth graders enrolled in mathematics,science and human sciences in Tehran area participated in this study.kolb,s learning styles inventory(LSI)and the wihkin,s group embedded figures test (GEFT) were completed to measure participants four dimensions of learning styles(convergers,divergers,assimilators,and accommodators)and two dimensions of cognitive styles(field depented and field independent).data show that more field independent praticipants chose mathematics or science as their academic major than did field dependent participants.in contrast,more field dependent participants chose human sciences as their academic major than did field independent participants.whereas convergers and assimailators more than divergers and accommodators chose mathematics and science,diverges and accommodators more than convergers and assimilators chose human sciences.
