The present study means to design a model for accreditation of Islamic Azad University whichis essential for quality assurance and improvement in the age of super complexity ofmultiversity in the third millennium. The review of history of higher education revealed lack ofany pattern for accreditation in Iran. The purpose of the study was to design a pattern foraccreditation of IAU and attempted on obviating this shortcoming. The study adopted adescriptive method and a survey design. The population of the presidents of universities,teaching assistants, deans and department administrators and faculty members of the 796 peopleworking at the Islamic Azad University were included. 260 people were selected based onMorgan & Kerjeci tables. The participants were selected using stratified random sampling. Bothlibrary and field studies were conducted to collect the data. In order to collect field data, aresearcher-made questionnaire was developed that included 28 items on a 7-point Likert scale.Collected data was classified in SPSS environment and confidence coefficient was calculated byCronbach Alpha method(0/83) .The proposed pattern was approved by 91/2 percent of therespondents and faculty members 96/1 percent (very suitable). Therefore, regarding results andtheir approval by previous researches and available theories, we could conclude that submittedframework have theoretical & empirical support and enough validity, so its implementationwas suggested for Islamic Azad University units. Thus, the analysis of the roots of technical interest rates, types of models for determining technical interest rates and identification of variables that should be considered in determining it and how and quality of monitoring it, has been done using the documentary method to the governing frameworks. Then, based on the results, a questionnaire was designed to confirm and complete the framework and sent to relevant experts. The results of the study show that based on the reviewed studies, the use of time series models is the main method of determining the technical interest rate in insurance companies, but in some cases, structural models have also been used.But in Iran, the use of time series models for determination of technical interest rates are not mentioned by experts and the majority of experts support structural models that taking into account the economic variables including inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and gold respectively (in order of importance) to determine technical interest rates. In the field of supervision, although there are different patterns, but the use of interest rates on long-term bonds with the highest credit rating, has been the common denominator of all countries to determine the maximum technical interest rate. It seems that the high weighting of experts on the variables of inflation, exchange rate and gold in Iran is due to the sharp fluctuations in the value of the national currency, which is the outstanding difference between Iran and other countries under study. Settlement Guarantee Fund as a risk management is one of common settlement method of securities transactions and need to be notice. This research is looking to evaluated brokerage firms based on the criteria of Settlement Guarantee Fund. Now Settlement Guarantee Fund is active as a unit of the Central Depository Company Formation and manage settlement risk in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) and Iran Fara Bourse (IFB). Using measures brokerage repeated default, default amount of latency and using TOPSIS method to rank list of active firms described Tehran Stock Exchange in 2013. The results show that in the list of members, SavAfarin and Saba Jahad Brokerage Company are highest and lowest ranking degree of settlement risk factors. Various aspects of this influence can be seen in the form of embodiment, translation and similar imagery and common themes. And, among them, Hafez’s poetry has been noted more than other poems. In this paper, after an introduction on the literary influence of Kurdish scholars from Persian poetry, we have studied Nari, a mystic poet who lived in the recent centuries. To draw Hafez’s trait in this Kurdish poet’s divan, first we came to these two poets’ favorite themes and concepts. Holy Quran is the most complete source for Muslim authors and poets’ inspiration amongst all pre – textual references in Arabic and Persian because of Its Divinely and Distinctiveness features and the comprehensive and rich stories, concepts and Verses in. Making intertextual relation with Holy Quran needs fluency in Arabic language and being familiar with Holy Quran. Khaqani and Sa’adi both are famous Iranian poets who owned both mentioned virtues and advantages and composed eloquent Arabic poetries beside their Persian ones. Two poets applied intertextual relations such as implicit, borrowing, guarantee and analysis in their Arabic poetries such as Persian ones. The present article – which is compiled with comparative – analytical method – attempts to express both poets’ Arabic samples and their translations in order to survey the status and frequency of applying abovementioned methods of intertextual relations comparatively. Undoubtedly, one of the glorious manifestations of Persian literature is Maulana Jalaluddin Balkhi (604-672AH). Although, as he deems himself a follower of Sanai and Attar Neyshabouri in Persian literature and mysticism, he is considered as the leader of all poets of mystical poetry. Melted in wisdom and love, Rumi lived in the seventh century AH, and due to migration from east to west of Iran, he remained obscure from historians and the rest of poets. However, during ninth century Abd al-Rahman Jami (817-898), a prominent mystic and poet, introduced Rumi in his memoir "Nafahat al-Ons", and provided the readers with useful biographical information about the poet, his family and his masters. From the ninth century onwards, Rumi's enthusiasm increased in the central and eastern lands of the Persian speakers. Of course, Sheikh Ajal, Saadi, because of globe-trotting, in his own words in "Boostan", went to "Rome" with friends, to visit Rumi, " The wise mystic", who is an exception to the ignorant, yet unaware of Rumi’s greatness. It is from the second half of the ninth century that Rumi's admirers rush to Konya to visit his tomb, and the poets of Persian literature engage in "imitation", "estimation" and "thematization" of his lyric poems and Masnavi. Mystics began to describe Masnavi and poets embraced his passionate poems warmly. The researcher in the present article in a "descriptive-analytical" method intends to introduce a number of great figures of Persian literature, from Saadi to Saeb, who have followed Rumi in lyric poetry. This study aimed to compare the educational Equipment point of view of educational stakeholders PNU, nonprofit and Azad in Garmsar city has been. This research targets applications in terms of data collection, is descriptive. The population consisted of all teachers and students of higher education institutions in the city Branch 91-90 school year, 13,849 people is that they are. Required sample size of 375 patients was determined according to Morgan credit research, this figure rose to 415. The samples in this study as a class - the ratio selected. Data were collected via a questionnaire of 26 questions and is self-made. Content validity of the survey instrument based on the number of professors in the field of higher education and to determine the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach coefficient equal to 0/93, respectively. To analyze one sample t test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used. The results showed that all five components of the educational facilities of the highest impact on effective stakeholder satisfaction with the IT facilities, audio - visual and physical space of the classroom. The results showed that in terms of stakeholders, educational facilities of all three institutions is not satisfactory compared to the same time units Payam Noor, Islamic Azad University of profit is better. In Islamic law, in cases of doubt in the presence of the duty and failure to provide evidence of the conduct of the duty, the principle should be based on the absence of the duty and thus not imposing a responsibility on individuals. In the legal term, this principle is based on the requirements of judicial justice and supports the freedom and dignity of individuals. The extent of the principle of innocence is very wide and inclusive than Islamic law but the commonality of this principle in both areas is alesalat ol adam. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method and using library sources, seeks to answer this question: What is place and guarantees of the principle of innocence in Islamic and public law and in the judgments of Administrative Justice Court? Conclusion of this article is that the principle of innocence and its guarantees, as referred to in criminal law, in the field of public law has not been cited by the administrative proceedings authorities and a number of branches of the Administrative Justice Court, in judicial controlling of quasi-criminal administrative bodies, have referred to the guarantees of the principle of innocence and have considered them as one of the principles of fair administrative hearing. In this research, we have tried to identify and explain the critical success factors in the quality of electronic learning of the Azad University. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of the study, we have studied the comparison between the views of professors and students about the critical success factors in the e-learning quality of Azad University. Also, in the library section of this research, studies have been conducted to identify the factors affecting the quality of e-learning from the perspective of the various stakeholders. Based on previous research and a survey of e-learning experts, a questionnaire was developed by researchers and among statistical samples Research was distributed. Also, some of the items of the questionnaire were designed in order to obtain opinions and obtain solutions. The statistical sample was asked to prioritize the importance of each critical factor in the success of electronic learning in Azad University. The important point in analyzing the research data of the researchers was that the direction of the research process was to identify and assess the significance of the amount of and the significance of each factor and the variance associated with it. this study, using gold coins spot price returns, in the period from 2008 to 2016, estimates IME gold coin futures contracts Initial margin, by Value at Risk and ConditionalValue at Risk (CVAR) approaches. It use variance- covariance modeles, based on normal and T-student distributions,  general pareto distribution and adaptive GPD models fore estimating initial margin requerment for futures contracts open positions. Fore VaR moles backtesting, it applies Christoffersen conditonal coverage liklihood ratio(LRcc) test and lopez and Blanco-Ihle loss functions. MAE and RMSE loss functions have been used for Conditional Value at Risk (CVAR) models Evalution. The paper finds that all models have been underperforming in low confidence level and Variance - covariance models based on T-student Distribution and adaptive GPD has outperformed the other models that support the fat tailed nature of gold coin spot price data historical distribution.
