        The purpose of this research is to Identifying factors affecting the maturity of knowledge management in Tehran Municipal Sports Organization. This is an exploratory mixed research whose statistical population included professors and experts in the field of knowledge management in the survey phase and experts from the Tehran Municipal Sports Organization in the evaluation phase. In the first stage, the sample size was obtained through judgmental sampling until theoretical saturation, and in the second stage, it was obtained through proportional stratified sampling. The data collection tool in the evaluation stage was the knowledge management maturity evaluation questionnaire (made by the researcher) with α = 0.9 reliability.The results showed that all the extracted categories, concepts and maturity codes that were recognized as appropriate by the experts can be presented as dimensions of the organization's knowledge management maturity model. In terms of the ability level of codes, concepts and categories, the organization is at the level of two maturity or the level of commitment, and the maturity percentage of knowledge management in Tehran Municipal Sports Organization was 58.7%.         The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management maturity on the performance of smart businesses in small and medium information technology companies in Fars province. The statistical population included managers, experts and employees of IT companies in 90 companies, of which 40 companies were identified and selected by simple random sampling.Initially, using the Asian Productivity Organization questionnaire with 65 questions, a total of 80 questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population and 78 completed questionnaires were analyzed. Then, using the Delphi method, interviews were conducted with 6 knowledge experts. Chi-square, De Summers and regression tests were used to analyze the data. Analysis of the findings showed that the performance of the seven criteria of knowledge management, respectively, knowledge management results, 45.6%, knowledge processes, 44.5%, leadership, 50.6%, processes, 44.6%, People, 50.6%, technology, 26%, learning and innovation, 52.6%. In designing knowledge maturity model of smart management and business with organizational performance approach in the studied companies, such as strengthening and applying indicators to assess the impact of knowledge initiatives, optimizing operating costs of production and services, creating a culture of critical perspective, learning processes New design of key systems and processes to create value for customers and achieve performance excellence has also been approved. The study has been done by the aim of study the relationship between Maturity Knowledge Management personnel and quality of educational services. The study is an applied and according to the aim it is a descriptive research and correlation one based on Structural equations and Amos software were used. Data collecting tools are the Maturity Knowledge Management personnel and quality of educational services questionnaire. The population of the research includes all employees of kerman Azad University which is 300, 271 of the population with Simple random sampling method were chosen as sample according Krejci and Morgan table. Structural equation modeling was used To evaluate the relationship between the Maturity Knowledge Management personnel and quality of educational services. And five hypothesis according to the fitted model and Goodness of Fit Index in model are desirable. And fitted model is sufficient.         Measuring the success rate of knowledge management implementation is difficult due to its long-term and indirect benefits in public organizations. Therefore, measuring knowledge management maturity is considered as a way to evaluate the success of knowledge management implementation in these organizations. In this regard, the present study aims to provide a framework for measuring knowledge management maturity in public organizations. To this end, in a four-step process, after identifying the weekly dimensions of knowledge management maturity and confirming them with the help of confirmatory factor analysis, artificial neural networks have been used to assess the importance of each dimension. Then, based on the position of each dimension in the importance-performance analysis matrix and examining the gap between the current and desired status of each of them through the pairwise average comparison test, the level of knowledge management maturity for each dimension is determined. The results revealed that the dimensions of leadership, organizational culture and knowledge management processes are in good condition while the dimensions of human resources, organizational structure and knowledge management strategy need to be improved. The ICT dimension is the only dimension in which it is necessary to adjust activities. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is to explain the evaluation criteria based on the level of knowledge management knowledge generation in executive systems and to provide a native model. In this research, two questionnaires on evaluation criteria were used with 51 questions with Cronbach's alpha of 0.94, and another on knowledge management maturity level with Cronbach's alpha of 0.93 with 98 questions.To assess the validity of questionnaires, content validity and construct were used. The statistical population consisted of 86643 employees of executive organizations in Khuzestan province. 382 people were selected as the statistical sample using Cochran's relation.SPSS 22 and Amos 22 software were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that the evaluation criteria included 17 components, the technical component had the highest average rating (11.09), and the maintenance component had the lowest average rating (6.79) among other components in the statistical population of the research. Is. The level of maturity of knowledge management includes 13 indicators, which in general, it can be said that this variable is more than satisfactory. The results also showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the evaluation criteria and the level of maturity of knowledge management. Manuscript profile

        This research was conducted in a quantitative manner in the Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality. The statistical population of the present study consists of all managers, experts working in the Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality who are involved in knowledge management, which is about 300 staff. In this research, simple random sampling method has been used for sampling. In this study, the Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size; By placing the numbers in the Cochran's formula, the sample size was determined to be 169 people. Using structural equation method, the researcher has evaluated the maturity model of knowledge management in cultural organizations. Categories identified in the form of six dimensions of the paradigm model as causal conditions (4 categories), central category ie knowledge management maturity model, strategies (5 categories), contextual conditions (4 categories), intervening conditions (3 categories), consequences ( 4 categories) were included. Then, based on these six dimensions of the paradigm model, the conceptual model of the research was developed. The results showed that causal conditions, contextual conditions, interventionist conditions affect strategies and strategies affect outcomes. Underlying conditions also affect the central category of knowledge management maturity. Manuscript profile

        This study intends to evaluate the mediating role of knowledge management maturity in the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunities and strategic adaptation from perspective of experts in Science and Research branch of IAU. This research is an applied one and the data collection method is descriptive-non-experimental and is known as a case study. The statistical population of research includes 450 experts working in industrial projects of Azad University of Science and Research. Using Cochran formula, 207 individuals are selected as the statistical sample through random sampling. First, the demographic information about the experts was examined. After confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, the relationship between knowledge management maturity, entrepreneurial opportunities, and strategic adaptation was analyzed in the form of structural equation model. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and LISREL software. The results indicated that entrepreneurial opportunities directly affect strategic adaptation with respect to the mediating role of knowledge management maturity. Entrepreneurial opportunities also play an important role in information systems, marketing systems, and business processes.   Manuscript profile
