Abstract :

Knowledge in successive years was considered as a valuable resource. The use of knowledge have a great impact on the quality of service In time and place correctly. The study has been done by the aim of study the relationship between Maturity Knowledge Management personnel and quality of educational services. The study is an applied and according to the aim it is a descriptive research and correlation one based on Structural equations and Amos software were used. Data collecting tools are the Maturity Knowledge Management personnel and quality of educational services questionnaire. The population of the research includes all employees of kerman Azad University which is 300, 271 of the population with Simple random sampling method were chosen as sample according Krejci and Morgan table. Structural equation modeling was used To evaluate the relationship between the Maturity Knowledge Management personnel and quality of educational services. And five hypothesis according to the fitted model and Goodness of Fit Index in model are desirable. And fitted model is sufficient. Finally there is Meaningful relationship a between Maturity Knowledge Management personnel and quality of educational services.
