The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha test of 0.84. Descriptive methods were used for data analysis in the qualitative part, and descriptive statistics (percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (variance test) were calculated using the pre-test-post-test experimental method in the quantitative part. The results showed that the educational package has the necessary validity from the point of view of the experts. The results indicate that the educational package reduces the amount of marital conflicts. The effect of predicting body management of Generation Z girls based on the social comparison in this research is equal to 0.42 and the effect of predicting body management based on cultural capital in this research is equal to 0.44 and the effect of predicting body management of Generation Z. based on virtual space in this research is equal to 0.47. In generation z girls of Sanandaj city, social comparison is an essential source of information about the self-management of generation (Z) bodies, and social comparison processes fill the gap between self-related topics and the concept of individual and intergroup identity based on protest psychology. As the consumption of external virtual space increases, the body management of generation z increases. In fact, these results show that the society in question has been exposed to conflicting and emerging sources of identity. Manuscript profile

Excessive and incorrect use of the Internet and related technologies by adolescents is one of the common and important problems of our society. Addiction to the Internet in adolescents has negative and destructive consequences for them and the society. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the purpose of predicting Internet addiction based on resilience and motivational self-talk in adolescents. This research was descriptive of the correlation type. The statistical population of this research included all second year high school students of Bahabad city in 2018, of which 100 were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The tools used in this research were Internet Addiction Questionnaire (Young, 2009), Resilience Questionnaire (Connor & Davidson, 2003), and Motivational Self-Talk Questionnaire (Brinthaupt, et al., 2009). Data analysis was done using SPSS-21 statistical software and statistical methods of Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The findings showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between resilience and motivational self-talk with Internet addiction in adolescents. Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between resilience and motivational self-talk. In addition, 14% of the variance of internet addiction readiness is explained and predicted by resilience with beta (0.294) and motivational self-talk with beta (0.181). Therefore, considering that Internet addiction in adolescents can have adverse physical and psychological effects, it is very important to pay attention to the role of resilience and motivational self-talk in preventing possible problems.
