        This research aimed to investigation the effectiveness of support group therapy by reality therapy approach on emotional control of divorced women victims of domestic violence. Present study was a semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The research population was divorced women victims of domestic violence of Tehran city in 2018 year. The research sample was 30 people that were selected by available sampling method and assigned into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group trained 10 of 80 minutes sessions (two sessions per week) and the control group received no training. Data collected with the Roger and Najjarian's revised emotional control questionnaires (1989) and analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance method with SPSS version-22 software. The results showed that support group therapy by reality therapy approach significantly improved emotional inhibition, rumination or rehearsal and benign control of divorced women victims of domestic violence, but there was no significant effect on the their aggression control (P<0/05). Regarding to the results, for improve the emotional control of divorced women victims of domestic violence can be used from the method of support group therapy by reality therapy approach.         The aim of present research was determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on dimensions of mental health (anxiety, depression, somatic symptoms and social function disorder) in women with obesity. The method of study was a semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with an experimental and control groups. The research population was women with obesity referring to nutritional clinics of Babol city in 2018 year. Totally 30 people were selected by available sampling method and randomly divided into two groups (15 people in each group). The experimental group trained 8 sessions with the method of acceptance and commitment therapy (weekly one session) and the control group didn’t received training. The research instrument was mental health questionnaire (Goldberg & Hillier, 1979). Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance method and with using SPSS-21 software. The Findings showed that acceptance and commitment therapy led to decrease the anxiety, depression, somatic symptoms and social function disorder in women with obesity (P<0/001). The results indicated importance of acceptance and commitment therapy on decreasing the anxiety, depression, somatic symptoms and social function disorder in women with obesity. Therefore, therapists can use mention method to promote mental health in women with obesity. Manuscript profile

        This research aimed to comparison the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment focused therapy and compassion focused therapy on loneliness. Present study was a semi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with control group. The research population was type II diabetes patients referred to central clinic of Ajudaniye of Tehran city in 2018 year. The research sample was 45 people who were selected by available sampling method and randomly divided in three 15 people groups. One of the experimental group trained eight sessions of 90 minutes with the methods of compassion focused therapy and acceptance and commitment focused therapy and the control group was placed on the waiting list for training. The research tool was the version-3 of Russell’s questionnaires of loneliness. Data were analyzed in SPSS-21 software and by repeated measures method. The results showed that both methods of compassion focused therapy and acceptance and commitment focused therapy in the post-test led to decrease loneliness in type II diabetes patients and treatment results were maintained in the follow-up (P0/05). According to the results, it is recommended that therapists and clinical psychologists used from mentioned methods to decrease the loneliness. Manuscript profile
