Today, paying attention to worn urban textures along with fixing their instability, has become a serious and pivotal issue, that the relevant organizations urge to organize and regenerate the mentioned tissues and also the need to intervene in these texture in different course of time has been emphasized. Therefore, due to the importance of the issue, this research has evaluated the urban regeneration in the worn texture of neighborhoods mahshahr port with social-cultural and physical-environmental approach. The research method in terms of the goal characterizes developmental-applied and in terms of methodology is placed in the group of combined researches. The statistical population of the research is the residents of eight neighborhoods of Mahshahr's port worn fabric and the statistical sample of 386 people is considered according to Cochran's formula. The findings of the research show that physical-environmental component with an average score of 3.85 and social-cultural component with 3.83 have played a crucial role in the non-realization of urban regeneration. This is Also worth considering, based on the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient, there has been a significant relationship between social-cultural and physical-environmental indicators but their intensity of correlation and significance in socio-cultural index with 0.794 points and the physical-environmental index has score of 0.854. Earthquake is one of the natural disasters on earth that causes a lot of economic and human losses every year. Although this natural hazard cannot be predicted with current science, use of technology and technological progress, makes it possible to plan properly to reduce damages. These measures are the result of recognizing and examining the potential areas of the earth where there is a possibility of earthquake risk, and by taking advantage of it and analyzing them, the necessary preparation for earthquake prevention or control can be obtained. In this purpose, the geographic information system plays a significant role in the integration of related maps. In this research, the impact of various factors on the occurrence of earthquakes and the zoning of earthquake risk in Kermanshah county has been investigated. In order to achieve this, the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method was used to obtain the weight of each of the studied criteria and the degree of their impact, and by obtaining the small values of the weight of each criterion, a fuzzy weight map of the criteria was prepared and finally a risk map. The acceptability of different areas of Kermanshah county has been obtained. The results show that 15.6% of Kermanshah county is at risk of earthquake with "high" degree and 16.7% with "very high" degree. Also, 18.2 percent of the villages in Kermanshah county are at risk of earthquake with "very high" degree and 17.7 percent with "high" degree, and in the urban area of Kermanshah, the risk of earthquake with "very high" degree is equal to 6.3%. And it covers 18.1% of the area of Kermanshah city with "high" grade. Manuscript profile

Legal laws are one of the most important and, in fact, the topmost factor affecting the development of tourism in tourist areas, which itself is composed of various components. The special strategic position of a region is one of the important sub-criteria of legal laws in tourist areas. The general purpose of this research is to determine the role of legal laws on the attraction of sustainable return tourism in the city of Dezful. The current research is a correlational research in terms of its method and nature. The statistical community related to this research includes all citizens over 18 years of age in dezful city in 1402, and the number of citizens according to the latest housing census of dezful city is 654351 people. Sampling was done by random method and the sample size was calculated using cochran's formula. A number of 381 people were selected randomly for the statistical sample. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that since the significance level of the relevant test is equal to 0.000, it was claimed that the above test is significant with an error of 0.05 or a confidence level of 0.95. The detection coefficient R2, the ratio of the changes explained by the legal rules variable to the total changes, is 0.395. Meyqwanin stated that about 39.5 percent of changes in the dependent variable of sustainable tourism in dezful city are explained by changes in the independent variable of legal laws. The results showed that the discussion of attracting tourism in the effectiveness of the component of legal laws on various dimensions of sustainable tourism, including the cultural dimension, the economic dimension, the social dimension and the environmental dimension in the city of dezful as an effective and constructive emphasis factor, which generally showed that the hypothesis clamming the significant effective role of legal laws on the attraction of sustainable return tourism in dezful city is confirmed and positive. The growth and expansion of urban population in recent decades has faced the need for housing construction to provide shelter in cities at a significant speed. Housing construction policies have continued in different periods, sometimes with strong prosperity and sometimes with stagnation. This problem has consequently increased the area , growth, and dispersion in cities. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the role of housing construction in the growth of Kermanshah city. The research method is descriptive-analytical. To investigate this issue, a questionnaire with four dimensions (policies, services and resources, land and housing market and immigration) has been considered. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed in form and content, and the reliability has been confirmed based on Cronbach's alpha for the entire questionnaire at the rate of 0.83. The method of data analysis was done using SPSS 25 software and exploratory factor analysis test. The results showed that the most important factors affecting the growth of Kermanshah city in the political dimension are the government's interventions in the land market with a factor of 0.851, in services and resources, improving access and providing services with a factor of 0.683, in the dimension of the land and housing market, the growth of second homes. and villa construction with a factor of 0.824, and in the dimension of migration, rural-urban migrations with the lowest factor of 0.364 have had a greater impact on the growth of Kermanshah city. Nowadays, with the increasing development of cities and increasing traffic, crowding, pollution, etc., public parking spaces are considered one of the most important infrastructures of the transportation system. The shortage of parking space, especially in the central zone of metropolises, can affect the traffic congestion and the quality of urban life. Therefore, the present research has addressed the condition of its parking spaces by investigating one of the important problems in the central district of ahvaz metropolis. This study is an applied research with a descriptive-analytical approach. It is also a survey research. The research population included 300 people and the sample size (169 people) was selected through the Cochran formula by directly referring to the selected parking lots. Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.833) has been calculated for the reliability of the questionnaire, which indicates the accuracy, reliability, and internal consistency of the results. Seven indicators: area capacity, availability of facilities, access status, security status, beauty status, entrance fee, and cleaning status were selected to evaluate the busy parking lots located in the study area and necessary analysis was done using shannon entropy. The results showed that Karun, Refah, Alireza, and Azadegan parking lots are ranked first second, and last with the final priority coefficients of 0.0574 and 0.0504, respectively. Manuscript profile

The coastal cities and of course port and harbors due to their economic, transit and tourism situations are always exposed to attacks and threats from the enemy. Passive defense is among approaches through which ,from one hand , makes the deterrence role of ports increase and their vulnerability decrease either. Regarding the importance of the topic, this research, using five indicators (architecture and design, structure, facilities and equipment, proximity and access, information security and cyber network) and 104 sub-indexes, aims to shed light on the significance assessment of passive defense in harbor of imam khomeini. This research is applied and the research method is survey evaluation with emphasis on the questionnaire. The statistical population includes the employees and experts of the port administration and some officials of the institutions of the city of Bandar Imam Khomeini and the determined sample size is 100 people. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the data distribution normality, and to check the status of the research variables, structural equation modeling was done using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method via SMARTPLS software, and Friedman's model was used to rank the variables. The findings from the PLS test results revealed that the facilities and equipment index has the highest impact (0.873) and the information security and cyber network index has the lowest impact (0.737).
