        The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of cultural intelligence on employee job satisfaction, with the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior in the South Aluminum Industries Complex. This research is in the category of quantitative-survey research, and the required data has been collected using a questionnaire. The statistical population of the study includes all the employees of the South Aluminum Industries Complex (SALCO) in the number of 2300 people, using stratified random sampling method, 340 people were investigated as a statistical sample. In order to analyze the research data, structural equation modeling methods and Smart PLS software were used. The results show that cultural intelligence significantly affects the job satisfaction of employees of the South Aluminum Industries Complex. Also, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable significantly affects the relationship between cultural intelligence and the job satisfaction of employees of South Aluminum Industries Complex.
