Abstract :
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' skills and organizational participation and job retention of employees in the treatment management of Kerman Social Security Organization. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study includes all medical staff of Kerman Social Security Organization in the number of 180 people, using Morgan table, 118 people were selected as the sample size. To collect data from the managerial skills questionnaire with validity and reliability 0.88 and 0.828, respectively, and Salehi Organizational Participation questionnaire with 0.88 validity and 0.86 reliability, as well as the job retention questionnaire with validity and reliability, respectively / 91 0 and 0.895 were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS24 software and descriptive and inferential statistics such as mean, standard deviation, Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used. The results showed that there is a significant linear relationship between managers 'skills with organizational participation and job retention of employees in the treatment management of Kerman Social Security Organization and the most important predictor of employee participation and job retention is managers' human skills. There is also a direct and significant relationship between managers' technical, perceptual and human skills with employee participation and job retention.
