Abstract :
objectives:The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of strategic leadership on improving organizational performance by considering the mediating role of organizational innovation in the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Fars Province.Materials and Methods:This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of how to collect information.The statistical population of the study was 384 employees of the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Fars Province.Using Cochran's formula, 192 people were selected as a sample and stratified random sampling method was used to distribute the questionnaire.The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire that used the questionnaire of organizational performance (Hosseini et al.), Organizational innovation (Amid et al.) And strategic leadership (Asghari et al).The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the opinions of five experts in this field and was finally approved by the supervisor.Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires.After collecting the questionnaires and determining the normality of the variables using SPSS and Lisrel software, Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to analyze the data and to examine the relationship between the variables.Results:The results showed that strategic leadership has a significant effect on improving organizational performance by considering the mediating role of organizational innovation in the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Fars Province.Conclusion: Strategic leadership is achieved when planning for organizational innovation is one of the organizational principles of companies and that is when the improvement of organizational performance can be guaranteed in the long run.
