Introduction:. The purpose of this research is to Construction, validation, and standardization of the reluctance scale of sports managers to retireMethods: The research employed a descriptive survey method; it concerned the validity and reliability of the reluctance scale of sports managers to retire. 362 sports managers, university professors and students of physical education formed the statistical population of the research. The data of this research was collected using two questionnaires. The first covered personal characteristics such as gender, age, level of education and working experience in the respective organization. The second included 32 questions plus six factors, which are: individual factors (seven questions), political factors (six questions), social factors (five questions), economic factors (three questions) and managerial factors (eleven questions). The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed at (CVR = 0.82). Cronbach's alpha coefficient was utilized to determine the internal stability of the subscales (factors) of sports managers' reluctance to retire, and the confirmatory factor analysis was employed to determine the construct validity. Results: Besides, the alpha coefficients for individual factors, political factors, social factors, economic factors and managerial factors stood at 0.71, 0.87, 0.88, 0.70 and 0.86, respectively. The analysis of the results of the exploratory factor analysis further illustrated that the value of the Chemo statistic was 0.886. Bartlett's test was also significant (p=0.001, χ2=3812/167), i.e., the correlation between variables is significantly far from zero. Conclusion: The results of this research illustrated that the mentioned questionnaire is a valid tool for studying the retirement of sports managers, and researchers can employ it for the assessment of the reluctance of sports managers to retire. Objective: Green management is the effective and efficient use of all facilities, material and human resources to guide and control the organization to achieve environmental goals in order to create social acceptance and protect the environment. Sports organizations, especially sports venues and facilities, are also a good platform for achieving this important goal. The aim of this study was to investigate the situation of sports venues and facilities in the country in terms of dimensions and components of green management and the correlation model of these components.Methodology: The present study was methodologically quantitative, applied purpose-oriented and strategy-based. From the statistical population, which included specialists and experts in the field of sports management familiar with the subject of research, environmental specialists, managers of sports venues and facilities, and senior managers of sports and youth departments, 220 of them were selected as a sample. Green management questionnaire was used to collect data. Data were analyzed using one-sample t-test and structural equation modeling, in which SPSS and smart PLS software were used. Results: The results of this test show that the current condition of sports facilities is lower than the desired level and the results are significant with 99% and an error level of less than one hundredth. Also, another finding of this study showed that the components of challenges, culture building, legitimacy, social structure, restructuring and education as components of a green management model can play a role. Conclusion: Finally, officials and managers of sports management should take effective measures in this regard to improve the current state of sports facilities and facilities. And in this regard, the use of the capacities mentioned in the green management model, such as culture building and regulation, seems necessary. Manuscript profile

This research examines the relationship between parents' awareness and effectiveness with their children's motor literacy according to the children's gender. For this purpose, 100 students (girls and boys) with an average age of 10 to 15 years were randomly selected in the eastern region of Tehran and the sample was determined through Morgan's table. In order to evaluate the motor literacy of the participants, the sub-structures of the motor literacy model (physical fitness, health-related physical fitness) were used. In this way, physical fitness data will be collected using Ulrich's third edition gross motor development test. In addition, 200 parents of these students are asked to confirm the information recorded in their children's questionnaire and also complete the media literacy questionnaire. To measure health-related physical fitness, (body composition) BMI, (aerobic fitness) 540m run walk test, (muscular fitness) two sit-ups and 90 degree Swedish swim tests, (flexibility) sit-and-reach flexibility test, Was used. Also, in order to evaluate the functions of motor senses, Connors neuropsychological test was used. To test the hypotheses of this research, simple multiple regression method as well as Pearson's correlation and one-way analysis of variance with Tukey's post hoc test were used. A significance level of 0.05 was considered. The results of this research indicate a significant and direct relationship between parents' media literacy and motor literacy functions of students, and also show that the relationship of parents' media literacy on the average level of motor literacy of male students is higher than that of girls. The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the mixed of marketing academies with volleyball clubs in Tehran province. The study population included all volleyball athletes who were in volleyball clubs and academies, whose number was estimated based on statistical inquiries from the Tehran Province Volleyball Board and the Tehran Province Sports Medicine Board based on the sports insurance card of more than fifteen thousand people. The statistical sample was determined based on Morgan table 384 people but in the end 403 people participated in this study by simple cluster class sampling method. A modified marketing mixed questionnaire (Moghimi, 2009) was used to collect data. The results showed that most of the subjects were adolescents in terms of age. Most respondents (53%) had one year of exercise history. 3% of respondents were members of the national team. Other results showed that according to the respondents, all four components of sports marketing (volleyball product, service price, place of service, advertising in academies have a more appropriate level than clubs). results of this research can help in planning appropriate strategies while informing officials, practitioners and managers of volleyball halls. The aim of the current research was to prioritize the factors affecting the professional ethics of Premier League football clubs. The current research was applied in terms of purpose, in terms of mixed method and structural equation modeling research. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included football federation managers, experts, university professors, football club managers. 27 people in the qualitative part and 384 people in the quantitative part formed the statistical sample. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview, which was used in the form of a questionnaire with 13 factors in the quantitative part. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was checked by 10 professors and experts, and the reliability of the tool was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis, the structural equation model was used by partial least squares method, and the construct validity was also confirmed. According to the values of significant coefficients obtained with 95% confidence from the structural model, causal factors, interactions, and consequences had a significant effect on the central phenomenon (professional ethics). The results showed that encouragement and punishment are the first priority among the main factors affecting The professional ethics of the Premier League football clubs is reserved for itself. After that, the involvement of politics in sports, damage reduction, law, social aspect of football, regulatory structure, behavior of club officials, modeling, organization structure, transparency of affairs, education and social ethics are the next priorities.
