Culture and cultural management are among the things that are considered as the main axis and foundation of sustainable economic development. Culture, as a set of beliefs, attitudes and heart beliefs of a group and society, constitutes their way of life. When the society's way of life is based on a strong scientific and developed culture, it is easy to build the foundations of sustainable development. Based on this, in this article, an attempt is made to investigate and study the influential cultural currents from the point of view of managers and experts in relation to the factors and influential cultural-social currents governing Ardabil province. The main results of this analysis, using Q factor analysis was performed on the participants, four main mental groups were obtained from the perspective of the managers and experts of the province regarding the cultural currents of Ardabil province. The first group, which constitutes 23% of the respondents, expressed the existence of social harms in Ardabil province. are dissatisfied. The second group, which constitutes 37% of the responding managers and experts, have not expressed dissatisfaction with the cultural trends of Ardabil province. They have evaluated the province's culture in the political field. Finally, the fourth group, which constitutes 17% of the respondents, believes that the guardian of religious propaganda should be a specific organization. They are against the fact that the cultural products of Ardabil province have been able to respond to the cultural and value gaps of our country. Manuscript profile

On the other hand, urban space is a suitable platform for urban activities and a place for social interactions and a basis for the formation and development of social capital. The development of social capital strengthens values such as solidarity, solidarity, unity, cooperation and public participation. The purpose of this article is to study the impact of urban regeneration on the development, progress and promotion of social capital. At this stage, first the required data were collected from the selected statistical population using a survey study method and a questionnaire technique (two researcher-made questionnaires, one social capital questionnaire and the other urban regeneration questionnaire), after classification. And extraction, with the usual statistical methods and using SPSS software, were measured and analyzed scientifically. The statistical population of this research, by interviewing people over 18 to 60 years old, with different forms of space occupation such as use, living and working on the Alıqpoo sidewalk ın Ardabil and in the spring and summer of 1399-99 has been selected. 130 samples were selected using random sampling method. The results show that the urban regeneration of Alıqapo sidewalk in Ardabil has a positive and significant effect on the development of social capital. Manuscript profile

To achieve this goal, the study examined the relationship between social capital and its dimensions (social trust, social cohesion and social participation) and cultural capital and its dimensions (mental and objective) and suicidal ideation. Marriage is a common and social phenomenon which is as old as human beings. The subject of marriage and family formation has been one of the controversial issues for religions, philosophers, sociologists, psychologists, educators, poets, writers and artists. Due its importance, this study aimed to investigate the barriers to youth marriage and provide solutions for them. Since young people today face many obstacles to marriage, this study sought to identify and examine social, cultural and economic barriers they experience when they plan to get married. This research was a survey study and the data were collected by a questionnaire. The statistical population was young people who were likely to get married. The participants of the study were 384 people selected by simple random sampling. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed that social, cultural, and economic barriers have been influential in delaying the marriage age of the youth from the perspective of the respondents. The findings indicate that these barriers and their components lead to an increase in the marriage age. Manuscript profile

Freshness is how one judges how life is spent, this type of individual judgment about how to live a life. This type of judgment is influenced by individual perceptions and the experience of positive emotions that affects the style of explanation, judgment and decision making. In this research, using survey questionnaire, the effect of independent variables of gender, marital status, age, development Social culture of PNU of Ardebil, social status is investigated on the dependent variable of social joy in students' society. Among them, age, gender, socioeconomic status, cultural performance, and social function are strongly correlated with the high social student's liveliness. Also, marital status has a significant relationship with the social happiness of the students. According to the regression test, the regression coefficient is R2 = 0.344, that is, it can be predicted with the rate of 0.344 and also the explanation of the dependent variable by independent variables. Marriage is a general and social phenomenon that has a human twin. The subject of marriage and family formation is one of the issues discussed by religions, philosophers, sociologists, psychologists, educators, poets, writers and artists. Due to this important issue, the purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers and problems of youth marriage to provide a solution. Since young people today face many barriers and problems for marriage, this study seeks to identify and examine social, cultural and economic barriers. It is on the way to youth marriage. This research is a survey in Ardabil and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population is young people prone to marriage. 384 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results show that social, cultural and cultural barriers. Economics has been effective in delaying the age of youth from the perspective of respondents.
