Introduction: Health literacy refers to the ability of individuals to acquire, analyze and understand the information and basic health services they need to contribute to their health issues and make the right decisions. Today, health literacy is one of the pillars of community health. The purpose of this study was to provide a model for assessing the effect of health literacy and self-care measures on the quality of life of cardiovascular patients after open heart surgery. Methods: This study is an applied research and based on the method of data collection is a descriptive-survey type that the statistical population of the study was all patients who had open heart surgery at the Tehran heart center and among them, 138 people were selected by available sampling. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by face validity and convergent validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Structural equation method was used to analyze the collected data. Results: The results of hypothesis testing showed Health literacy with path coefficient (0.685) has a positive and significant effect on self-care measures, Health literacy with path coefficient (0. 350) has a positive and significant effect on patients' quality of life, and self-care measures with path coefficient (0.418) have a positive and significant effect on patients' quality of life. Conclusion: Improvement of health literacy and self-care behaviors in cardiac patients after open heart surgery can improve the quality of life of these patients after surgery and reduce complications after surgery. Introduction: Due to the importance of blood as a vital element in the health system, in this study, the blood supply chain is modeled at three levels of donors, banks (blood centers) and hospitals in the form of a multi-objective model to minimize total costs, total delivery time of blood units and non-estimated demand of hospitals in each period. Methods: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and quantitative in terms of method. The data needed to implement the real problem in 2021 have been collected by through the regional office of the Tehran blood transfusion organization along with the Negareh system. Due to the Np-hard nature of the problem, the proposed model is solved using three algorithms of GA, NSGA-II and MOPSO in GAMS software. Results: In the proposed model, matching the blood type in meeting demand; blood type delivery and allocation system in laboratories and blood banks, blood wasting in laboratory, transfer of products between demand centers, sensitive and determinative parameters of the model such as; demand, blood donation and delivery time of blood products between network components are considered indefinitely. The findings show that the MOPSO algorithm has a better performance in problems 3, 7, 10 and 12 for the QM index, but generally, based on running times and their average, the NSGA-II algorithm is better. Conclusion: Based on the results, the proposed model leads to a reduction in total costs, total delivery time of blood units and unapproved demand of hospitals. Introduction: Nowadays, responding appropriately to the stakeholders’ expectations is one of the most important factors for organizations effectiveness, especially in the health system, as the responsible of generation, propagation and promotion of health in societies. Analyzing the stakeholders’ evaluation components, this research aims to provide practical information about stakeholders’ management for the head of hospitals in Guilan University of medical science (GUMC). Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. Statistical population includes heads of hospitals in GUMS and academic experts where 19 of them are participated in the research. For screening the components extracted from the literature, fuzzy Delphi method was used, while for analyzing and structuring the components, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) was used. In addition, for data gathering, snowball sampling method and questionnaire tool were used. Results: Conducting the fuzzy Delphi method, among the 30 components extracted from the literature, 10 factors; stakeholders’ participation, information, relationships, level of need, benefits of cooperation, motivation, planning ability, consistency with the organization goals, possibility of monitoring stakeholders and the importance of the stakeholders’ position were determined as main factors and were structured by the ISM method at three levels. Conclusion: According to the MICMAC analysis, the indicators of stakeholder’ participation, stakeholder relationships and the importance of the stakeholder's position were recognized as the most important components in stakeholder’s evaluation, which indicates the necessity of managers attention to these factors in the evaluation of stakeholders and using them for achieving to hospital goals.
