Introduction: One of the most important management a in the E -health system is Security, which plays an important role in increasing public confidence in the quality of services. In this study, the allocation of High security improves the interoperability of remote devices. Methods: In this research, the published studies were reviewed which led to the design of the initial conceptual model and in the next stage, Delphi's four steps were screened by 22 experts in the field and finally the final conceptual model was presented with effective factors. As the results depicted, Kendall coordination coefficient in the fourth round was 0.007, which shows that there is a consensus among experts and it is possible to end the repetition of stages, and this amount is considered statistically significant. Results: This research expressed the acceptance of secure EHR by considering different dimensions through presenting a conceptual model and explored IoT entrepreneurial opportunities as well as more appropriate responses to patients in the IT space. The initial conceptual model has 3 sections: Patient data smart tools, Cloud storage, Smart doctor environment and finally the final conceptual model was presented with effective factors. Conclusion: the final conceptual model directly affects important therapeutic indicators such as reducing the number of errors and length of treatment. The ability to transfer data in this platform has led to the smarter telemedicine. Manuscript profile

In this study, the indicators identified in the study of Vala et al. (2017) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor and experts of Royan Daroo Company. The reliability of these questionnaires in this study is 0.958. Descriptive indices and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data using SPSS and PLS Smart software. Results: The results showed that innovation management routines are 22 indicators and all the innovation management routines are effective in pharmaceutical industries (Royan Company). Also, innovation management routines in the pharmaceutical industry (Royan Company) are in a normal and acceptable state. Conclusion: The results also show that the two routines "Project Management Activity" and "Feasibility Studies in Innovation Projects" are in the first place with the highest factor load. Introduction: Accreditation means the systematic evaluation of health care centers with specific standards. The overall purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of accreditation interventions on patient safety measurement in operating rooms of one of the social security hospitals in Tehran. Methods: The present study is cross-sectional in terms of result, application and implementation method, analytical and time. The statistical population is information sources related to the patient safety measure and its sampling is in the period 1391-1399. The sampling method is numerical and includes all the information related to this time period. Data collection tools are receipts that have been extracted by library method from data sources and data centers in coordination with the Quality Improvement Office and the hospital statistics unit. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and intermittent time series analysis method. Results: Findings of time series analysis, research has been reported in three forms of incremental effect, decreasing effect and ineffectiveness of the accreditation scheme of the scales. In the patient's safety measure, the results of the fragmentary regression table showed that at the beginning of the study period, the average patient's safety measure was 76.34%. Monthly changes in patient's safety measure were not significant before the intervention (P = 0.43). After the intervention, the mean level of the patient's safety measure did not change suddenly and significantly (P = 0.42). Also, the difference in the trend (slope) of the patient's safety measure before and after the intervention did not change significantly (P = 0.31). But the results showed that after the first intervention, the trend (slope) of the patient's average safety measurement changed significantly (P = 0.000); So that the patient's safety measure after the first intervention has increased seasonally by 1.06%. In general, the results of the study have shown that, as a result of the implementation of the accreditation scheme, the patient's safety measure has increased. Conclusion: The results show that the implementation of accreditation measures has an effect on patient safety measures. The number of significant measures from 2016 to 2016 shows that the third and fourth editions of the national accreditation standards of Iranian hospitals have been effective. Based on the analyzes performed, it is recommended that the patient's safety measure be increased after the first intervention. Therefore, the implementation of accreditation in hospitals is recommended to managers. Manuscript profile

Introduction: Physicians' personal branding is one of the new areas in the medical-health system that promotes business growth and productivity. In addition, in the field of treatment and health, it also improves public health and public trust in the system. Given the importance of this issue, the present study has taken a step in this direction to identify the effective indicators in creating personal branding of physicians and to prioritize them. Methods: The present study is an applied, descriptive survey. The statistical population of the present study is the specialized physicians of Bandar Abbas city and to collect data, ten specialized physicians have been selected as research experts with the snowballs technique. Results: First, by examining the theoretical foundations of the research, 25 effective indicators for creating a personal brand were identified. Then, according to experts’ opinion answers, among the available indicators, 14 effective indicators in creating a personal brand of specialized physicians were identified. Finally, the identified indicators were confirmed and prioritized using the SWARA technique. According to the results, these indicators along with their average rank (a lower average rank indicates more importance) are experience and expertise (1.8), social responsibilities (2.6), adherence to professional ethics (3.5), credibility (4), reliability (5.1), personality traits (6.6), generosity and generosity (6.7), communication ( 8.3), authenticity (8.5), presence in social media (9.6), attire (11.4), individual performance (11.9), having personal goals (12.30) and having a personal vision (12.70) Conclusion: According to the results, the indicators that have the greatest impact in creating the personal branding of specialist doctors are related to indicators related to professional, social or cultural issues such as expertise, compliance with professional ethics, trust and credibility, social responsibilities, communication and indicators that are related to personal and individual issues such as individual performance, having a vision and personal goals, although they are influential, but have a lower priority. Analysis of research data was done through structural equation modeling using SPSS and PLS software. Results: Based on the obtained results, the measurement indices of each of the scales used at the 5% confidence level were greater than 1.96, which indicates that the observed correlations are significant. Conclusion: Therefore, according to the findings, it is suggested that in order to gain the trust of the human force and strengthen the spirit of risk-taking, the managers should seek to reduce the factors that cause nervous pressure and reduce formal and completely political behavior to the lowest possible level.
