Abstract :
Introduction: Routines are the distinguishing factor of organizations in terms of how they perform similar basic tasks. Routines reflect the specific personality of each organization. It is possible to identify the routines of any company, but merely imitating them will be useless. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and rank innovation management routines in the pharmaceutical industry. Methods: This research is a descriptive research in terms of nature and method and an applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research is the experts of Royan Daroo pharmaceutical companies, whose number is 130 people. The proportional sample or number of populations studied according to Morgan's table is 97 people. In this study, sample subjects were selected based on random sampling method. In this study, the indicators identified in the study of Vala et al. (2017) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor and experts of Royan Daroo Company. The reliability of these questionnaires in this study is 0.958. Descriptive indices and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data using SPSS and PLS Smart software. Results: The results showed that innovation management routines are 22 indicators and all the innovation management routines are effective in pharmaceutical industries (Royan Company). Also, innovation management routines in the pharmaceutical industry (Royan Company) are in a normal and acceptable state. Conclusion: The results also show that the two routines "Project Management Activity" and "Feasibility Studies in Innovation Projects" are in the first place with the highest factor load. Therefore, it is suggested that the company carry out project management activities in full in order to use their development in accordance with its purpose; Feasibility studies should also be conducted in selected innovation projects.
