Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of emotion-oriented therapy on the tolerance of failure and the quality of marital life of women with repeated abortions. Methods: The current research was quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a one-month follow-up phase in terms of practical purpose and method. The statistical population of this research included all women who referred to infertility clinics in Tehran in 2020, 30 of these people were selected in a targeted way. The assignment of members in the emotion-oriented treatment group (15 people) and the control group (15 people) was done using a random method. To collect data, Simmons and Gaher (2005) frustration tolerance questionnaire and Fletcher, Simpson and Thomas (2000) Marital Life Quality Questionnaire were used. To investigate the difference between groups in different stages of measurement, the analysis of variance test with mixed measurement was used in SPSS-25 software. Results: The results showed that this treatment had a positive effect on increasing the tolerance of failure and the quality of married life of women with frequent abortions, and this effect was greater on the variable of tolerance of failure (p<0.01).Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, it is suggested to use emotion-oriented therapy by couple therapists and clinical psychologists in order to increase the tolerance of failure and the quality of married life of women with frequent miscarriages. Introduction: The current situation of in-service training in the Ministry of Health is that the training is based on traditional patterns and the content of these courses is not aligned with the training needs of the staff. The purpose of the present research is to determine the priority of the dimensions, components and indicators of improving the effectiveness of the training courses while serving the staff of the central headquarters of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education. Methods: Descriptive survey research method is a mixed exploratory research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. In the qualitative section, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 university experts who were selected through available sampling. The validity and reliability of the interviews were confirmed by experts and the data were analyzed through text coding. In the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among 351 selected staff by simple random sampling method and the data was analyzed with SPSS24 software. Results: In order to achieve the goal and determine the priority of dimensions, components and indicators, the data was analyzed by Friedman test, and the average value of the rank with the highest priority of the dimension is 4.3269 and the component is 4.3153.Conclusion: The findings of the research show that among the extracted dimensions and components, there was the most attention to the dimension of responsibility instead of the sense of duty and to the component of preventing occupational isolation. Introduction: This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of integrated behavioral couple therapy and schema-based couple therapy on the communication beliefs of conflicted couples in Shiraz. Methods: The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and a two-month follow-up. The statistical population consisted of all conflicted couples who were referred to Fajr Shiraz counseling center in 1401, who were selected by purposeful sampling of 45 couples and were replaced by randomization in three groups: integrated behavioral couple therapy, schema-oriented couple therapy, and waiting list. Zaker and Brati's Marital Conflicts Questionnaire (2008) and Idelson and Epstein's Communication Beliefs Questionnaire (1990) were used to collect data. Experiment group one received a 16-session integrated behavioral couple therapy protocol and experiment group two received a 13-session schema-based couple therapy protocol and the control group was placed on the waiting list. The data was analyzed by analysis of variance with repeated measurements. Results: The results showed that both integrated behavioral couple therapy and schema-based couple therapy interventions were effective on communication beliefs and this effect was stable in the follow-up period. Conclusion: Therefore, both integrated behavioral couple therapy and schema-based couple therapy are effective treatments for reducing irrational communication beliefs in couples.. Introduction: Air pollution from different channels leads to weakening of health and increasing demand for health care, and as a result, increasing per capita health expenditure. On the other hand, it is possible that the impact of air pollution on health costs is asymmetric; In this sense, the effectiveness of health costs from increasing and decreasing the air pollution is not the same. Based on this, the main purpose of this study is to experimentally estimate the asymmetric effect of air pollution index on per capita health expenditure in Iran. Methods: The present descriptive-analytical and applied study using the time series data during the period of 1989-2020, investigated the short-term and long-term effects of positive and negative air pollution shocks, per capita income, dependency burden, and urbanization on per capita health expenditure. The data used were also collected from the Central bank of Islamic Republic of Iran database and World Development Indicators belonging to the World Bank. Also, the model was estimated in the form of a regression model using the Non-linear Auto-Regressive Distributed Lags (NARDL) method in Eviews 12.0 software. Results: The results show that in the short and long term, the effect of positive air pollution index shocks on the increase of health expenditure per capita is greater than the effect of its negative shocks on the decrease of health expenditure per capita (confirmation of asymmetric effect). With a one percent increase in CO2 emissions, in the long and short term, per capita health expenditure will increase by about 0.18 and 0.04 percent, respectively. On the other hand, with a one percent reduction in CO2 emissions, in the long and short term, per capita health expenditure will decrease by 0.06 and 0.01 percent, respectively. Conclusion: Considering that the effect of increasing shocks of air pollution on health costs is much greater than the effect of decreasing shocks, adopting policies and strategies to prevent the increase of air pollution emissions in the current period can help reduce future additional per capita costs in the health sector. To calculate reliability, coding was done by reading the interviews line by line manually in two stages. Finally, it was analyzed with the theme network analysis and the three-step coding method, and the effect on the dimensions and elements of the main theme of the organizer were categorized, summarized and formed. Results: After three steps, coding and analysis of interview data, 54 basic themes were extracted, 36 organizing themes and finally 6 inclusive themes were identified and extracted. The empirical findings of this research, based on the results, show that health leadership increases the well-being and physical health of employees, and the benefits of interventions preserve the human resources of organizations.
