This study was conducted to determine Factors Affecting the transformation of Medical Sciences Universities into entrepreneurial universities in Iranian Higher Education System Methods: This study was descriptive survey. The population included all Entrepreneurship process owners at the medical Sciences Universities during 2014-2015(N=497). Using Morgan Table, 217 samples were stratified sampling selected. An investigator designed Questionnaire for data collections were used to collect needed data. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.93.After collecting the data was statistically evaluated using the software (SPSS17) and utilizing "factor analysis". Results: Results showed that the participants believed nine factors were affecting becoming Entrepreneurial Universities at Medical Sciences Universities. These nine factors explained 54.658% percent of the total variance. The most prominent factor among these nine factors were related to entrepreneurship as strategic priority (12.08 percent of total variance), and the list prominent was related to course planning (1.934 percent of total variance). Conclusion: The transformation of Medical Sciences Universities into entrepreneurial universities requires the efforts of many dedicated individuals for planning and managing the factors identified particularly in the area of strategic priorities.
