To determine the pattern of management of dental clinics, a review of previous studies, comparative matrix and Delphi technique were used. Results: The pattern of management of dental clinics has three main dimensions of customer management, personnel management and technical management. Also, according to the analyzes carried out by the comparative matrix, dental clinics in Iran are far away from implementing the activities of the dimensions of the pattern of dental clinic management with the advanced countries of the United States, Canada, France and the United Kingdom, and in most of the activities act as a minimum.
