    Goals and vision

    The Journal of the “Jurisprudence and Criminal Law Doctrines” is committed to reviewing research articles that have not previously been published elsewhere or sent to other journals simultaneously. Judging articles and granting admission is done through observing research criteria. Obviously, once approved, the journal reserves the right for itself to publish the article. Jurisprudence, principles of jurisprudence, Philosophy and Principles of jurisprudence and penal law, penal Law and criminology, criminal and penal policy, and additional knowledge and subjects related to interdisciplinary and peripherals of jurisprudence and penal law are the areas where the journal is active. The journal only publishes articles that contain new and original findings in the aforementioned areas of study.

    Objectives of the publication

    A) Expanding and promoting the level and boundaries of the knowledge of jurisprudence and penal law and other peripheral knowledge related to them.

    B) Introducing, designing, presenting, transferring and exchanging new scientific and research ideas, findings, experiences and achievements, and strengthening the atmosphere of dialogue and critique of thought in the fields of jurisprudence and penal law and other sciences and peripherals related to jurisprudence and penal law.

    C) Creating and strengthening the spirit and motivation of research and cooperation between researchers and activists in the fields of jurisprudence and penal law and other peripheral sciences related to jurisprudence and penal law.

    D) Explaining the views of former and contemporary scholars in various fields of jurisprudence and penal law and other peripheral sciences related to them.

    E) Developing comparative studies related to jurisprudential schools and religions in the field of jurisprudence and penal law

    F) Comparative and analytical comparison of the rules of criminal jurisprudence with the penal laws of Iran

    G) Creating a suitable platform for concurrent and comparative studies with an approach to common sources and principles between Islamic criminal jurisprudence, Iranian Penal Law and Penal Law of western countries.

    I) Contributing to the scientific development of the country with the approach of defining and presenting solutions and remedies to the existing challenges in the field of criminal jurisprudence, penal law and criminology.

    J) Development of research methods and approaches in jurisprudence and penal law and other peripheral sciences related to them.
