    Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form


    A conflict-of-interest form is an agreement that the author(s) of a manuscript declares that in connection with the publication of a manuscript submitted to this publication, it is entirely ethical to publish, including: plagiarism, misconduct, forgery of data duplicate submissions have been avoided and there is no commercial interest in this, and the author(s) has not received any money for submitting his work. The conflict-of-interest form shows the readers of the manuscript how the author(s) prepared and presented the text of the manuscript. The responsible author, personally, and in the presence of a co-author, on behalf of himself and all the authors of the manuscript, signs and approves this form, declares the authenticity of the content of the manuscript, and also states that this manuscript has not been submitted to, nor is under review at, another journal or other publishing venue, and also, all rights to use the content, tables, images, etc. have been assigned to the publisher.
