        1 - Investigation of economic, social, cultural and managerial mechanisms in urban agriculture development (Case study of Karaj city)

        Due to the growing population in cities, one of the most neglected issues is the urban agricultural development. This study seeks to investigate the impact of economic, social, cultural and managerial mechanisms on the development of urban agriculture in the Kraj city. This research is of applied type and after presenting the basics of the subject and research background, the data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaire in the statistical population of 127 experts have been analyzed using Smart-PLS software. Based on the results of this study, the KMO number (greater than 0.7) and the significance number of Bartlett test (<0.05sig) indicate the appropriate factor analysis for the data. The results of this study indicate the appropriateness of all questions in the process of factor analysis and because the number of subscriptions to the questions is more than 0.5, the validity of the questions has been confirmed. Also, after analyzing the results in this study, it was found that four assumptions of this study, including economic mechanisms, social mechanisms, cultural mechanisms and management mechanisms and related items have affected the development of urban agriculture in Karaj.         Nowadays, wetlands are indispensable ecosystems and play a crucial role on the stability of cosystems in future. Considering the importance of sustainable management of the saline wetlands and their impacts, participatory patterns of sustainability management of the saline wetlands in the plain of Masileh in Qom province is discussed in this paper. The population of this study includes all experts in Agriculture Organization of Qom province, Qom Regional Water Company and all Environmental Protection Department experts, Natural Resources and Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Qom, as well as the Subsidiary Department of these organizations that are located in Qom and Qomrud counties (the area of the Masileh Plain). The sample of the study are 251 experts, based on Cochran, selected through simple random sampling. Two section questionnaires were utilized for data collection, including participatory management section and sustainability section. The reliability of Questionnaire was measured through pre-test and analyzed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Meanwhile, the research committee confirms the validity of the questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient, one-sample t-test and path analysis were used through SPSS and Lisrel softwares for analyzing the data. The results showed that social sustainability, environmental sustainability and economic sustainability have significant and positive effects on the participatory management. In addition, the role of interest groups (consultation, intervention in planning, intervention in decision-making, motivation, independence, communication and individual rights) have significant and positive effects on the social, environmental, and economic sustainability.         One of the main indicators of national economic modernization and social development, is the participation of women and the role of women in economic structures. The current study was conducted to evaluate the effective factors over social and economic empowerments of rural women membership of micro-credit funds of the Firouzkouh county. The statically population of this research, was rural women memberships of micro-credit fund of the city of Firoozkooh (N = 102). Due to the small sample size in this study, the census method was used. Finally, SPSS v19, Cronbach's alpha coefficients (0/823) for different sections of the questionnaire was calculated. The results showed that there is positive and significant relationship at level of 1% error among socioeconomically empowerment of women membership of micro-credit funds of Firouzkouh county and economical, educational- promotional, social-cultural, personality-psychological and level of education and there is a significant and negative correlation with age variable and there is a level of 1% error. The results also showed that 55 percent of variance changes of socioeconomically empowerment of rural women memberships of micro-credit funds were depended on personality-psychological and educational- promotional factors.         Nanotechnology in the food industry provides a logical framework for developing an understanding of the reactions and self-arrangement behavior of small-scale food components. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting the improvement of food security based on the role of nanotechnology. The statistical population of the study was all the specialists of the Special Staff for Nanotechnology Development, whose number was 90 and due to the limited community of specialists of the Special Staff for Nanotechnology Development, they were selected through census. The present study is a descriptive correlation that a researcher-made questionnaire based on the theoretical framework of the research was used to collect data. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire indicated that the measuring instruments had good validity and reliability. The results of the research using SPSS software and prioritization of items based on coefficient of variation (CV) showed that in food storage, covering fruits and vegetables with nanocytosan containing copper was more important, also in Food processing, protection of nutrients against oxidation, in food production, production of biocompatible pesticide formulations, in food flavor and color improvement, nano-encapsulation of various fragrances and flavors in food to control the release of fragrances Flavors were more important in food health, the use of nanosensors to detect pathogens in food and in food packaging, the use of nanoparticles with antimicrobial properties of packaging.         The agricultural innovation system consists of a network of different areas that interact with each other, this relationship is considered the strength of the agricultural innovation system due to the consideration of all actors.The purpose of this article is to express the mission and vision of Iran's agricultural innovation system. In this study, 19 managers and researchers of the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization were identified and questioned using the snowball technique with appropriate assignment. Interview data collection tool and structured questionnaire. Finally, using fuzzy Delphi technique, the research findings were analyzed.
