        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of New Public Management (NPM) on Staffs Organizational Trust. Considering the extensive evolution in public administration field based on New Public Management Approach, and due to the lack of researches investigating the influence of NPM on Organizational Trust, in this research, we’ve tried to fill that gap. In this study, the Statistical population was 280 Municipality of Rasht staffs, of which; 165 people were selected by using the Cochran's formula and the staffs were chosen by Simple Random Sampling method. For data analyzing, linear regressions coefficient and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used. The results show that implementing the New Public Management principals in public sector (with coefficient 0/833), effects the Organizational Trust. It is also concluded from the results of Sub-hypothesis, that downsizing and privatization have not any meaningful relation with organizational Trust, but debureaucratization, decentralization and managerialism, have a positive effect on Organizational Trust. The study sampleincluded all theexperts and managers ofthe Ministry ofCulture and Islamic Guidancein Tehranthattheir numbers are 75 people. According to Morgan table, the sample size is 63 people to ensure the return of the questionnaire, 70 questionnaires were distributed randomly among professionals. The results showed that in this study, among the 3 main factors affecting entrepreneurship were compared to standard structural factors weighing 0.439 in the first place and then measure the importance of environmental factors in second with 0.343 weight and importance criteria behavioral factors weighing 0.219 in third place are important.         This research was concluded with the aim of appropriate switching of manager and creativity of employees of broadcasting organization of Golestan province. The research method is descriptive and correlation type. The results of the research obtained from the information collected from 108 employees of broadcasting organization of Golestan provincethat selected by sandom way. Data were collected by using appropriate switching questionnaire several experts confirmed the validity of the questionnaire and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was approved. Data analysis in descriptive statistics level of average, frequency and distribution percentage of frequency was used. Also in inferential statistics level, Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA, T by spss ‌software was applied. Results reveal that there is a relationship between appropriate switching of managers and employees creativity But there is no relation between gender and education with staff creativity.         The present research was conduct in order to explore impact of intellectual capital on organizational intelligence in Mobile telecommunications Company. The method of this study is of applied type in terms of objective and it is descriptive survey type in terms of method of data collection. Morgan’s table was utilized to determine sample size. The research tools include Albrecht’s organizational intelligence questionnaire and intellectual capital inventory. To analyze some variables were described such as intellectual capital, organizational intelligence, and their components based on central tendency and dispersion indices including mean and standard deviation. The mean test of population has been employed to study on status of variables at inferential level. At the same time, in order to identify validity and testing significance among observer variables, latent variable, and also fitness of the given measurement model, confirmatory factor analysis was utilized in analytical statistics and to determine reliability of test Cronbach alpha coefficient was used and finally structural equations modeling were adapted to identify causal relations between research variables using LISREL software. The results of study showed that based on structural model; there was positive and significant relationship among intellectual intelligence and seven elements of knowledge deployment, and performance pressure.         This study aimed to determine relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational commitment among khorasan Region Electric Company. In this descriptive-correlative study, 116 personels working in mashhad company were selected to the study in summer 2015. The data collection tool included the “Sprietzer psychological empowerment questionnaire” and the “organizational commitment questionnaire of Allen and Meyer”. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed through appropriate methods. its validity was confirmed by the experts and elite universities and factor analyses and its reliability was approved via Cronbach’s alpha of 0.90 for between psychological empowerment and 0.89 for organizational commitment. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation, and linear regression method in the SPSS22. The correlation and linear regression tests indicated that psychological empowerment was statistically correlate with the organizational commitment of personels and could predicted it. Based on the findings of this study, psychological empowerment was a predictive factor for organizational commitment. Among the psychological empowerment of dimentions , meaning, self-determination, influence and competency have highest correlation with organizational commitment. Manuscript profile

        The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment in educational institutions (Case study: education staff in Tehran)". This study is descriptive and correlational methodology was applied. Based on simple random sampling, 210 samples were selected. In order to measure the variables used in the study, two standard questionnaires led by Bass and Valyv (2000) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Allen and Meyer (1990) were used. In this study, a questionnaire reliability based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient, reliability and Valyv Bass Leadership, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire vary from 850 and Allen and Meyer, 0/88 respectively.is. The results also show that between transformational leadership and organizational commitment to all aspects of normative commitment, continuous and emotional - there is a significant positive relationship.
